锅炉受热面管的复合涂层防护技术

针对燃煤电站锅炉受热面管磨蚀严重，导致泄露、爆管等事故而被迫停炉检修的情况，根据受热面管的形状、工况条件和使用环境状况，对电弧喷涂工艺以及对若干用于锅炉抗高温磨蚀的喷涂丝材所制备涂层的微观组织结构、硬度、涂层结合性能以及耐冲蚀磨损性能和高温腐蚀性能等进行了深入的研究。结果表明，以超音速电弧喷涂NiAl丝材作为结合底层、金属-陶瓷材料或高Cr材料作为功能层、并辅以高温封孔的复合涂层制备技术，可提高锅炉运行的可靠性和经济性。     

工艺参数对电弧喷涂NiAl涂层结合强度的影响

以涂层结合强度为判据,采用Ni-Al丝材和PARXAIR-9935电弧喷涂系统制备镍基涂层,通过正交试验对电弧喷涂NiAl合金工艺进行了优化。利用在线检测系统对焰流的强度、粒子的速度和温度进行检测,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段对涂层和断口形貌进行分析。结果表明,喷涂电流、喷涂电压、雾化空气压力、喷涂距离对NiAl合金涂层结合强度具有不同程度的影响,确定优化后的工艺参数为喷涂电流150A,喷涂电压27V,雾化空气压力0.6MPa,喷涂距离150mm。在优化工艺参数条件下,电弧喷涂NiAl合金涂层组织呈现出典型的层状结构;并且随着涂层厚度的增加,结合强度呈线性下降,其最大结合强度可达39.8MPa。     

LX88A高硬耐磨涂层材料在布袋除尘管道上的应用

分析了韶钢动力厂布袋除尘系统荒煤气支管弯头频繁磨损穿孔的原因,通过对比电弧喷涂LX88A高硬耐磨涂层与其他喷涂方法的优缺点,介绍了LX88A高硬耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺和该高硬耐磨涂层材料的使用效果。     

高温可磨耗复合梯度涂层喷涂工艺研究

按照常压等离子喷涂工艺路线,选择合理的喷涂工艺参数和复合喷涂材料的配比,使用常压等离子喷涂设备在发动机结构件上制备出了高温可磨耗复合梯度封严涂层。对该涂层显微组织、EDS微区成分、涂层组织抗氧化性和涂层氧化增重曲线的测试分析表明,涂层的结构和性能符合相关标准,制备的涂层达到了高温可磨耗封严涂层的使用要求,并已得到实际应...     

电弧丝材喷涂技术的研究

研制出了PW送丝机构,对电弧丝材喷涂的工艺参数及涂层的组织性能进行了研究实验,讨论了工艺参数与组织性能间的相应关系,并对电弧喷涂锌铝涂层和研制的长城7号涂层的实际应用情况作了介绍.     

电火花表面改性对AZ91D镁合金电弧喷涂铝涂层耐蚀性的影响

通过电弧喷涂/电火花沉积复合工艺在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了耐蚀性涂层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、电化学测试和浸泡实验等研究手段,研究了电弧喷涂/电火花沉积复合涂层的结构及耐腐蚀性能,并对涂层腐蚀机制进行了分析。结果表明:经电弧喷涂/电火花沉积复合处理后,E corr=-1.33 V,较基体和喷涂铝涂层试样分别正移约280,40 mV,腐蚀倾向性有所降低;点蚀电位为-0.704 V,较电弧喷涂铝涂层试样提高约60 mV,点蚀敏感性有所降低;电弧喷涂铝涂层试样的钝化电流i pass=4.6×10-3A·cm-2,电弧喷涂/电火花沉积处理试样的ipass=3.2×10-5A·cm-2,经电火花表面改性后,涂层钝化膜自修复能力大幅增强;在3.5%NaCl溶液中,经36 h浸泡试验后,电弧喷涂铝涂层试样表面出现直径达150μm的点蚀坑;而电弧喷涂/电火花沉积复合涂层表面仅出现直径约5~8μm的点蚀坑,涂层发生的主要为亚稳态点蚀。     

热喷涂法制备钼系涂层的研究进展

本文介绍了常用热喷涂方法的原理及特点,包括火焰喷涂、电弧喷涂、大气等离子喷涂、真空等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂和爆炸喷涂。从耐磨、减摩、抗高温氧化、耐蚀、强化等几个方面重点叙述了利用热喷涂法制备Mo-O系、Mo-S系、Mo-Si系、Mo-C系以及钼系非晶-纳米晶5类钼系涂层的特点,并针对不同涂层性能要求选取合适的工艺方法进行了简要概括。     

超音速等离子喷涂氧化铝涂层组织性能研究

采用超音速等离子喷涂工艺制备了氧化铝涂层。利用扫描电镜和纳米测试仪研究了电弧功率及喷涂距离对氧化铝涂层的微观组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明:功率为60kW,喷涂距离为100mm时涂层的孔隙率最低,微观硬度和弹性模量最高;氧化铝涂层的微观硬度和弹性模量主要受涂层中的孔隙和微裂纹的影响,两者随电弧功率与喷涂距离的增大均呈现先增后减的相同趋势。     

电弧喷涂快速模具的 3Cr13 涂层工艺参数优化

为了确定电弧喷涂快速模具型壳材料3Cr13的喷涂工艺参数,用正交试验法研究了喷涂工艺参数对涂层厚度、涂层硬度和孔隙率的影响,并利用光学和电子显微镜对喷涂涂层的微观形貌进行了观察和分析。结果表明:所获得的喷涂工艺参数,较好的实现了喷涂模具的制造及应用,可用于汽车覆盖件的冲压制造。     

水冷壁管喷涂铝涂层的应用研究

介绍了电弧喷涂在水冷壁管制备铝涂层的工艺，分析了水冷管的腐蚀状况及铝涂层的防腐性能，探讨了电弧喷铝的特点及相关工艺的选择。     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Comparison of rates of infection of two methods of emergency ventricular drainage

The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.
