针对北方某厂板坯连铸机生产状况,对其软水冷却系统、设备净环水冷却系统和二次喷淋浊环水冷却系统进行了研究分析,提出了冷却水系统的完善方案,解决了连铸水系统的稳定性,避免了频繁开停泵对连铸水系统高压电机的冲击及冬季长时间停机或检修造成设备和管道系统内部滞水而冻结,提高了事故处理的灵活性和环境适应性。  相似文献

This paper presents a comparative study of four sizing methods for a stand-alone hybrid generation system integrating renewable energies (photovoltaic panels and wind turbine) and backup and storage system based on battery and hydrogen (fuel cell, electrolyzer and hydrogen storage tank). Two of them perform a technical sizing. In one case, the sizing is based on basic equations, and in the other case, an optimal technical sizing is achieved by using Simulink Design Optimization. The other two methods perform an optimal techno-economical sizing by using the hybrid system optimization software HOMER and HOGA, respectively. These methods have been applied to design a stand-alone hybrid system which supplies the load energy demand during a year. A MATLAB-Simulink model of the hybrid system has been used to simulate the performance of hybrid system designed by each method for the stand-alone application under study in this work. The results are reported and discussed in the paper.  相似文献

Photovoltaic (PV) systems have found fairly wide application in remote isolated area. However, each individual PV system usually supplies energy only to one consumer. In such a case we have several consumers that each one of them uses a stand-alone PV system. This situation would expose such stand-alone systems to transient excessive loads larger than the power generated by the PVs, and then the battery is bound to discharge even during the day. For overcoming this problem, we suggest an autonomous centralized PV system, comprising one battery bank and plural subsystems connected to each other. From solar radiation data and load profiles, the performance of the PV centralized system is simulated by using a time step scheme. The advantages of this system are found to be the large charging rate of power, high efficiency, and low cost compared with conventional individual PV systems and hybrid systems. In addition, the economic study shows that the life cycle cost and the price of kilowatt hour generated in the centralized system is lower than that for the individual systems.  相似文献

Aiming at closed-loop water system, by the method that shutting certain subcircuit, and solving the piping network, computing flow deviation of other subcircuits, then analyzing the rules of variation of stability with various factors, following conclusions are obtained: When reducing the resistance in main pipes, increasing resistance of subcircuits, system stability can be improved. Centralized regulation by changing power has no influence on system stability; centralized regulation by changing resistances will decrease system stability. Pump characteristics curve influences system stability, stability of the flat characteristic is superior to the steep one. For direct return system (DRS), the stability of subcircuit which is farthest from the heat source is the worst. For reverse return system (RRS), the stability of subcircuit in the middle of the pipe-network has the worst stability. Overall, stability of RRS is inferior to that of DRS.  相似文献

A 48–71.1 kWp photovoltaic-micro-hydro system has been installed at Taratak, Indonesia since June 10, 1989. The system is being developed in Indonesia to obtain optimal result by combining the advantages of both energy conversion systems. The photovoltaic works as a dominant part in this hybrid system. However, the micro-hydro sub-system works to compensate the inconvenience found in the photovoltaic. It will anticipate the weather uncertainty and fulfill the need during the peak load. In this paper we analyze and evaluate the performance of a PV-micro-hydro (PV-MH) system in Taratak. We find the difference between the initial design and the actual system operation. Results of the evaluation show that the performance of PV-MH system operation is still optimal.  相似文献

本文以厦门市饮用水源流域农业非点源污染控制规划为实例,探讨了流域环境系统规划的灰色方法问题。主要报告了如何建立灰色规划模型,如何求取规划模型的灰色解,如何将灰色规划解应用于流域规划等。文中介绍的求解灰色规划解的方法是一种近似方法,但十分有效,可以应用于求解类似的规划问题。研究表明,对流域环境系统进行灰色规划更加合理和可靠,用灰色系统理论研究区域环境系统的规划问题具有美好的前景。  相似文献

This paper presents a successful design and implement of a shunt-winding hybrid electric motorcycle management system which utilizes an electronic control unit (ECU) to integrate two major subsystems together, one being the traditional system of 125 c.c. internal combustion engine and the other an electric power motor. The hybrid electric motorcycle is assembled together robustly by these two major subsystems and eventually leads to successful road tests. The hybrid power system thus implemented can recharge its own batteries with electricity provided by the electrical recharge system and thus increasing the cruising mileages largely. The testing results obtained by using the proposed experimental platform indicate that lead-acid cells can boost their state of charge (SOC) by approximately 4% when it is operated under the hybrid mode for four driving cycles (about 1600 s) with the recharger on in a standard ECE-40 testing procedure. The results of road tests also clearly show that the pollutant emissions of the engine can be reduced at a lower speed or idling condition, and the problem of insufficient cruising range for electric motorcycles can also be greatly enhanced.  相似文献
