动态应变时效对18—8型奥氏体不锈钢低周疲劳行为的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本文研究了18-8型奥氏体不锈钢的对称拉压低周疲劳行为特征及动态应变时效(DSA)预处理的影响结果表明:在所使用的应变幅(±0.5%-±1.5%)范围内,试样都经过循环硬化、饱和和循环软化过程,在相同的应变幅下DSA预处理后循环峰值应力高于固溶态及冷变形预处理状态,但疲劳断裂寿命相差不大TEM分析结果表明:材料经DSA预处理后,形成了均匀、高密度、稳定的位错组态是提高循环峰值应力的主要原因,而循环软化则是由于形成了低密度的、伸长的位错胞状结构的结果 相似文献

Studies were made of the symmetric tensile-compressive low cycle fatigue behaviour and theinfluence of dynamic strain aging(DSA)pre-treatment of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel.Within the testing amplitude range of strain.±0.5 % to±1.5 %,the three processes ofcyclic hardening,cyclic saturation and cyclic softening were observed.In the same amplitudeof strain,the peak stress of the samples pre-treated by DSA is higher than that of solid-solu-tion and cold working pre-treatment,but no remarkable differences of the fatigue lives ofthem were found.TEM observation shows that the uniform and stable dislocation networkswith high density form after DSA pre-treatment,which increases the cyclic peak stress.Thecyclic softening results from the low dislocation density and elongated cell structure with lowenergy. 相似文献

The surface layer of Ni_(68)P_(18)Cr_(14) amorphous alloy was studied by AES and XPS associated with ion beam sputtering. It was found that great differences existed between the surface layer and the bulk both in composition and chemical states. The dominant component elements Ni and P were of lower content in the surface laver, while Cr was enriched. Cr was drastically oxidized in the surface layer, but Ni underwent no oxidation. There was a P enriched region just helow the surface oxide layer, which was supposed to enhance the surface segregation of Cr. Ni underwent no oxidation in Ni_(68)P_(18)Cr_(14) amorphous alloy. 相似文献

以JIS SUS 304和SUS 304N为实验材料,在应力控制条件下研究了两种奥氏体不锈钢的低周疲劳性能.结果表明:(1)在低应力区(σa<430 MPa),SUS 304N的疲劳寿命高于SUS 304的疲劳寿命;但在高应力区(σa>430 MPa),静强度较高的SUS 304N的疲劳寿命反而低于SUS 304的疲劳寿命.(2)SUS 304中疲劳微裂纹萌生的循环次数比远小于SUS 304N.在低应力区,SUS 304中的疲劳微裂纹萌生后。其扩展速率大于SUS 304N;但在高应力区,SUS 304中的疲劳微裂纹萌生后,其扩展速率小于SUS 304N,使它在高应力区的疲劳寿命超过了SUS 304N.(3)添加氮元素后.奥氏体组织的稳定性得到提高.疲劳实验过程中SUS 304发生了显著的应变诱发马氏体转变,而SUS 304N基本未发生此现象. 相似文献

The regularity and mechanism of the microplastic deformation of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti both solu-tion-treated and prestrained were investigated.In the different stages of microplasticdeformation,stage 1 corresponds to the dislocation moving and exhausting in the regions neargrain boundaries.Stage 2,being the early stage of macroplastic deformation,corresponds tothe extensive operation and generation of dislocations in the interior of grains and also dislo-cation emission from the grain boundaries.The regularities of the effect of prestrain onmacro-and micro-yield strength are different. 相似文献

本文研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti在固溶态及预形变状态的微塑性变形规律和机理。在微塑性变形的不同阶段中,Ⅰ阶段对应晶界附近区域位错的运动与耗竭;Ⅱ阶段对应于晶粒内部位错全面开动与增殖并有晶界发射位错,相当于宏观变形的初始阶段。预变形对1Cr18Ni8Ti的宏观屈服强度σ_0.2与微屈服强度σ_(mys)(1~(-6))具有不同的影响规律。 相似文献

土壤中SRB及Cl-对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢腐蚀的相互影响 总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1
利用交流阻抗测试技术、扫描电镜及表面能谱、失重法、微生物分析等方法 ,研究了在不同Cl-含量的土壤中 ,硫酸盐还原菌对 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢腐蚀的影响规律 .13 6d的试验结果表明 ,不同Cl-含量土壤中SRB菌量在2 3 0 0 0~ 3 5 0 0 0 (个 /克土 )之间 ,Cl-的加入并没有显著影响SRB的生长 ,随着Cl-的加入土壤中SRB的菌量有增大的趋势 ;随着土壤中Cl-含量的增大 ,不锈钢腐蚀电位负偏移 ,而且在接菌土壤中的腐蚀电位比在灭菌土壤中负移幅度更大 ;不锈钢在灭菌土壤中没有发生点蚀现象 ,而在接菌土壤中发生了严重的点蚀 ,最大点蚀深度随着土壤中Cl-含量的增加而增大 ,这说明在土壤中SRB及Cl-的共同作用下 ,增大了不锈钢的点蚀敏感性 .不锈钢在灭菌土壤中的阻抗图谱表现为一个半径很大的容抗弧 ,而在接菌土壤中的阻抗图表现为两个时间常数的双容抗弧 相似文献

0Cr18Ni9不锈钢表面纳米化组织及其热稳定性对低温渗氮行为的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用超音速微粒轰击技术(SFPB)对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢试样进行了表面纳米化处理,并对SFPB处理后的试样进行热处理和低温气体渗氮处理,分析讨论了表面纳米化组织及其热稳定性对低温渗氮行为的影响.结果表明:经SFPB处理后,试样表层形成厚约250 μm的变形区,表面组织为纳米晶,平均晶粒尺寸为15 nm,其变形机制以孪生为主,变形同时表面发生了马氏体相变,表面硬度明显提高.对SFPB处理的试样经450 ℃热处理后,纳米晶未发生明显粗化,马氏体量减少很小,硬度保持稳定,因而具有良好的热稳定性.晶粒细化、马氏体相变及其良好的热稳定性有利于实现低温快速渗氮,使渗层厚度明显增加,表层硬度得到进一步提高,硬度分布梯度也得到了改善. 相似文献

A series of single bcc,bcc plus fcc duplex and single fcc microcrystalline coatings of1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel were prepared by using sputtering technique.The resistanceagainst pitting corrosion was studied by measurements of pitting corrosion potentials andelectrochemical noise during initiation of corrosion pits.The results show that the sputteredcoatings with single bcc phase or single fcc structure are more resistant to pitting corrosionthan those with bcc plus fcc duplex phase structure. 相似文献

采用电化学噪声和电化学阻抗谱技术,研究1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的早期腐蚀行为。研究表明,浸泡初期(0h~48h),电化学噪声电位、电流在测量时间范围内漂移较小,电位谱功率(PSDV)曲线的斜率几乎不变;电化学阻抗谱在低频下出现感抗特征,表明研究电极表面发生钝化膜破裂与修复的交替过程,即出现了亚稳态蚀点。浸泡中期(48h~60h),电化学噪声出现尖峰波动,谱功率曲线的斜率产生突变,电化学阻抗谱的低频感抗特征消失,表明研究电极表面的亚稳态蚀点转化为稳定蚀点。扫描电镜表面形貌分析表明,浸泡60h后研究电极表面出现明显蚀点。 相似文献

The solidification microstructure of Fe_(70)Cr_(18)Mo_2Si_1B_9 single-roll quenched ribbons with dif-ferent rotating speed of roller and under different atmosphere conditions was investigated.Apart from usual crystallization by homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation,it was foundthat α-iron cohnnnar grains with strong preferred orientation formed beneath free surface andthat spheres of α-iron single coastal with a size of several μm up to 20μm,which have rarelybeen reported,appeared inside the ribbons.There was experirnental evidence suggesting thatclusters of metal atoms formed from fluctuation in early undercooled liquid might play a roleas pre-existed nuclei and,in fact,control the formation of amorphous for this alloy. 相似文献

通过高温氧化实验,测定出1Cr18Ni9Ti热浸镀铝前后的氧化增重,分析了扩散层的微观结构和表面氧化产物的物相组成.结果表明1Cr18Ni9Ti热浸镀铝后的抗氧化温度可达1100℃,扩散层中Fe2Al5退化成FeAl后,β-NiAl将发挥抗氧化作用,α-A12O3相的形成是使材料抗高温氧化性提高的主要原因. 相似文献

利用TEM和EDX技术, 研究了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢焊缝中第二相在700 ℃下保温一系列时间段的转变. 结果表明, 焊后空冷焊缝中的第二相为M3C, 回火过程中第二相主要组成为M3C+M7C3+M23C6. 长时间回火后M3C发生球化并消失, 初期析出的低wCr/wFe(Cr与Fe的质量比)的M7C3是亚稳相, M23C6只能在较低的回火参数范围内存在, 后期形成了wCrwFe更高的M7C3稳定的第二相. M3C多呈球状,M7C3和M23C6多为长条状和块状. 相似文献

本文利用三电极技术研究了超高纯铁素体不锈钢Fe-26Cr-1Mo在3.5%NaCl水溶液转化体系中,低周腐蚀疲劳的裂纹萌生行为.在静态点蚀电位以下,形变诱发点蚀出现,但是点蚀在本文的研究体系不是导致裂纹萌生的原因.在低应变速率下,裂纹沿晶内的驻留滑移带萌生,且沿滑移带的电化学溶解加快了裂纹萌生.在高应变速率下,裂纹在晶界萌生,且沿晶界有点蚀实验结果表明,电化学溶解加速了裂纹萌生,点蚀在此钝化体系中不是裂纹萌生的机制.应变速率影响裂纹萌生方式. 相似文献
