根据立井装备环境条件及腐蚀原因,采用单一防腐蚀方式不能满足立井井简装备防腐蚀需要。通过对电弧喷涂防腐蚀机理分析,将电弧喷锌和涂防锈漆复合防腐蚀工艺应用于立井井筒装备中,即电弧喷锌作为防腐蚀层,采用环氧富锌漆对喷锌层进行封闭,防腐蚀效果良好。  相似文献

通过对涂层的形成原理及失效方式、耐腐蚀寿命、结合力、涂装施工工艺和防腐涂层维护5个方面进行对比,分析了油漆和电弧喷铝涂装方案的特点.针对荆岳大桥所处的腐蚀环境,指出在钢箱梁防腐蚀施工中,电弧喷铝比油漆重防腐方案具有更优秀的防腐蚀效果,进而说明电弧喷铝防腐涂装能够更广泛地应用到钢结构防腐施工中.  相似文献

泥浆泵中的闸板起着调节流量的作用,由于其工况的要求,闸板必须具有耐磨损、耐腐蚀的性能,一般采用火焰喷焊的方法在闸板表面熔敷一层镍基合金,生产过程中发现,喷焊层常含有大量的气孔,致使该零件的合格率很低,且影响其使用寿命。本文对其喷焊工艺、喷焊材料、喷焊层的组织进行了研究,指出了气孔形成的原因,并提出采用二步法喷焊工艺、改手工喷焊为自动喷焊的改进措施,并进行了火焰自动喷焊机构的设计。  相似文献

熔喷布模具用来生产熔喷布,行业内也叫熔喷模头或者喷丝板。熔喷模头出料的均匀性和稳定性,对熔喷布的质量具有决定性作用;对于熔喷模头的加工制造过程,加工喷丝板的微孔是管控关键难点;喷丝微孔孔径极小,大多为0.1~0.3mm,间距0.6~0.7mm,微孔多、间距小、精准度高,技术要求高,比如一幅550mm的模具,有接近1,000个孔,而0.2mm的打孔垂直度是关键所在。介绍了熔喷布模具的加工工艺。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to study the lab-synthesized iron benzoate as a novel steel corrosion inhibitor pigment to formulate anticorrosive paint films. The iron benzoate anticorrosive properties were studied by electrochemical and spectroscopic essays employing pigment suspensions. In a second stage, it was evaluated the performance of anticorrosive paint films containing iron benzoate by accelerated (salt spray and humidity chambers) and EIS tests. The protective layer nature grown under the paint films in the salt spray chamber was also assessed.Experimental results shown that ferric benzoate was adequate to formulate anticorrosive paint films with improved anticorrosive assessed.  相似文献

目的 为延长如输电塔架等金属构件的服役期限,制备一种湿固化型石墨烯改性重防腐涂料,并测试表征和分析漆膜的防腐性能和作用机制。方法 以湿气固化型聚氨酯树脂为主要成膜物,铝鳞片代替传统锌粉为主要防腐填料,石墨烯为改性剂搭配形成复合导电填料体系,借助定位排列剂等助剂制备了湿固化型石墨烯改性重防腐涂料。通过沉降测试、结合强度测试、水接触角测试、电化学测试、扫描电镜(SEM)分析、耐中性盐雾实验等手段,对涂层的常规理化性能、防腐蚀性能及微观形貌进行了表征分析,并探讨了石墨烯-铝鳞片复合填料防护体系的防腐蚀作用机理。结果 定位剂有助于提高涂料的分散性和稳定性,经过石墨烯改性后,重防腐涂层的结合强度、耐盐水性、耐候性等常规理化性能明显提升,固含超过70%,达到高固含的环保要求;水接触角增至115°,涂层疏水性有效改善;中性耐盐雾试验进行1000 h时涂层划痕处有明显的腐蚀迹象,但表面未发生起泡、剥落等缺陷,单边扩蚀小于2 mm,石墨烯质量分数为0.8%的涂层性能达到最佳,耐盐雾时间达5000 h以上,此时涂层湿结合强度仍达到8.3 MPa,电化学腐蚀速率仅为0.011 673 mm/a,耐腐蚀性能优异。结论 石墨烯-铝鳞片复合防护体系的力学性能、机械封闭和阴极保护功能优异,属于一种底面合一的涂料,适用于湿热工业-海洋大气环境的腐蚀防护工作。  相似文献

研究了添加第二代无毒活性磷酸盐SAPP和SRPP的水性马来酸酐共聚物涂层的防腐蚀性能.通过盐雾试验、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和浸泡试验研究这两种防锈颜料分散在水性马来酸酐共聚物涂层后对基材的防腐性能.结果表明两种防锈颜料加入涂层后都能明显提高涂层的防腐蚀性能,且SRPP颜料的防腐蚀效果优于SAPP颜料.  相似文献

在锌铝涂层表面喷涂HD590富铝涂液形成复合涂层,对比了锌铝涂层与复合涂层的附着强度、耐磨性、微观形貌,并通过中性盐雾试验、海洋平台棚下大气暴露试验和海水周期喷淋试验,对比研究了二者的耐蚀性。结果表明:复合涂层的附着强度比锌铝涂层提高了30%,耐磨性好,涂层厚度满足紧固件工件的配合精度要求;复合涂层的抗盐雾腐蚀性能和耐海洋环境腐蚀性能优于锌铝涂层,其防腐机理为屏蔽作用、钝化作用和阴极保护相结合;防腐过程中,富铝层发生活化反应,产生一定的牺牲阳极保护作用,同时使涂层腐蚀电位负移,提高了其阴极保护作用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Typically, an anticorrosive coating system for long-term protection consists of a primer, one or several intermediate coats, and a topcoat. In such systems, zinc-rich primers are often used as they ensure good adhesion to the substrate and protect it from corrosion. Such coatings are very highly pigmented, which sometimes leads to losses in cohesive strength and deterioration of mechanical properties. Furthermore, Zn is known to be harmful to the environment. In this work we present Zn primers with reduced Zn content and better protective properties than traditional zinc-rich primers. The formulations of different Zn pigments in the epoxy matrix were developed with the concentration of zinc particles reduced to about 50% in the dry coating. To evaluate the distribution of pigments scanning electron microscopy has been employed. The anticorrosive properties were tested using the salt spray test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The mechanical properties of the coatings were also tested.  相似文献

New low curing temperature epoxy powder coatings cured cationically by the use of erbium (III) trifluoromethanesulfonate as initiator have been formulated. Their curing kinetics and anticorrosive properties have been studied and compared with a system commonly used in industry (o-tolylbiguanide/epoxy resin). Three different tests of anticorrosive properties (EIS, AC/DC/AC, and salt fog spray) have been used together with an adherence test, in order to establish the optimal system. Results show that a system employing 1 phr of erbium triflate presents good anticorrosive properties. The technique AC/DC/AC has shown its ability to evaluate properly, much faster, and in accordance to anticorrosive properties results’ of powder coatings obtained by other techniques.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to study the efficiency of the anticorrosive pigments obtained by substituting the phosphate anion in zinc phosphate with other anions such as tripolyphosphate and pyrophosphate. A procedure to prepare the pigments is outlined and their anticorrosive properties were evaluated following the electrochemical behaviour of a steel electrode in pigments suspensions. In a second stage, solvent-borne paints with 30% by volume (v/v) of the pigment, with respect of the total pigment content, and PVC/CPVC (pigment volume concentration/critical pigment volume concentration) ratio 0.8 were formulated. Two resins were chosen as film forming materials: an alkyd and an epoxy one. The performance of the resulting anticorrosive paints was assessed by accelerated (salt spray and humidity chambers) and electrochemical tests (corrosion potential, ionic resistance and polarisation resistance). It was demonstrated that the substitution of the phosphate anion by tripolyphosphate or pyrophosphate anions may give rise to effective anticorrosive pigments for paints. The essays performed with pigments suspensions suggested that zinc pyrophosphate has the best anticorrosive properties. The anticorrosive behaviour of the pigments in paints was found to depend on the resin employed to formulate the coatings. Good correlation was obtained between accelerated and electrochemical tests.  相似文献

The object of this paper was to formulate a two-pack wash primer employing aluminium phosphosilicate as active anticorrosive pigment instead of basic zinc chromate. The anticorrosive action of the primer was evaluated by the polarization technique and the scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET). The exposed surface was then examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the surface composition determined by energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. The primer was finally integrated in a complete paint scheme whose anticorrosive performance was evaluated by the salt spray chamber and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The adhesion of the primer plus a painting system was also evaluated by standard ASTM D 3359-90 test method. The wash primer pigmented with zinc chromate was used as reference. Results indicated that basic zinc chromate could be replaced by the more eco-friendly wash-primer containing aluminium phosphosilicate.  相似文献
