本文设计了新型铸造合金的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电于探什(EMPA)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及扫描隧道显微镜(STM)研究了新型铸造合金的组织及其腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,该合金经1200t固溶处理后,可得到单一的奥氏体组织,具有良好的耐蚀性能。通过STM的观测,得到了新型合全的超高分辨三维腐蚀形貌图象。 相似文献

A series of SmCo/Cr/TbFeCo multilayer thin films with perpendicular anisotropy were prepared by RF- magnetron sputtering system, and the effects of Cr interlayer thickness on magnetic properties and interlayer exchange coupling were investigated. It was found that the magnetic properties varied with the thickness of Cr interlayer, especially the values of saturation magnetization Ms and the coercivity Hc fluctuated periodically with the thickness of Cr interlayer. STM images revealed that the variation of coercivity Hc was attributed to the microstructure change of SmCo layer influenced by Cr interlayer, and the variation of Ms was related to interlayer exchange coupling. 相似文献

Stellite 6 powders were deposited on low carbon steel using SLD (supersonic laser deposition) under optimized parameters. The structure, line scan of elements and porosity of coating were examined and analyzed using SEM (scanning electron microscope), OM (optical microscope) and XRD (X-ray diffraction). The adhesion strength between coating and substrate was tested by PAT-ADHESION/TENSILE and E900STM adhesive. The results showed the deposition characteristics of optimized coating with N2 at a pressure of 3.0 MPa, a temperature of 450 ℃ and a laser power of 1.5 kW were compared with those of Stellite 6 coating deposited by the HVOF (high velocity oxygen fuel). 相似文献

利用计算机模拟了不同分维的断口形貌,并对各种分维测量方法在纳米度域的适用性和可靠性进行了探讨。对于金属断口,在进入纳米度域后,由于小岛截面数的限制或数据量的有限性,面积一周长法和基于Fourier变换的功率谱方法遇到了困难。模拟计算表明,盒子计数分维测量方法可以作为测量纳米度域分维测量方法。扫描隧道显微镜(STM)运用立方体元方法在纳米尺度测定了5Cr21Mn9Ni4N汽阀钢断口的分形维数,分形维数在纳米度域具有方向性。研究结果表明,对于理想分形曲面,这种分形维数的方向性是由数据点数的有限性所造成的,即是一种边界效应;然而,对于实际断口,这种方向性除了边界效应外,还是材料的内禀特性的反映。 相似文献

Nanoscale hybrid organic/inorganic Langmuir-Blodgett films of cerium-substituted heteropolymolybdates (CeHPMo) and π-conjugated macromolecule poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethyl) quinoline (PQ) were obtained with auxiliary film-forming material stearic acid(SA) or octadecylamine(ODA). The surface pressure-area isotherms illuminate the formation of the hybrid LB films of PQ/ODA/Ce-HPMo and PQ/SA/Ce-HPMo. The different film-forming mechanism was discussed when the different auxiliary film-forming materials were used in the system. The absorption spectra indicate that the molecules of PQ and Ce-HPMo are incorporated into the LB films. Tapping-mode AFM image reveals a granular surface texture of nanosized Ce-substituted heteropolymolybdate. STM image shows that the conductivity is greatly improved after Ce-substituted heteropolymolybdates are incorporated in the films. 相似文献
