综述了可用于制备辐射交联热收缩材料的基础聚合物。例如,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)及共混聚合物,低密度聚乙烯-乙烯.醋酸乙烯乙酸酯共聚物(LDPE/EVA)、低密度聚乙烯-三元乙丙橡胶(LDPE/EPDM)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯乙酸酯共聚物-聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷(EVA/PDMVS)等及含有助剂的多相体系共混物的辐射交联基本规律,交联后产物基本结构和主要性能的变化。介绍了聚合物辐射交联热收缩材料研究方面的新进展,概述了该材料的应用领域,同时,对热收缩材料的研究和开发前景做了展望。 相似文献

为研究供料口位置对离心机供料射流流场的影响,采用直接模拟蒙特卡罗(DSMC)方法对离心机中心射流区域进行模拟。选择Iguassu离心机模型和变径硬球碰撞模型,得到了不同的轴向和径向供料位置下径向供料模型的供料射流流场参数分布情况。通过对模拟结果进行分析可得:在径向供料条件下,供料口附近区域的流场受供料条件的影响显著。由于供料射流的膨胀作用,导致了供料口附近低温区的出现。在靠近出流边界处,由于较高的角向速度,形成较大的压力梯度,使气体的径向速度降低,导致温度明显升高。轴向位置的变化导致流体参数的轴向平移。而随着供料口径向位置的增大,供料口附近的膨胀范围减小,低温区减弱,即该区域的最低温度升高。而近出流边界处,随供料口径向位置的增大,温度相应降低,径向速度同时降低。 相似文献

为研究气体离心机中供料射流对环流的影响,采用直接模拟蒙特卡罗(DSMC)方法对径向射流的流动结构进行模拟。通过选择适当的边界条件和分子碰撞模型,得到了不同供料条件下的二维径向供料射流的流动分布图像,捕捉到了供料射流的波系结构,获得了流动参数分布。对计算结果分析可知:在靠近径向外边界处,流动参数存在明显的峰;供料气体速度越高,对离心机内部流场影响越大;除速度、密度、压强等流动参数外,供料射流对温度分布也有较大影响,出流边界处的温度可升至平均温度的两倍左右,对离心机分离性能有较大影响。 相似文献

目前,稳定同位素的大量需求和广泛应用极大地推动了离心分离技术的快速发展。本文通过价值函数和分离功率的统一表达式,推导出用全分离系数、供料量、分流比和供料丰度表示的分离功率的表达式。在推导的过程中,对全分离系数、供料量、分流比和供料丰度各个因素没有任何的限制条件,其适用的范围更广泛。同时,应用分离功率的一般表达式,分析了各个因素对分离功率的影响。 相似文献

为研究供料射流对气体离心机内部环流的影响,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法模拟气体离心机二维轴对称供料射流流场,利用得到的流场数据对离心机环流的供料边界条件进行修正,得到了在考虑供料射流影响下,离心机环流的流场分布.在射流流场的数值模拟中,采用有限体积法离散旋转圆柱坐标系下的Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程组,使用隐式二阶迎风格式迭代求解.利用有限差分法求解二维轴对称线性化的无量纲离心机流体动力学方程组,求解得到了供料射流修正后的离心机环流流场分布.计算结果表明:供料射流对离心机环流有较大影响,利用供料射流流场的结果对环流计算进行修正是可行的,可以模拟更接近实际的离心机的内部环流. 相似文献

Impact-induced vibrations in the casing of a gas centrifuge due to a sudden failure of the spinning rotor (crash) can cause structural disintegrity of the casing. In order to study the influence of the rotor failure behaviour and the impact load histories on the dynamic response of the casing, a simple crash model is proposed in this paper to analyse the transient torsional response due to tangential components of the impact loads. The casing is modeled as a linear-elastic hollow circular cylinder, clamped at the lower end and free at the upper end. The rotor is thought to break up in identical sections in a sequence determined by its fracture behaviour. Each section is assumed to cause an axi-symmetric load distribution at the inner surface of the casing. Therefore the problem is essentially reduced to the analysis of a clamped/free cylinder under travelling torsional impact loads. The problem is solved by representing the impact loads as local pulses acting over the length of the sections. A perturbation method is used to show that the general two-dimensional theory of axi-symmetric torsional wave propagation in circular cylinders, for the problem under consideration, may be approximated by the elementary one-dimensional theory. Solutions are obtained according to the usual modal expansion approach. Measurements of transient torsional responses are shown to be in good agreement with the calculated responses by choosing a suitable shape of the pulses. The effects of travelling velocity and pulse shape are investigated. Finally the transfer of kinetic energy in the rotor to vibrational energy of torsion in the casing is studied. 相似文献

A prototype liquid film sensor for high-temperature steam–water experiments has been developed. The sensor shape simulates a boiling water reactor (BWR) fuel rod. The pulse-echo method can be utilized to measure the thickness of the liquid film covering the sensor surface. A piezoelectric element is soldered onto the inside of the sensor casing which consists of two curved casing pieces. After the piezoelectric element is attached, the two casing pieces are laser welded together. It is confirmed that the temperature rise at the time of the laser welding does not influence soldering of the piezoelectric element. The pressure proof test shows that the sensor can be used at a high-pressure condition of 7 MPa. Simple air–water experiments are done at atmospheric pressure to confirm the liquid film thickness can be measured with the sensor. The fluctuation of the liquid film thickness is satisfactorily captured with the sensor. The minimum and maximum thicknesses are 0.084 and 0.180 mm, respectively. The amplitude of the waveform at 286 °C is predicted by the calculation based on the acoustic impedance. It is expected that the sensor is able to measure the liquid film thickness even at BWR operating conditions. 相似文献

An approach is proposed for validating the nuclear and radiation safety of a container for spent fuel assemblies from AMB-100
and-200 reactors at the Beloyarskaya nuclear power plant. To validate the radiation safety, the characteristics of fuel assemblies
and their classification according to the average fuel burnup in the casing, and the intensities of n and γ radiation in the
casing are analyzed. Nuclear safety is validated on the basis of the concept of a “model” casing. This model makes it possible
to obtain an upper estimate of the effective coefficient of neutron multiplication for all real casings with fuel assemblies.
Calculations are used to determine the minimum necessary thickness of the vessel, bottom, and cover for 17-and 35-place casings.
It is shown that no special neutron protection is needed. The container design to be developed meets the IAEA and OPBZ-83
safety standards.
