以从二羧酸中分离出的戊二酸酐和正癸醇为原料,用杂多酸为催化剂,合成了戊二酸二正癸酯。考察了醇酐摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等反应条件对酯化反应的影响,确定了合成戊二酸二正癸酯的工艺条件,并对目的产物进行了红外光谱和1 H N M R测定,给出它的一些性能指标。 相似文献

对1,1′-二茂铁二羧酸二辛酯的合成方法开展了研究.通过二茂铁的Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应合成了1,1′-二乙酰基二茂铁,然后用次氯酸钠氧化1,1′-二乙酰基二茂铁得到1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸.研究了1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸直接酯化法制备1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸二甲酯,以其为原料通过酯交换的方法可以65%的收率和四步合计48%的总收率实现1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸二辛酯的合成,产物结构用1H-NMR、IR进行了表征. 相似文献

近年来,β-官能化羧酸衍生物(β-酮酸、丙二酸单边酯等)的催化不对称脱羧反应受到越来越多的关注,出现了许多合成方法来构建酮、酯衍生物且具有较高的光学纯度。相比之下,1,3-二羧酸虽然在手性羧酸的合成中具有很大的潜力,但从未被用作不对称催化脱羧转化的供体。事实上,由于1,3-二羧酸的强酸性和亲核性,其主要用于与不同的羰基反应合成肉桂酸和肉桂酸;此外,1,3-二羧酸的脱羧质子化也可能产生非亲核乙酸衍生物。因此,通过1,3-二羧基酸的脱羧加成反应不对称合成β-取代酸仍是一项非常具有挑战性的工作。 相似文献

以1,3-二溴金刚烷为起始原料,首先在Lewis酸催化作用下与苯酚发生傅-克烷基化反应生成1,3-二(4-羟苯基)金刚烷(DPAD);DPAD再经Williamson缩合反应和中和反应合成了新型金刚烷基Bola型表面活性剂1,3-二(4-(2-乙氧基磺酸钠)-苯基)金刚烷。采用IR、1H NMR和元素分析等手段确定了各中间物及产物的结构,测试了1,3-二(4-(2-乙氧基磺酸钠)-苯基)金刚烷的表面活性。考察了关键反应步骤(Williamson缩合反应)溶剂、卤代磺烷基化试剂、反应温度、反应时间和物料比对产物收率的影响。在优化的反应条件下,1,3-二(4-(2-乙氧基磺酸钠)-苯基)金刚烷的总收率可达72%。 相似文献

用碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与正丙醇(n-PrOH)酯交换反应合成了碳酸二丙酯(DPC),考察了催化剂种类、物料摩尔比、催化剂用量、温度和时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,碳酸钾(K2CO3)具有较好的催化活性和选择性,反应最佳工艺条件为:常压,反应温度95℃,n(n-PrOH)∶n(DMC)=3∶1,w(K2CO3)=1%,反应时间5 h,DMC转化率95.9%,DPC产率73.7%。优化条件下的重复实验表明,该反应易于控制,重复性好。测定了常压下DPC和DMC的气液相平衡数据,结果表明,在常压下DPC和DMC二元物系不形成共沸物。 相似文献

Reaction of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate and diallyl phthalate or vinyl 4‐tert‐butylbenzoate has been found to give an iridescent reaction mixture. Transmittance spectra of the reaction mixture depended on the temperature in the range of 0 to 60°C. The temperature‐transmittance curves showed a discrete stepwise change near the room temperature. Polymerization reaction of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (PHEMA) in a nonreactive monomer substitute, dipropyl phthalate, showed a temperature dependence as was seen for the iridescent reaction mixture, but was not iridescent. PHEMA suspension in several aromatic solvents also showed iridescence, and some of them were temperature dependent. A continuous process for the electrosynthesis of sulphones by cathodic reduction of sulphur dioxide in the presence of organic halides has been investigated. The organic halide, consumed in the cathode process, is regenerated at the anode side and the halogen is hence recycled. As a model process, the synthesis of dipropyl sulphone via propyl bromide has been investigated; SO2 and propyl alcohol are the starting materials. The alcohol, simultaneously serving as the anolyte solvent, reduces bromine to give hydrobromic acid which, in turn, regenerates the organic halide by reaction with further alcohol. Ozonation of dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate and dipropyl phthalate was carried out to evaluate the potential of ozonation for phthalate removal from water. Phthalates with longer alkyl chains, which are often more resistant to biodegradation were found to be more degradable than those with shorter alkyl chains. The degradation of phthalates by ozonation follows the pseudo‐first‐order kinetic model. The rate of phthalates degradation increased exponentially with increasing temperature in the range studied (20 to 50 °C) and in proportion with applied ozone dosages. The rate of phthalates degradation was found to increase with increasing pH of the solution from 2.6 to 11.0, and decreased exponentially with increasing initial concentrations of the phthalates. Degradation of phthalates via ozonation was found to develop dominantly through direct reaction with hydroxyl radicals. Copyright © 2010 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

We have synthesized dimethacrylates of diallyl-, di(prop-1-enyl)-, and dipropyl bisphenol A by reacting the corresponding sodium phenoxide with methacryloyl chloride. The purified monomers were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, and mass spectrometry. A number of anaerobic adhesive formulations were made using these monomers. Tensile shear, impact, and torque strengths of the anaerobic adhesive bonds were measured by ASTM standard methods to evaluate the performance of these adhesive compositions. Generally they performed much better as anaerobic adhesives over conventional anaerobic adhesive formulations based on polyethyleneglycol dimethacrylates. 相似文献
