Determination of Coordinated Maintenance Scheduling Frequencies for a Group of Machines 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
An economic model of maintenance planning for a machine shop is developed. Maintenance can be performed on an individual machine or the entire group of machines simultaneously. The coordinated maintenance on the group would save on the fixed costs associated with separate overhauls. The frequencies of maintenance on each machine within two consecutive coordinated overhauls and the time between these coordinated overhauls is determined. The resulting model selects a solution that is close to the minimum of the total cost of production and maintenance. 相似文献

Effective maintenance is a key for infrastructures′ high operational reliability. The integration of corrective repairs and schedule-based failure preventions has been a mainstream of modern maintenance, and an associated policy-making technique, delay-time modelling, is overviewedin this paper for optimising the maintenance cost-efficiency in different practical scenarios, including imperfect, opportunistic and nested maintenance. A few typical examples of its applications in minimising maintenance operating expenses are discussed in this paper and their results are explained to better demonstrate the benefits of the technique. This article attempts to show how computer graphics can assist in computerized development of project-type schedules as exemplified by preventive maintenance scheduling in the electric power industry. The method is equally applicable to the scheduling of maintenance activities in general or, with modification, to devising shift schedules for personnel such as police, nurses, and toll collectors who must provide 24-hour service with changing demand levels. A hand procedure currently used by electric utilities for creating preventive maintenance shutdown schedules for generator units is first described. A mixed integer programming model of the problem is given which is computationally intractable for any realistic-size problems. The same problem using man-machine interaction via a graphics terminal to overcome the computational limitations of the mathematical formulation is then described and illustrated. The multiple attributes and characteristics of the services provided by a health maintenance organization (HMO) are reduced to a common unit of measurement by means of utility functions. This reduction allows the development of a micro-economic aggregate planning model that can be used both for the short and the long term to make optimizing decisions on system inputs and resource allocations. The model is designed to deal with the common revenue- and budget-constrained situations and is directed to maximize the level of service provided by the HMO, according to the management's perceptions of the system characteristics. An empirical short term application of the model is presented and compared against actual management decisions. 针对平行机系统中生产调度和维护计划的联合决策问题,假设随机故障服从威布尔分布,将作业在设备上加工位置以及设备上预防性维护位置作为决策变量,以最小化最大完工时间和最小化单位维护成本作为优化目标建立了多目标优化模型.建立了基于混合编码的遗传算法,针对不同编码类型采用合适的遗传算子,并引入了自适应交叉和变异概率使算法在收敛速度和求解精度上得到较好平衡.通过与枚举算法对比,证明遗传算法具有较好的时间效率和求解精度.通过与独立决策模型对比,证明联合优化模型能更好地解决联合优化问题,提高企业整体效益. 相似文献

研究了一种单机环境下集成生产和维护的双目标优化调度问题。机床的故障间隔时间和平均维修时间服从指数分布,同时结合加工序列相关准备时间。预防性维护活动不能与作业加工同时进行,但与准备时间不相冲突。调度目标是同时最小化作业总计完成时间和机床不可得性。在问题建模的基础上,构造了一种基于Lorenz非劣关系的分类遗传算法(表示为L-NSGA-Ⅱ),详细设计了算法的核心部分。最后,通过大量计算实验,将L-NSGA-II算法与NSGA-II算法进行了比较分析,说明了L-NSGA-II算法的有效性。 相似文献

An equipment maintenance system is naturally a complex dynamical system. The effective mamanagement must be based on the knowledge of the system's intrinsic dynamics. And the strueture of the maintenance system determines its behavior. This paper analyzes the basic structures and elements of a maintenance system for complex multi-components equipment. The maintenance system is considered as a dynamic system whose behavior is influenced by its structure's feedback and interaction, and the system's available resources. Building the dynamical model with Simulink, we show some results about the maintenance system's nonlinear dynamics, ods.
