时频重排方法在管道导波信号处理中的应用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对超声导波的多模态和频散特性会导致信号波包在结构中传播发生展宽的现象,研究了400kHz时的管道导波时域信号。指出了用时频分析方法可以直观地描述导波信号在传播过程中的能量分布,准确反映主要模态信息和各模态群速度变化趋势,建立与导波频散曲线间的对应关系,并且利用时频重排的方法可以进一步提高分析结果的可读性。 相似文献

航空结构中不易拆卸的小口径管路和石油输油管道都需要一种高效快捷的损伤检测手段,研究了基于压电传感器的导波技术对中小口径管结构损伤的检测方法。借助Matlab软件求解频散方程,绘制频散曲线,根据频散曲线分析最佳激励频率及最佳导波模态,进一步得到检测信号的激励方法。结合数据处理及损伤定位方法,给出一套管路损伤的导波检测方法。试验结果表明:使用L(0,2)模态导波有效检测出φ25 mm不锈钢管上φ2 mm通孔,检测距离达70 m,使用T(0,1)模态导波有效检测出石油管道上的腐蚀缺陷。 相似文献

我国是石油开采大国,原油开采面积广阔,集输管线网络复杂庞大。受原油技术管线输送介质、管线铸造材料、敷设位置等多方面条件决定。原油集输管线在使用过程中不可避免的会出现腐蚀现象,并逐步导致管线断裂穿孔等问题的出现。不仅对油田企业生产以及经济效益带来直接影响,泄漏的原油等介质也会对周边生态环境造成较大的影响。为了降低管线腐蚀对原油生产开发以及生态环境带来的影响,需要加强管线腐蚀测量的工作质量,及时掌控管线腐蚀现状,制定针对性处理措施,有效规避管线腐蚀带来的各项后果。课题研究由此出发,基于我国现阶段管线腐蚀检测技术现状,深入分析探讨超声导波技术在管线腐蚀检测中的应用方法。 相似文献

采用有限元分析方法研究了焊管UOE成形技术预弯工艺参数——预弯弧度和预弯半径对O成形的影响。研究发现,预弯工艺可以改善板料O成形后的曲率分布,在预弯弧度大于25°时,O成形后管坯的边缘直边现象得到明显改善。随预弯弧度的增加,O成形后的管坯曲率逐渐趋于均一,但是成形载荷随预弯弧度的增加而增加。预弯半径为焊管名义半径的1.0~1.3倍时,可以获得较好的形状,过大或过小都会使O成形后管坯的曲率沿弧长方向急剧变化。在相同压缩率的情况下,在上述合理的预弯半径范围内所需成形载荷较大,但是在相同变形载荷下,采用上述预弯半径仍然可以优先获得较好的形状。 相似文献

The dispersion of ultrasonic guided waves causes wave-packets to spread out in space and time as they propagate through a structure. This limits the resolution that can be obtained in a long-range guided wave inspection system. A technique is presented for quickly predicting the rate of spreading of a dispersive wave-packet as it propagates. It is shown that the duration of a wave-packet increases linearly with propagation distance. It is also shown that the duration of a wave-packet after a given propagation distance can be minimised by optimising the input signal. A dimensionless parameter called minimum resolvable distance (MRD) is defined that enables a direct comparison to be made between the resolution attainable at different operating points. Some conclusions are made concerning the resolution of various operating points for the case of Lamb waves in an aluminium plate. 相似文献

This paper presents a new method for measuring dispersion curves of elastic waves propagating in thin plates and layered media. The measurement is based on line-focus PVDF transducers that have been used successfully to measure surface acoustic wave velocities for both isotropic and anisotropic bulk materials. In this study, the transducer has been further applied to thin plates and layered media for measuring their wave velocity dispersion. In order to obtain the dispersion relation, a new waveform processing method is introduced. A theoretical analysis is given to explain how this method can be used for the determination of velocity dispersion curves. Experimental testing on two samples, a thin glass plate and a glass/silicon layered medium, were carried out using the line-focus PVDF transducer and the new waveform processing technique. The experimental results when compared to theoretical values indicate that the wave dispersion curves can be determined accurately. 采用有限元模拟方法,就直缝埋弧焊管端口机械扩径变形过程进行了研究,对直缝埋弧焊管端口机械扩径过程的横断面、纵断面变形特征做了数值模拟。结果表明,沿管材轴向寸以将变形状态分为端口变形区、过渡变形区和未变形区,在扩径过程中需要确定合理的扩径长度。端口变形区壁厚减薄,而在管材与模具尾部圆角相切处应变最大,处于相邻两块模具之间的悬空段管材壁厚变化不均匀,切向拉应力最大,壁厚减薄严重,这几处需要防止变形破坏,由此可见变形过程具有十分明显的局部变形特征。对直缝埋弧焊管端口机械扩径的模拟得到了扩径长度、管端壁厚变化等对实际生产有益的结论。 相似文献

介绍了石油钻杆端部镦锻加厚工艺基本原理及加厚方式.针对φ137.9 mm×9.17 mm石油钻杆,提出了加厚工艺方案,并用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件,对其端部镦锻成形过程进行了数值模拟.通过后处理模块显示的模拟结果,发现在原有的工艺方案中,终锻成形管坯的内壁与凸模间有较大的间隙.提出了改进方案,在第二工步将凹模的型腔部分加长,同时增大凸模的行程.模拟结果表明,适当增大凹模型腔部分长度及凸模行程时,管坯内壁充满情况最为理想,内加厚锥度也较为光滑.得出的改进方案是可行的,并为同类钻杆镦锻模的设计提供了参考. 相似文献

An ultrasonic inspection technique using Lamb waves was evaluated to detect and determine the exact location of flaws present in long steel pipes. Since multiple modes of Lamb waves are generated due to their dispersive characteristics in the inspected pipes, the selection of a specific Lamb wave mode is very important for inspection of flaws. Experimental studies of flaw detectability with the use of each Lamb wave mode, namely, the A0 S0, A1, and S1 modes and their ultrasonic attenuation characteristics were conducted. The experimental results showed that the A0 mode is the most effective for detection and exact determination of the location flaws. A lucite wedge containing a water column that generates the A0 Lamb wave mode was developed and used in the present inspection study. It was found that the ultrasonic beam divergence after wrapping around the inspected pipe once interferes with exact determination of the location of flaws and that the maximum reflection signals are obtained when the transducer is offset axially from the straight line with the position of the flaw. The present study showed feasibilities of ultrasonic inspection with the use of Lamb waves for detection of flaws in insulated or inaccessible steel pipes. 相似文献
