磺化是目前对化学产品进行改性,从而提高其应用性能的一大重要手段,无论食品、染料、化肥、化妆品等行业,还是油田化学剂均可以通过磺化而增强或改善产品的质量.磺化的主要作用是提高产品的水溶性或亲水能力,在油田化学剂应用领域还可以改善产品的抗温抗盐能力.但目前在测定磺化产品的磺化度方面,还没有一种真正从理论和实践两方面均让人满意的方法.本文介绍了目前不同产品标准、方法标准及部分文献中关于测定磺化度的几种典型方法,分析了各自的优缺点和应用领域,提出了一些改进意见和研究方向. 相似文献

A parameter scheme has been devised for predicting the 13C shifts of atoms in the aromatic rings of phenols substituted with SO?3, CH2Ar and CH3 in an alkaline medium, from the measured shifts of 30 different substituted benzene rings. The application of the scheme to novolacs is considered before the scheme is used to interpret the changes of chemical shift that occur upon sulphonation of one such sample. In the aromatic carbon region the sites of substitution on the rings are identified. In the upfield region of the spectrum a substantial alteration to the pattern of shifts from the bridging methylene groups was noted: once a ring had been sulphonated the methylene bridge might break to yield methylol groups, which then to a large extent reformed as methylene and dimethylene ether (CH2OCH2) links, but with an increased proportion of abutments on sites para with respect to the phenolic group. 相似文献

Sultones are formed in the sulphonation of unbranched α and internal olefins in the sequence β→γ→δ. In the case of α-olefin
sulphonation by sulphur trioxide in a short residence time (ca.60 s) reactor, the β→γ sultone reaction has already gone to
completion when the reaction mixture emerges from the reactor. Kinetic data are presented for the γ→δ terminal sultone isomerization.
In the case of internal olefin sulphonation, formation of γ and δ sultones has not proceeded to a significant extent when
the reaction product emerges from the reactor. Kinetic data are presented for the β→γ internal sultone isomerization. Two
internal γ-sultones—cis andtrans—are formed, but only one internal δ-sultone, thetrans isomer. The internal γ→ internal δ sultone isomerizations required forcing conditions (150°C, 3 hr incomplete reactions)
or prolonged aging (20–25°C, 21 day; δ sultone still the minor sultone). Thecis internal γ sultone is more resistant to isomerization than is itstrans isomer. These reactivity differences are rationalized using arguments developed from that proposed by Bordwell, Osborne and
Chapman in 1959 to interpret the effects of methyl substitution on rates of γ-sultone solvolysis. 相似文献

The introduction of cation exchange properties into a lignite by oleum sulphonation reactions was studied. The influence of the following variables: temperature; oleum concentration; SO3/coal ratio; and reaction time, on the exchange capacity of the sulphonated lignites was investigated by factorial analysis. Reaction time appears to be a non-significant variable. The exchange capacity of sulphonated lignites can not be increased above 3.7 meq g−1. Sulpholignites were tested for stability in solution (leaching and swelling). The reaction conditions which tend to optimize the exchange capacity decrease the stability of the sulpholignites. Up to an eight-fold development of specific surface area was observed in the sulphonated samples. The exchangeable functional groups were analysed by discontinuous titrations and FT-i.r. spectroscopy. It was found that oxidation reactions occur in addition to the sulphonation. The treatment of the Utrillas lignite with 5% oleum in 1:1 wt ratio (SO3/coal) at 120°C for 30 min produced the optimum cation exchange capacity. 相似文献
