本文通过共沉淀工艺会成了复合氧化物Ln0.67Sr0.33MnO3(Ln=La、Pr、Nd、Sm)与传统陶瓷制各方法相比,成相温度降低约450℃.经X射线衍射分析表明,所得复合氧化物为立方钙钛矿结构,晶胞参数随稀土离子半径变化而呈规律性变化.样品的四极法电阻率测试结果表明:样品中的稀土离子Ln的离子半径对其本身的导电性起决定性的作用.应用双交换理论,只能部分地解释该实验结果.由此推测稀土离子中的4f层电子在电导过程中起一定作用. 相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶和等离子喷涂的方法,制备了SUS430/La0.8Sr0.2MnO3复合连接板材料.通过TG、IR和XRD分析了La0.8Sr0.2MnO3凝胶烧结过程;采用SEM、四探针法和氧化增重法分别研究了SUS430/La0.8Sr0.2MnO3复合连接板材料的形貌、电子导电能力和高温抗氧蚀能力.经比较研究发现,溶胶凝胶和等离子喷涂都可以制备出高性能的SUS430/La0.8Sr0.2MnO3复合连接板材料,陶瓷涂层致密度分别达到了94.6%和97%;且腐蚀速率由SUS430材料的104.93μg2·cm-4·h-1分别降低到26.91μg2·cm-4·h-1和20.39μg2·cm-4·h-1,在800C下它们的电导率分别为11.17s·cm-1和12.66s·cm-1. 相似文献

利用水热晶化法对BaZrO3和SrZrO3的制备进行了研究,对不同水热条件下的产物进行了结构表征,并探讨了最佳合成条件,结果表明,150℃,晶化1d为最佳水热晶化条件,介质的适宜碱度为KOH/Zr≈4。在此条件下,可获得3-7μmBaZrO3和5-15μmSrZrO3的多晶粉末。 相似文献

本对B位二元复合钙钛矿型复合氧化物LaMyM'1-yO3(M、M'=Mn、Fe、Co;y=0.0·1.0)的结构和红外光谱进行了研究。B位元素复合对B-O键强度有较大影响,B位离子之间的相互作用及BO6八面体畸变所导致的晶体结构的改变在红外光谱上有明显的反映,晶体结构的改变和红外光谱的变化有一定的对应关系。在Fe-Mn和Fe-Co体系中,几何因素对B-O键伸缩振动频率的变化起主导作用,在Mn-C 相似文献

研究了用固相法制备的掺(Sr,Pb)TiO3陶瓷的热敏特性。结果表明,掺Nd的(Si,Pb)TiO3陶瓷具有良好的NTC-PTC复合热敏特性,主要参数:Tc=123℃,pRT=150Ωcm,pmin=15.44Ωcm,α(-)50=-3.06%/℃,α(+)50=7.57%/℃,降阻后材料仍为典型的ABO3型钙肽矿结构;Nd^3+一部分以施主形式进入A位,一部分仍以Nd2O3的形式残留在试样中。S 相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列掺杂(La0.8Ln0.2)2/3Ca1/3MnO3(Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu)纳米级晶体。对比在La被其它镧系元素部分替代后,引起的A位离子平均半径的改变和磁矩变化对电输运及磁阻性能的影响,实验分析表明,各个样品在同样大小磁场下的磁电阻存在较大的差别,样品的磁电阻随原子序数的增加而明显变大,由镧系收缩引起晶格畸变所产生的本征磁电阻占主导地位,随着外加磁场的增加,不同掺杂样品间的峰值电阻差异被弱化;各掺杂样品间的转变温度差与掺杂离子半径差和磁矩差密切相关,且离子半径的差异对转变温度的改变贡献更大。 相似文献

Lattice effect on magnetic and electrical transport properties of Ln2/3Pb1/3MnO3 (Ln=La, Pr, Nd) films prepared by RF magnetron sputtering technique were investigated. With the decrease of the average ions radius 〈rA〉, the structure of Ln2/3Pb1/3MnO3 (Ln=La, Pr, Nd) targets transit from the rhombohedral phase to the orthorhombic phase, and the Curie temperature reduces rapidly with the decrease of 〈rA〉. The electrical properties show that films are the metallic state which can be fitted to the formula: ρ(T)=ρ0 + ρ1T^2 + ρ2T^4.5 at low temperatures. The temperature range of the ferromagnetic metallic state becomes narrow with the decrease of 〈rA〉. The phenomenon can be explained by the lattice effect. 相似文献

In this article, a detailed investigation of the thermal properties of doped perovskite cobaltates Ln0.7Ca0.3CoO3 (Ln = La, Pr, and Nd) at temperatures 0 ${{\rm K} \leq T \leq}$ 350 K using the modified rigid ion model (MRIM) is presented. Theoretically, MRIM provides arguably the most realistic interaction potential to treat these properties. The variation of the specific heat and volumetric thermal expansion coefficient for these cobaltates in the temperature range 0 ${{\rm K} \leq T \leq}$ 350 K is computed. The computed specific heat is in reasonably good agreement with available experimental data. Present investigations reaffirm the presence of strong electron?Cphonon interactions in these compounds. The dominant contribution to the specific heat is the phonon term that follows here the Debye-type solid. In addition, the results on the temperature dependence of the molecular force constant (f), the reststrahlen frequency (??), the Debye temperature (?? D), and the Gruneisen parameter (?? 0) are also discussed. 相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备La0.57Ca0.33-0.5xLixMnO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.20)多晶陶瓷,用XRD分析多晶陶瓷的晶体结构,用SEM对多晶陶瓷的微观形貌进行分析,用标准四探针法测量电阻率-温度关系.结果表明,随着Li掺杂量的增加,所有样品均为斜方晶系,晶胞体积不断减小,金属-绝缘体转变温度(Yp)降低,电阻率不断增加,电阻率温度系数(TCR)不断减小.低温区域(T<TP)的电阻率数据可以用ρ(T)=ρ0+ρ2T2 +ρ4.5T4.5进行拟合;高温区域(T>TP)的电阻率数据可以用小极化子跃迁(SPH)模型和变程跳跃(VRH)模型进行拟合.整个温度区域(100~300 K)可以使用渗透模型对电阻率进行拟合.从拟合数据可知极化子激活能Ea随Li掺杂量的增加而增大,这是由于Li的加入减小了Mn3+-O2--Mn4+的键角,增大了有效带宽的间隙,因此也减弱了双交换作用,增大了电阻率. 相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积技术在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上制备出多晶La0.67Sr0.33MnO3(LSMO)薄膜,对其电脉冲致非挥发可逆电阻开关特性进行研究.结果表明,Ag/LSMO/Pt结构具有明显的室温电脉冲诱发电阻开关特性,且在宽电压脉冲作用下表现出较低的开关电压和较快的变阻饱和速度.由此可见,总脉冲能量或电荷(电流作用)为该结构的电阻开关效应提供驱动力.对Ag/LsMO/Pt结构进行了耐久性测试,表明该结构具有良好的疲劳特性与保持特性,可应用于新型不挥发存储器、传感器及可变电阻等电子元器件的研制 相似文献

We have investigated the dielectric properties of Pr0.67Ba0.33MnO3 (PBMO) and Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (PSMO) perovskites synthesized by the solid-state reaction method at 1473 K. Samples were characterized by complex impedance spectroscopy (CIS) in the frequency range from 40 Hz to 1 MHz, at room temperature. The conductivity curves for the two samples were well fitted by the Jonscher law σ(ω)=σ dc +Aω n . For the PBMO sample, the hopping process occurs at long distance, whereas for PSMO compound it occurs between neighboring sites. Frequency dependence of dielectric constant (ε″) and tangent loss (tanδ) show a dispersive behavior at low frequencies that was explained on the basis of the Maxwell–Wagner model and Koop’s theory. Electric modulus formalism has been employed to study the relaxation dynamics of charge carriers. For both compounds, the variation of the imaginary part Z″ shows a peak at a relaxation angular frequency (ω r ) related to the relaxation time (τ) by τ=1/ω r . Nyquist plots of impedance show the presence of two semicircles and an electrical equivalent circuit has been proposed to explain the impedance results. 相似文献
