1．1月1日,国家标准《取水定额第5部分：造纸产品》GB／T18916．5-2012开始实施。该标准由中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局和中国国家标准化管理委员会联合发布。

中国造纸工业2013年产销形势分析

一、中国造纸工业2013年1—9月生产和经济运行情况 1．生产完成情况 据国家统计局统计数据,截止2013年9月底,制浆造纸及纸制品业企业数量为7158家。其中：纸浆制造业61家,造纸业2903家,纸制品制造业4194家。

瑞典制浆造纸工业2013年第三季度生产情况

据瑞典国家林业局发布的消息,瑞典制浆造纸工业2013年第三季度纸张和纸板产量与2012年同比下降8.7％,为260万t;其中,新闻纸和印刷纸的产量下降仍然最明显,分别下降28％和7％。2013年第三季度纸浆产量与2012年同比下降2．2％,为310万t,     

2013年我国木片进出口情况简析

从国家海关总署最近公布的2013年我国木片进、出口统计数据可以看出,无论是进口或是出口,与2012年同期相比都出现了一些变化。木片进口数量增幅较大,进口金额与进口数量同步提高较多。与此同时,出口木片在总量方面与2012年持平,单价则大幅上涨,出口金额大幅提高近90％。

美国瓦楞原纸减产产能利用率上升 美国锐思林纸产品咨询公司（RISI）的最新统计数据显示,2013年12月,美国瓦楞原纸产量为284．7万t,与上年同比减少2．7％,但环比增长4％。     

2013年俄罗斯的制浆造纸和出版业

1．制浆 2013年俄罗斯纸浆（包括木浆及其他纤维纸浆）产量总计为720万t,与2012年同比下降6．7％,其中木浆下降7％。回顾2011年,俄罗斯纸浆产量同比2010年大幅度增长23％,2012年俄罗斯纸浆产量基本停留在这个水平。
