针对鞍钢天铁冷轧钢卷库在物流管理流程中存在的库位信息紊乱、系统信息实时性不强、吊卷效率不高等问题,分析出其产生的主要原因为吊卷完全依赖地面库管指挥执行,缺少与应用系统之间的直接交互;系统信息通过手工记录后批量更新,实时性不强等。利用RFID和WI-FI技术,增加无线车载终端和电子标签系统,通过对冷轧钢卷库物流的优化和对应用系统程序的改造,实现了冷轧钢卷库的自动化管理,保证了信息及时准确更新,便于生产的实时指挥协调,提高了公司钢卷库物流的效率。  相似文献

为了提高板坯库天车作业效率,结合钢铁厂板坯库生产的特点,我们开发了天车无线系统,实现了天车任务的自动编制、下达、分配和执行。本文阐述了天车无线系统的设计思想,包括无线系统架构、网络设置、系统功能等,以及无线系统的实施方案,包括无线网络设计和无线发射站的布置,最后提出了无线设备安装的注意事项。系统在某钢厂上线后,提高了天车作业效率,应用效果较好。  相似文献

We describe a yeast trihybrid system that facilitates rapid screening of cDNA libraries. Novel yeast vectors were developed that direct integration of cDNA encoding the bait and third protein component into the yeast chromosome. A recombinant yeast strain is thus generated (screening strain) and is available for library transformation. Transformation with the library DNA is a single, efficient transformation event, allowing the cDNA library to be represented in one step. Recovery of the library plasmid from the yeast is also simplified, since it is the only episomal plasmid. Assay of trihybrid interaction and identification of positive clones is facilitated by regulating expression of the third protein component using the yeast MET3 promoter, which is repressed in the presence of exogenous methionine. Trihybrid interactions are detected only on media lacking methionine. This trihybrid system uses the standard E. coli LacZ and yeast HIS3 reporter genes and is compatible with most available Gal4 activation domain cDNA libraries. We describe the successful application of this yeast trihybrid system to the study of phosphoprotein interactions involved in T-cell signaling.  相似文献

cDNA expression cloning is a powerful method for the rescue and identification of genes that are able to confer a readily identifiable phenotype on specific cell types. Retroviral vectors provide several advantages over DNA-mediated gene transfer for the introduction of expression libraries into eukaryotic cells since they can be used to express genes in a wide range of cell types, including those that form important experimental systems such as the hemopoietic system. We describe here a straightforward and efficient method for generating expression libraries by using a murine retroviral vector. Essentially, the method involves the directional cloning of cDNA into the retroviral vector and the generation of pools of stable ecotropic virus producing cells from this DNA. The cells so derived constitute the library, and the virus they yield is used to infect appropriate target cells for subsequent functional screening. We have demonstrated the feasibility of this procedure by constructing several large retroviral libraries (10(5) to 10(6) individual clones) and then using one of these libraries to isolate cDNAs for interleukin-3 and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor on the basis of the ability of these factors to confer autonomous growth on the factor-dependent hemopoietic cell line FDC-P1. Moreover, the frequency at which these factor-independent clones were isolated approximated the frequency at which they were represented in the original plasmid library. These results suggest that expression cloning with retroviruses is a practical and efficient procedure and should be a valuable method for the isolation of important regulatory genes.  相似文献

Genetic algorithms have been shown to be very effective optimization tools for a number of engineering problems. Since the genetic processes typically operate independent of the actual problem, a core genetic algorithm library consisting of all the genetic operators having an interface to a generic objective function can serve as a very useful tool for learning as well as for solving a number of practical optimization problems. This paper discusses the object-oriented design and implementation of such a core library. Object-oriented design, apart from giving a more natural representation of information, also facilitates better memory management and code reusability. Next, it is shown how classes derived from the implemented libraries can be used for the practical size optimization of large space trusses, where several constructibility aspects have been incorporated to simulate real-world design constraints. Strategies are discussed to model the chromosome and to code genetic operators to handle such constraints. Strategies are also suggested for member grouping for reducing the problem size and implementing move-limit concepts for reducing the search space adaptively in a phased manner. The implemented libraries are tested on a number of large previously fabricated space trusses, and the results are compared with previously reported values. It is concluded that genetic algorithms implemented using efficient and flexible data structures can serve as a very useful tool in engineering design and optimization.  相似文献

In response to an increasing concern on the part of the library staff over the role of the departmental libraries at The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center of The Pennsylvania State University, a questionnaire was developed by the George T. Harrel Library and sent to departmental libraries. From the analyzed responses, the authors were able to define the role of departmental libraries in a medical school/hospital situation, to analyze the Hershey Medical Center situation in an objective manner, to outline areas of possible cooperation between the main and departmental libraries, and to delineate some trends which appear to result from inadequate finding of a central library. Overall, the library found that departmental libraries at Hershey are currently maintaining collections consistent with the functional role of a departmental library.  相似文献

为了配合在冶金球团行业推广应用新的膨润土国家标准,通过对我国十七个省(自治区)膨润土产地100多个样品的检测和研究,探讨了膨润土各性能指标的意义、特征、相互关系以及影响因素;阐明了新国标中将吸水率作为膨润土首要指标的合理性;指出了膨胀指数和吸水率一样,是表征膨润土同一性能的两个指标;提出膨胀容虽然在新国标中被废除,但它能在一定程度上反映膨润土在球团生产中的作用,因此可能有保留的必要。  相似文献
