高压开关柜局部放电会在其金属外壳上产生对地电位,称之为暂态对地电压(TEV),是一种有效的局部放电检测手段,成为供电公司开关柜巡检中的重要内容,了解TEV传播特性对改进测量方法,保证测量有效性具有重要意义。采用XFdtd分析软件模拟TEV信号的传播过程,并且搭建了实体开关柜TEV检测模型,通过试验分析了信号强度、测量距离等对于TEV检测的影响,并与仿真结果进行对比,同时对TEV检测的统计谱图与常规脉冲电流法进行了对比,验证其在工程应用中的有效性,研究结果表明:TEV为局部放电引起的时变电磁波在开关柜表面形成的瞬时电位,与波阻抗有关,开关柜金属外壳对TEV信号具有明显的抑制作用,TEV信号是电磁波从壳体不连续的地方泄露而形成的,TEV信号是辐射式传播,并且信号先增强后衰减;TEV信号的上升时间大概在10ns,频率分布在0~100 MHz范围内,放电源越强,TEV信号强度越大,并且近似呈线性关系,TEV检测时,离信号源越近,TEV越强,同时,TEV检测方法在工程应用中有良好的有效性。 相似文献

局部放电检测的脉冲电流法具有灵敏度高、信息丰富、抗干扰性较差的特点,通常应用于电力设备的离线试验中。针对脉冲电流法在线应用的技术要求,研制了基于套管屏蔽环的脉冲电流法局部放电在线检测系统。利用开关柜、环网柜中的对接套管提取局部放电脉冲,并设计配套检测阻抗对其进行参数匹配和仿真优化,同时在10 kV开关柜实验平台上验证了所研制检测系统的有效性。仿真与试验结果表明,研制的检测系统能够实现开关柜局部放电的在线脉冲电流法测量及视在放电量校准,同时有效地对局放源进行相位分辨,可以在对输出局放脉冲保持至少10×10^4次/s分辨率与较高幅值的同时对10 kHz及以下低频干扰产生至少40dB的衰减.运行环境下能够有效地进行局放脉冲提取及故障诊断.为开关柜、环网柜的局部放电在线监测提供了一种新思路。 相似文献

基于超声波法和TEV法的测量原理,对开关柜内不同形式局部放电的测量方法进行了研究。结果表明,设备表面放电和电晕放电通常会有较强的超声波异常信号,因此适合采用超声波法测量;对于设备内部放电,高频电磁信号可以通过绝缘不连续点传输到设备外壳而产生暂态对地电压,而超声波信号通过介质传播发生了较大的衰减,因此通常适合采用TEV法测量。此外,研究了不同的干扰源对两种测量方法的影响,并提出了减弱干扰影响的措施,可为工程实践提供借鉴。 相似文献

目的 外壳暂态地电位升高(TEV)会对工作人员的人身安全、二次设备的正常工作产生威胁,并有可能引起GIS外壳法兰间的放电。为了对某500 kV变电站在操作隔离开关时GIS外壳法兰间出现的火花放电故障进行分析,提出了一种基于传输线理论的TEV仿真计算模型,并讨论了TEV引起法兰间放电的抑制措施。 方法 为了更精确地对TEV进行模拟,采用Cassie-Mayr理论构建了改进动态电弧模型,并将VFTO产生电路与TEV计算电路相结合,将操作隔离开关所产生的VFTO直接加至GIS外壳电位计算模型中。 结果 仿真结果表明,在最严重的情况下,法兰间的最大电压差超过了法兰间绝缘隔板的沿面闪络电压,足以引起法兰间放电。减少隔离开关孤岛侧的剩余电荷、降低接地线电感都可以不同程度地降低TEV的幅值,但不能完全抑制法兰间电位差。而使用短接片进行跨接可以有效地抑制法兰间的电压差,避免由此产生的放电现象,但需要对短接片的选型进行校验,并取消原有的三相短接排以免产生环流。 结论 经现场工程改造验证,文中所得结论正确有效,对预防此类放电现象具有较大的参考意义。 相似文献

On-line partial discharge tests for turbine generators are useful for recognizing abnormal or deteriorated stator winding insulation without a machine outage. One problem related to such a test is additional installation of sensors. We propose that wires of a resistance temperature detector (RTD) embedded in a stator slot are applied as a partial discharge sensor in the form of an RF coupler. The other problem is electrical noise that is a pulse similar to partial discharge in frequency characteristic and has higher amplitude than partial discharge. The sensors in two steam turbine generators showed enough sensitivity and broad frequency bandwidth to facilitate the elimination of noise from the partial discharge measurement. Two new techniques of noise rejection on a pulse-by-pulse basis are investigated with the multiple sensors. One is founded on the correlation between pulse height in two frequency bands. A partial discharge (PD) occurring in the insulation of the stator winding of the generator is a symptom of the deterioration of the insulation system, PD is a very short duration current and/or voltage pulse, about 1-5 ns. Generally a PD emits a broad band electromagnetic wave (~GHz). We developed a new system for detecting the microwave emitted from a PD. From the point of view of predicting an accident caused by the insulation breakdown of the generator winding, it is important to assess the condition of the winding. We applied our system to a dielectric breakdown test to know the relation between the characteristics of the microwave and the condition of the insulation system of the winding. The dielectric breakdown test is useful for estimating the minimum breakdown voltage which is a criterion of the insulation condition of the winding. The Stator winding insulation is aged by exposure to a combination of thermal, electrical, mechanical, and environmental stresses. Diagnosis of stator winding insulation is an important measure of ensuring the safe operation and extending the remaining life of large generator. In the paper, two new parameters are proposed for the diagnosis of stator winding insulation based on the test results of multistress accelerating aging test of stator bars. The test results show that the skewness of partial discharge phase resolved distribution and the high-frequency crest of partial discharge (PD) impulse change much more remarkably with the aging time than do the conventional parameters. Therefore, the two parameters could be considered as characteristic parameters for the diagnosis of stator winding insulation of the large generator. With these characteristic parameters, authors successfully assessed the insulation condition of actual stator bars removed from several large generators. 相似文献
