The Golgi apparatus response to pathological disorders is predominantly as an intermediary component of membrane biogenesis where it is involved in processing, sorting and secretion of materials via secretory granules, and in the formation of lysosomes. A common initial response of the Golgi apparatus to any stress is an alteration or cessation of secretory activity. In the transformed cell, the Golgi apparatus is altered both morphologically and biochemically, suggesting a shift from a secretory to a membrane-generating mode of functioning. However, since fewer or less well-developed Golgi apparatus are frequently found in transformed cells, analytical methods of membrane isolation developed for normal tissues may not always yield equivalent results when applied to tumors. Cell surface alterations characteristic of malignant cells may result from modifications occurring at the level of the Golgi apparatus. Some lysosomal dysfunctions may result from underglycosylation of acid hydrolases by the Golgi apparatus. The use of cell-free systems between endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus or within Golgi apparatus cisterane is providing a new approach to the elucidation of the role of the Golgi apparatus in normal as well as pathological states. 相似文献

A double-sided guarded hot plate apparatus (GHP) is specifically designed, fabricated, and constructed for the measurement of thermal conductivities of insulation specimens operated down to liquid nitrogen temperature (-196 °C), at different controlled pressures from 0.005 Pa to 0.105 MPa. The specimens placed in this apparatus are 300 mm in diameter at various thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 40 mm. The apparatus is different from traditional GHP in terms of structure, supporting and heating method. The details of the design and construction of the hot plate, the cold plates, the suspensions, the clampings, and the vacuum chamber of the system are presented. The measurement methods of the temperatures, the input power, the meter area, and the thickness of the specimens are given. The apparatus is calibrated with teflon plates as sample and the maximum deviation from the published data is about 6% for thermal conductivity. The uncertainties for the measurement are also discussed in this paper. 相似文献

A laboratory apparatus for the production of nanometer particles (5–1000 nm) of metals, metal oxides, and their compounds using the Gen–Miller condensation-in-flow technique [1] is developed. The apparatus is equipped with auxiliaries for chemical treatment of particles' surfaces with gaseous reactants directly in the inert-gas flow carrying the particles and for sampling the particles immediately out of the flow. 研究了一套稻谷品质快速检测装置,实现了对直链淀粉、垩白度、垩白粒率等参数的检测。其中采用激光光源的直链淀粉含量检测单元和CCD稻谷外观品质图像分析与识别软件系统属创新性成果。直链淀粉含量检测单元与标准方法及美国Alpkem公司的化学自动分析仪进行了对比试验,试验结果表明,采用脱脂与不脱脂的前处理方法,该单元都能满足大米直链淀粉检测准确度的要求。外观品质检测单元与标准方法对比试验表明,垩白度的测试精度≤1%,垩白粒率的测试精度≤2%,达到了稻谷垩白度和垩白粒率测定准确度的要求。 相似文献

针对在医院里多数采用人工方法搬移受伤、瘫痪或手术前后病人的状况,提出一种新型的病人搬移设备,介绍了病人搬移设备的机电一体化设计和应用。应用这种设备,护士能独自把病人从病床搬移到担架车上或从担架车搬移到病床上而不改变病人的姿态,减轻了护士的劳动强度, 增加了病人的安全感和舒适度。介绍该设备的开发理念、机械设计和控制系统。基于开发理念,采用了模块化机械结构和嵌入式控制系统的机电一体化设计思想。整体机构由四个模块组成,每个模块又包括上、下两部分皮带驱动单元,共有八个电机驱动。所有控制系统全部安装在设备内部,使得搬移设备和担架车相互独立。提出整体设计和机构组成的方法,并对关键部件进行了计算。设计开发了一种用于该设备的嵌入式新型伺服系统,提出其控制原理和控制算法。同步控制试验和在医院的临床应用试验表明该系统是安全有效的。 相似文献
