以瓶盖的“松开力矩Tq”作为衡量瓶盖密封程度的参数(Tq越大,说明其密封性越好),研究并发现Tq与商品在货架上的摆放延时te之间呈单驼峰的近似三阶曲线关系,在商品摆上货架的最初短期内,Tq呈增长趋势(密封变紧),在10天左右时达到最高值(密封最紧),然后逐渐下降(密封变松)。 相似文献

本文比较系统地研究了塑料对粘结钕铁硼复合永磁的磁性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,塑料种类与粘结NdFeB室温磁性能无关,而对高温下的磁性能和粘结强度有显著影响,塑料含量增加,粘结NdFeB的Br,bHc,(BH)max降低,而jHc值略有增大趋势,并且表明尼龙等塑料粘结NdFeB具有高的磁性能和粘结强度。 相似文献

研究了不同塑料尼龙1010和E-20环氧树脂与锆钛酸铅(PZT)复合而成的压电复合材料的压电性能,结果表明,尼龙1010-PZT压电复合材料比E-20环氧树脂-PZT具有较低的饱和极化电场和较短的饱和极化时间,而且前者比后者具有更高的压电常数d↑-33。 相似文献

对带缺陷的装配式建筑钢筋灌浆套筒连接性能展开研究,以缺陷位置、缺陷大小、缺陷分布形式和钢筋偏心为变量,分析了不同缺陷对灌浆套筒拉伸荷载下的破坏形态、滑移量、承载力的影响。试验结果表明:随着缺陷尺寸的增加,试件破坏形态由钢筋拉断破坏逐步转变为钢筋拔出,试件拉伸极限粘结强度、残余粘结强度、极限强度逐步降低;均布缺陷试件的缺陷尺寸大小对试件破坏形态的影响较大;同体积不同类型缺陷对试件承载力的影响程度为偏心锚固缺陷>水平缺陷>中部缺陷>均布缺陷>端部缺陷,对试件残余粘结承载力的影响程度为偏心锚固缺陷>水平缺陷>均布缺陷>端部缺陷>中部缺陷。 相似文献

为了提高聚乳酸(PLA)与铝合金的连接强度,采用在PLA中添加玄武岩纤维(BF)获得BF/PLA复合材料的方式对PLA进行增强。利用转矩流变仪对干燥处理后的PLA及BF进行密炼,利用光纤激光器对铝合金表面进行毛化处理。采用平板硫化机对BF/PLA复合材料和处理后铝合金进行连接成型,测试其拉伸强度,对失效后断面进行分析。结果表明:随着BF质量分数的增加,BF/PLA-铝合金连接强度先增强后降低,BF质量分数的增加影响了BF/PLA复合材料的结晶成核。结合试验获得的结果,建立有限元分析模型进行数值模拟,结果显示所建立的模型能够准确还原BF/PLA-铝合金拉伸过程。 相似文献

In recent work, we have demonstrated the viability and computational advantages of DFT-based spectral databases for facilitating crystal plasticity solutions in face-centered cubic (fcc) metals subjected to arbitrary deformation paths. In this paper, we extend and validate the application of these novel ideas to body-centered cubic (bcc) metals that exhibit a much larger number of potential slip systems. It was observed that the databases for the bcc metals with a larger number of slip systems were more compact compared to those obtained previously for fcc metals with a smaller number of slip systems. Furthermore, we demonstrate in this paper that these databases can be effectively used in the fast computation of yield surfaces predicted by the Taylor model for both fcc and bcc metals. As another demonstration of the many advantages of the novel DFT-based spectral databases, we present first-order plastic property closures based on the Taylor model for both fcc and bcc metals. This paper represents the first report of such closures produced without invoking any simplifying assumptions regarding sample symmetry. 相似文献

The presence of organic compounds profoundly influenced the loss of the phenylmercuric nitrate, that loss being dependent upon their chemical structure and concentration. 目的 通过对淀粉基塑料购物袋的理化性能表征,了解淀粉基塑料购物袋使用特性,为改善淀粉基塑料购物袋使用性能提供一些理论依据。方法 采用热重分析(TG)、热机械分析(TMA)等手段对淀粉基塑料购物袋的淀粉含量及耐热性能进行分析,借助电子万能材料试验机对淀粉基塑料购物袋的力学性能进行分析,以及利用霉菌培养、总迁移行为探究等方法对淀粉基塑料购物袋霉变程度、卫生性能进行分析。结果 样品A、B、C淀粉质量分数分别为15.72%、23.97%、30.36%,耐热性能比传统PE塑料袋要低;淀粉基塑料购物袋的拉伸强度随淀粉含量的增大而减小,断裂伸长率随淀粉含量的增加而增加,总迁移量结果随淀粉含量增加而增大,但经三氯甲烷处理后均低于限量要求;淀粉基塑料购物袋不适宜盛装酸性和低乙醇类食品。结论 通过对淀粉基塑料购物袋深入研究,发现淀粉基塑料购物袋在力学性能、总迁移量、霉变程度存在缺陷,望研究者们可以从这几个方向入手,改善淀粉基塑料购物袋的理化性能。 相似文献
