本文就先进制造模式在中国珠江三角洲、长江三角洲、环渤海和关中地区的应用状况进行了实地调研。在63家企业访谈和问卷调查的基础上,对制造战略(精益制造、智能制造、灵捷制造和分散网络化制造)与企业市场环境、竞争战略间协同关系进行重点调研,凸现了精益制造一平稳需求/动态稳定需求一成本领先战略间的显著性协同关系。调查和分析了制造战略使能技术的应用情况,ISO9000、TQM和CAD是应用最广的使能技术。在调查中发现,发展企业核心能力是企业间合作的首要动力,而合作形式主要是企业间的购买关系。合作伙伴选择的首要准则是成本,这与Dickson(1966)和Weber(1991)的研究结果不同,说明了企业竞争尺度的变化。 相似文献

制造企业与制造物流的产业组织存在经济学意义上的对偶关系。这种对偶关系取决于三个基本要素:1以制造产品为对象组织生产的规模经济效果;2以制造技术为对象组织生产的规模经济效果;3以制造物流为企业产品交换纽带的交易成本。当制造技术进步和制造物流组织具有规模经济与网络经济效应时,制造物流才能做到迅捷性、低成本性、准时性和可靠性,支撑我国实施制造强国战略。从制造企业的生产组织分析入手,将制造企业划分为以制造产品为对象和以制造技术为对象的两种理想化生产组织,建立模型分析了它们与制造物流的组织耦合特性。 相似文献

Design for sustainable manufacturing enterprise (DFSME) is considered to be a new ideologue regarding survival of manufacturing enterprise and it can also be considered as one of the most important solutions to deal with the existing global financial crisis. The DFSME is a systemic approach that simultaneously determines the aspects of sustainability and how they can be aggregated taking into consideration the globalisation issues. The problem addressed in this paper is how to present the concepts of sustainability to guide manufacturing enterprises analysts and designers with the most effective aspects for analysing sustainability. These aspects are: international issues; contemporary issues; innovative products; reconfigurable manufacturing systems; manufacturing strategies; business models; flexible organisation management; manufacturing strategies and performance measurements. Based on these aspects, the sustainable model will be analysed and presented through covering all aspects of sustainable manufacturing enterprise and the sustainability assessment will be measured. The ultimate goal of this paper is to consider the needs of manufacturing enterprise throughout most of the world to be sustainable as well as to be globalised enterprises. The authors structure the field of over-design, over-specification, and over-requirement (OOO) drawing from extant knowledge related to innovative managerial procedures in manufacturing systems, project portfolio management, and performance management. More specifically, we propose allowing the dominant perspectives of OOO and paving the way towards a coherent recognition foundation of innovative strategies in manufacturing systems. This lends itself to an analysis of innovative phenomena in design and production systems that generate OOO and helps to understand what the effects of the OOO on business performance are. The clothing industry in Italy was chosen as a target context because many innovative pioneering medium sized enterprises (MSEs) were operating in the industry. Because of the exploratory nature of the research, a multiple case study approach is adopted in this study. Drawing from extant managerial literature, the proposed structure shows which business model objects and interactions within R&D-manufacturing-marketing activities should be considered when engaging in managing innovative and temporary project portfolio. 相似文献

Global manufacturing enterprises tend to rely on fully integrated manufacturing systems to satisfy constantly changing market requirements. In addition, small to medium enterprises are in a dilemma when competing with large organizations. Virtual computer-integrated manufacturing (VCIM) is a realistic concept that can provide the integration requirements for the globally distributed manufacturing resources and it has the potential to satisfy the market requirements of small to medium enterprises. The vision of the VCIM is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing enterprises by seamlessly integrating globally distributed manufacturing resources as much as possible. Meanwhile, intelligent agent technology provides a better means to implement distributed components as integrated application systems. The paper provides a parallel processing multi-agent architecture to support a global integrated manufacturing system in the form of the VCIM. In this architecture, a three-layered structure is proposed to accommodate all the agents no matter where they are located. Multiple Facilitator agents are proposed with similar functionalities to smooth the information flow across the integrated system in a parallel connection manner. In addition, a multi-agent VCIM model that describes the agent identification approaches for VCIM, Java environment implementation approaches and a simulation system to demonstrate the parallel processing multi-agent architecture are also discussed. 相似文献

Nowadays, market globalisation and stiff world-wide competition require flexible, demand-driven, and reconfigurable production systems that can adapt to the requirements of the increasing reduction in product life cycle and rapid changes in market demand. The advent and development of network technology (especially the Internet) and distributed computing technology make it possible for geographically dispersed manufacturing resources to be integrated and deployed effectively and efficiently. In addition, manufacturing enterprises can expand their throughput within a short time and rapidly reduce the production cycle via transferring certain jobs to other available manufacturing resources in the globalised manufacturing environment, viz., manufacturing enterprises can expand their throughput through the dynamic formation of virtual job shops according to the production requirements. Owing to more open manufacturing environments and rapid changes of market demands, the traditional centralised scheduling approaches are not suitable for this open distributed manufacturing environment. This paper proposes a distributed scheduling approach in which a multi-agent solution towards a ‘task-machine’ assignment is presented.
