SOM法金属氧化物制取金属新技术   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以MgF2-CaF2为熔盐电解质,利用固体透氧膜(SOM)法直接电解还原Ta2O5和丁TiO2制备了金属钽和钛,分析了制样压力和电解温度对阴极产物形貌的影响以及电流的变化规律.结果表明:SOM法直接制备金属钽和钛的电解速度快,电流密度高,合理的制样压力为250~332 MPa,电解电压为3.2~3.8 V,电解温度在1 373~1 432 K之间.该方法较FFC有诸多优点,用于对我国各类稀有难熔金属矿资源进行开发利用,具有好的发展前景.  相似文献

用X射线光电子能谱(CPS)对金属钽丝表面进行了分析和研究。通过XPS全程宽扫描和窄扫描,分析了钽丝表面的元素成分和钽的化学态。分析结果表明,钽丝表面的元素成分为Ta,C,O,F,S,C1,P,Fe,Si,Ni,Cr,Ti,Nb,W,Al。对溅射5min前后的Ta4f峰进行曲线拟合,分别得到2个Ta峰和4个Ta峰,对拟合后各个Ta峰的相对位置进行分析,可以得出以上各个Ta峰的化学态;钽丝表面钽的化学态分别为,溅射前Ta2O5和TasSi3,溅射后Ta,Ta2O5,TasSi3。  相似文献

液态铈非常活泼,与很多涂层都发生反应。将钽坩埚表面氧化后熔炼铈已有比较满意的结果,但在石墨坩埚表面喷涂Ta2O5涂层的研究报道却很少。本文总结了石墨坩埚表面等离子及火焰喷涂Ta2O5涂层工艺。在大气中通过热震试验考核了氧化钽涂层相稳定性,在真空感应加热环境下对火焰喷涂氧化钽涂层进行了进一步的热震稳定性考核,采用SEM分析了涂层表面微观形貌,同时采用XRD技术分析了加热前后氧化钽涂层的组成变化,分析表明,火焰喷涂能够制备单一的Ta2O5涂层。石墨坩埚表面Ta2O5涂层熔炼实验表明,液态铈不侵蚀Ta2O5涂层。  相似文献

试验以Ta2O5为原料,用水与Ta2O5以一定比例混合,采用粉浆浇铸成型,自然晾干24h,在马弗炉中分别以1000℃、1100℃、1200℃、1300℃烧结6h后制的阴极块为阴极,以石墨为阳极,无水CaCl2和NaCl混合熔盐为电解体系,在800℃的温度下,采用3.2V电解电压进行10h电解,制取钽粉。试验结果表明:采用1200℃烧结6h制备的阴极块电解效率最高,电解产物中的氧含量最低。  相似文献

本文研究了707阴离子交换树脂从草酸溶液中吸附钽草酸配合物的性能和动力学。试验结果表明在[(NH4)2C2O4]=0.13mol/L、[K2S2O8]=0.024mol/L、[Ta]=8×10-5mol/L、pH=1.5~3.5条件下,钽的吸附率有最大值。测得液膜扩散控制交换速率常数B25℃=2.5×10-4s-1,液膜扩散控制交换活化能Ea=15.96kJ/mol,钽的饱和吸附容量CTa=182.4mg/g干树脂。  相似文献

采用KOH熔融法合成了钽酸.利用X射线衍射仪,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,热重分析仪和紫外-可见-近红外光谱仪对合成的钽酸进行表征.结果表明:钽酸中存在1.8个水,且在制备过程中吸附了硫酸根,经850℃焙烧3 h,钽酸大部分转化为Ta2O5.以钽酸为催化剂,研究其催化正丁醇与冰乙酸反应生成乙酸正丁酯中各种因素对酯化率的影响.实验证明钽酸是合成乙酸正丁酯的良好催化剂.反应条件为:HAc0.167 mol,n(醇):n(酸)=2:1,催化剂用量为HAc质量的7.5%,带水剂环己烷5 ml,回流反应5 h,酯化率达88.8%.  相似文献
