简化和改进了2,3,4,5-四氟苯甲酸制备方法。以N-苯基四氯邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,经过氟代、开环、脱羧、水解4个步骤方便地制备了2,3,4,5-四氟苯甲酸,总收率为57%。该方法反应条件温和,操作简单,已实现工业化生产,并大幅降低了生产成本。 相似文献

经氟代、水解脱羧、酯化、还原等步骤合成了杀虫剂四氟苯菊酯的重要中间体2,3,5,6,-四氟苯甲醇,改进了氟代反应的无水操作和反应条件,产物四氟对苯二甲腈纯度高达98.3%,通过加入水参与反应改进了水解反应,使水解和脱羧由两步反应变为一步,且产物为只脱一个羧基的2,3,5,6-四氟苯甲酸,收率可以高达925%,用相对价廉的NaBH4/I2体系还原2,3,5,6-四氟苯甲酸甲酯以52.3%的收率得到了目标产物,总收率29.6%。 相似文献

共沉淀法制备Cr-Zn-A1型催化剂,用于催化1,1,1-三氟-2-氯乙烷(HCFC-133a)与HF反应,制备1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)。BET法表征了催化剂的比表面积;CC-MS方法,分析了不同反应条件下HCFC-133a的转化率、HFC-134a的收率、以及副产物组成。结果表明,催化剂按一定程序烧结、活化后,温度为350-370℃、HF与HCFC-133a摩尔比为8-12时,HFC-134a的收率约为30%-38%,反应产物中HFC-134a的选择性大于99%。连续反应720h后,催化剂的活性不变。 相似文献

Manufacturing and inventory facilities along with the materials present in them are the physical assets of a company. Companies strive to maximize their shareholder values by managing these assets through a variety of business decisions. In this work, we present a new mixed-integer linear programming model for asset management and capital budgeting, which can aid the decision-making process for supply chain redesign. The decisions include facility location, relocation, investment, disinvestment, technology upgrade, production–allocation, distribution, supply contracts, capital generation, etc. To the best of our knowledge, this model is the first to address disinvestment, technology upgrade, material supply contracts, and loans and bonds for capital generation, while including strategic asset management and tactical planning, capacity planning, financial/regulatory factors, and production–distribution. We illustrate the impact of ignoring disinvestment and/or relocation decisions as a 14% decrease in profit for an example case study. 相似文献

Oxygen Pinch emphasizes oxygen management and integration by splitting and recycling of oxygen/substrate requiring processes to achieve minimum “fresh” oxygen supply and maximum biodegradation per unit mass and hence to reduce energy consumption, to shorten operating times and to improve plant capacity. The presented approach considers not only the concentration differences that represent the mass transfer driving force between streams of varying substrate concentration but also the influence substrate utilization kinetics have on this driving force. Through the use of classical Pinch Principles, the maximum amount of substrate required to maintain a healthy sludge is identified assuming oxygen concentration is not limiting. The challenge posed by the presented case study towards improvement of an existing plant is not to reduce the oxygen supply (the oxygen is always maintained in excess), but to improve the substrate utilization for the same amount of supplied oxygen thereby increasing the capacity of the plant and lowering the energy consumption per unit volume of wastewater. It is reported that the principles introduced by the Thermal Pinch concept can work successfully for environment protection purposes and finally can again be returned to their original address leading to energy saving. 相似文献

There are considerable challenges in developing new resource projects that meet the ideals of sustainability. The high-level principles of corporate sustainability policies cannot be easily integrated into project management systems. In addition, existing systems do not readily deliver innovative solutions to address key sustainability issues, such as significantly reduced carbon emissions, minimal environmental impacts, and maintaining the societal ‘licence to operate’.SUSOP® (SUStainable OPerations) is an approach for the integration of sustainable development principles into the design and operation of industrial processes. Somewhat analogous to HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Studies), SUSOP® is a systematic and rigorous framework for identifying and evaluating sustainability opportunities and risks within the organising architecture of a sustainability framework.This approach has been tested and enhanced through application to real case studies in the minerals industry. The results, both at the conceptual and pre-feasibility phases, have led to significant insights for identifying and evaluating options that enhance an operation's contribution to sustainability and its long-term business case.This paper discusses the need for an approach such as SUSOP®, presents the key outcomes from its development with particular reference to the case study learnings, and highlights the practical ways for incorporating sustainability into project management systems. 相似文献

With the rapid development of industrial, large amounts of different inorganic and organic pollutants are released into the natural environments. The efficient elimination of environmental pollutants, i.e., photocatalytic degradation of persistent organic pollutants into nontoxic organic/inorganic chemicals, in-situ solidification or sorption-reduction of heavy metal ions, is crucial to protect the environment. Nanomaterials with large surface area, active sites and abundant functional groups could form strong surface complexes with different kinds of pollutants and thereby could efficiently eliminate the pollutants from the aqueous solutions. In this review, we mainly focused on the recent works about the synthesis of nanomaterials and their applications in the efficient elimination of different organic and inorganic pollutants from wastewater and discussed the interaction mechanism from batch experimental results, the advanced spectroscopy techniques and theoretical calculations. The adsorption and the photocatalytic reduction of organic pollutants and the sorption/reduction of heavy metal ions are generally considered as the main methods to decrease the concentration of pollutants in the natural environment. This review highlights a new way for the real applications of novel nanomaterials in environmental pollution management, especially for the undergraduate students to understand the recent works in the elimination of different kinds of inorganic and organic chemicals in the natural environmental pollution management. 相似文献
