With the development of science and human civilization,modern design has stepped into every aspect of our lives and become the necessities of modern sociey.This article talks about the value of art design,which incarnates in society,economy and culture,Serving us,art design is firstly a social behavior,which is decided by its altruism and utiltarian and incamates its social value.Simultaneously,design is more a cultural behavior,its aesthetic subjects and objects are not only the social culture,but also the motivity that promots human culture.

Abstract: The development history of the project design of spaceflight launching site in China and the main forms used in these designs were introduced in this thesis, and it was pointed out that the spaceflight launch should not use only one fixed model. According to its nation condition, China should design and build the launching project facility and device which correspond to the technology development of spacecraft and carrier rocket.     

Development of CIMS and FMS in Faults Diagnosis System

The research and practice of CIMS and FMS has brought about a great development to ad-vanced manufacturing systems for decades.The experience of failure and success during the process of development is a revelation and reference for the design of a fault diangosis system.This paper focuses on its function of directing to the design of a fault diagnosis system in terms of the flexibility of the sys-tem,the humans importance in the system,and the design of a distributed system.In view of the tend-ency of CIMS and FMS, the article also states the principle that the new fault diagnosis system should be improved by enhancing hardware in software,remote Internet service,and sustainable development.     

Robust Design Rule with Definite Purpose Character Based on Fuzzy Probability and Study of its Characteristics

The design target with definite purpose character of product quality was described in a real fuzzy number(named fuzzy target for short in this paper),and its membership functions in common use were given.According to the fuzzy probability theory and the robust design principle,the robust design rule based on fuzzy probability(named fuzzy robust design rule for short)was put forward and its va-lidity and practicability were analyzed and tested with a design example.The theoretical analysis and the design examples make clear that,while the fuzzy robust design rule was used,the fine design effect can be obtained and the fuzzy robust design rule can be very suitable for the choice of the membership function of the fuzzy target;so it has a particular advantage.

Project Management and Coordination of Distributed Cooperative Product Design in a Virtual Enterprise

The architecture of project management of distributed concurrent product design in a virtual enterprise is put forward. The process of project management and its functions are presented. Product design process coordination is also discussed. First, based on the analysis of traditional project management, project management and coordination of distributed cooperative product design in the virtual enterprise is put forward. Then, aiming at the characteristics of a distributed concurrent product design process, the inherent rules and complex interrelations in product development are studied. Accordingly, the architecture of project management of distributed cooperative product design in a virtual enterprise is presented to adapt to distributed concurrent development of complex products. The main advantages of the architecture are also discussed. Finally, the emphasis is placed on the project management process. Its main functions are set forth, such as projectdefinition, task decomposition and distribution, resource cortstraints and dynamic resource scheduling, process fusion, task scheduling and monitoring, project plan, cost and quality evaluation, etc.

Research on a New Coding System for Vibrating Feeder Design

The slideway design is the key in the design of the disc vibrating feeder.However,no reliable theoretical guidance has come into existence,which greatly restricted the application of CAD(Computer-aided design).In order to feed the application of CAD technology,we must make improvements to the existing coding method.Based on the similarity principle of Group Technology and existing coding system,a new coding method applicable to slideway design is brought forward.The existing coding system could get optimized by means of analysing and studying the influence imposed by the parts′ shape and posture features.More detailed information about the parts could be supplied by the new coding system,which makes the design simpler,more convenient and more accurate with the subjoin of the initial and targeted codes.     

Classification of Meteorological Drought

Background The national standard of the Classification of Meteorological Drought (GB/T 20481-2006) was developed by the National Climate Center in cooperation with Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences,National Meteorological Centre and Department of Forecasting and Disaster Mitigation under the China Meteorological Administration (CMA),and was formally released and implemented in November 2006.In 2008,this Standard won the second prize of the China Standard Innovation and Contribution Awards issued by SAC.Developed through independent innovation,it is the first national standard published to monitor meteorological drought disaster and the first standard in China and around the world specifying the classification of drought.Since its release in 2006,the national standard of Classification of Meteorological Drought has been used by CMA as the operational index to monitor and drought assess,and gradually used by provincial meteorological sureaus,and applied to the drought early warning release standard in the Methods of Release and Propagation of Meteorological Disaster Early Warning Signal.     

XPS and PAT Study on NiAl Phase Formed in a Superalloy by Pack Cementation

The NiAl phase prepared by pack cementation （PC） on a nickel base superalloy was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and positron annihilation technique （PAT）. The focus was on the effect of the solid solution of the alloying element from substrate on the binding energy of Ni （Al） 2p peaks and vacancy concentration of the NiAI phase formed in a superalloy. The results showed that the binding energy of Ni 2p peak of the NiAI phase grown in a superalloy was shifted by up to 0.55 eV at the temperature from 850 to 1050℃ towards higher energies and the binding energy of Al 2p peak by up to 1.09 eV in comparison with the NiAl phase formed in pure Ni. The positron lifetimes obtained from the NiAl phase formed in a superalloy were found to be markedly lower than the theoretical values, indicating the decrease in vacancy concentration. The variation of binding energies and vacancy concentration are possibly due to the solid solution of the alloying atoms from the substrate into the NiAI lattice.
