A high‐sensitivity and low‐power theranostic nanosystem that combines with synergistic photothermal therapy and surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) mapping is constructed by mesoporous silica self‐assembly on the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanosheets with nanogap‐aligned gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) encapsulated and arranged inside the nanochannels of the mesoporous silica layer. Rhodamine 6G (R6G) as a Raman reporter is then encapsulated into the nanochannels and anti‐epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is conjugated on the nanocomposite surface, defined as anti‐EGFR‐PEG‐rGO@CPSS‐Au‐R6G, where PEG is polyethylene glycol and CPSS is carbon porous silica nanosheets. SERS spectra results show that rGO@CPSS‐Au‐R6G enhances 5 × 106 magnification of the Raman signals and thus can be applied in the noninvasive cell tracking. Furthermore, it displays high sensitivity (detection limits: 10?8m R6G solution) due to the “hot spots” effects by the arrangements of AuNPs in the nanochannels of mesoporous silica. The highly selective targeting of overexpressing EGFR lung cancer cells (A549) is observed in the anti‐EGFR‐PEG‐rGO@CPSS‐Au‐R6G, in contrast to normal cells (MRC‐5). High photothermal therapy efficiency with a low power density (0.5 W cm?2) of near‐infrared laser can be achieved because of the synergistic effect by conjugated AuNPs and rGO nanosheets. These results demonstrate that the anti‐EGFR‐PEG‐rGO@CPSS‐Au‐R6G is an excellent new theranostic nanosystem with cell targeting, cell tracking, and photothermal therapy capabilities.  相似文献

In this work, near-infrared (NIR)-responsive core–shell gold nanorods/mesoporous silica/reduced graphene oxide (Au/SiO2/rGO) nanoparticles with synergistically enhanced photothermal stability and transition effect had been prepared via electrostatic interaction. Gold nanorods (AuNRs) and rGO were employed as the NIR-responsive components. UV–Vis–NIR extinction spectra revealed that the surface plasmon resonance peak of AuNRs from Au/SiO2/rGO nanohybrids remained unchanged after 9 h NIR exposure. UV–Vis–NIR extinction results also showed that thin silica shell was superior to the thick ones in the photothermal stability improvement of Au/SiO2/rGO nanoparticles. Moreover, the doxorubicin release of Au/SiO2/rGO was more rapid than that of Au/SiO2 upon NIR irradiation, indicating that synergistically enhanced photothermal effect between rGO and AuNRs endowed Au/SiO2/rGO nanoparticles with excellent photothermal transition efficiency. Such novel NIR-responsive core–shell hybrid nanoparticles with enhanced photothermal stability and transition effect are well suited for further biological applications, such as photothermal therapy, bioimaging and drug delivery.  相似文献

Flexible power sources have shown great promise in next‐generation bendable, implantable, and wearable electronic systems. Here, flexible and binder‐free electrodes of Na3V2(PO4)3/reduced graphene oxide (NVP/rGO) and Sb/rGO nanocomposites for sodium‐ion batteries are reported. The Sb/rGO and NVP/rGO paper electrodes with high flexibility and tailorability can be easily fabricated. Sb and NVP nanoparticles are embedded homogenously in the interconnected framework of rGO nanosheets, which provides structurally stable hosts for Na‐ion intercalation and deintercalation. The NVP/rGO paper‐like cathode delivers a reversible capacity of 113 mAh g?1 at 100 mA g?1 and high capacity retention of ≈96.6% after 120 cycles. The Sb/rGO paper‐like anode gives a highly reversible capacity of 612 mAh g?1 at 100 mA g?1, an excellent rate capacity up to 30 C, and a good cycle performance. Moreover, the sodium‐ion full cell of NVP/rGO//Sb/rGO has been fabricated, delivering a highly reversible capacity of ≈400 mAh g?1 at a current density of 100 mA g?1 after 100 charge/discharge cycles. This work may provide promising electrode candidates for developing next‐generation energy‐storage devices with high capacity and long cycle life.  相似文献

The combination of diagnostic and therapeutic functions in a single theranostic nanoagent generally requires the integration of multi‐ingredients. Herein, a cytotoxic near‐infrared (NIR) dye (IR‐797) and its nanoassembly are reported for multifunctional cancer theranostics. The hydrophobic IR‐797 molecules are self‐assembled into nanoparticles, which are further modified with an amphiphilic polymer (C18PMH‐PEG5000) on the surface. The prepared PEG‐IR‐797 nanoparticles (PEG‐IR‐797 NPs) possess inherent cytotoxicity from the IR‐797 dye and work as a chemotherapeutic drug which induces apoptosis of cancer cells. The IR‐797 NPs are found to have an ultrahigh mass extinction coefficient (444.3 L g?1 cm?1 at 797 nm and 385.9 L g?1 cm?1 at 808 nm) beyond all reported organic nanomaterials (<40 L g?1 cm?1) for superior photothermal therapy (PTT). In addition, IR‐797 shows some aggregation‐induced‐emission (AIE) properties. Combining the merits of good NIR absorption, high photothermal energy conversion efficiency, and AIE, makes the PEG‐IR‐797 NPs useful for multimodal NIR AIE fluorescence, photoacoustic, and thermal imaging‐guided therapy. The research exhibits the possibility of using a single ingredient and entity to perform multimodal NIR fluorescence, photoacoustic, and thermal imaging‐guided chemo‐/photothermal combination therapy, which may trigger wide interest from the fields of nanomedicine and medicinal chemistry to explore multifunctional theranostic organic molecules.  相似文献

Radioisotope therapy (RIT), in which radioactive agents are administered or implanted into the body to irradiate tumors from the inside, is a clinically adopted cancer treatment method but still needs improvement to enhance its performances. Herein, it is found that polyethylene glycol (PEG) modified tungsten disulfide (WS2) nanoflakes can be easily labeled by 188Re, a widely used radioisotope for RIT, upon simple mixing. Like other high‐Z elements acting as radiosensitizers, tungsten in the obtained 188Re‐WS2‐PEG would be able to absorb ionization radiation generated from 188Re, enabling ‘‘self‐sensitization’’ to enhance the efficacy of RIT as demonstrated in carefully designed in vitro experiments of this study. In the meanwhile, the strong NIR absorbance of WS2‐PEG could be utilized for NIR light‐induced photothermal therapy (PTT), which if applied on tumors would be able to greatly relieve their hypoxia state and help to overcome hypoxia‐associated radioresistance of tumors. Therefore, with 188Re‐WS2‐PEG as a multifunctional agent, which shows efficient passive tumor homing after intravenous injection, in vivo self‐sensitized, NIR‐enhanced RIT cancer treatment is realized, achieving excellent tumor killing efficacy in a mouse tumor model. This work presents a new concept of applying nanotechnology in RIT, by delivering radioisotopes into tumors, self‐sensitizing the irradiation‐induced cell damage, and modulating the tumor hypoxia state to further enhance the therapeutic outcomes.  相似文献

Recently, binary ZnCo2O4 has drawn enormous attention for lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) as attractive anode owing to its large theoretical capacity and good environmental benignity. However, the modest electrical conductivity and serious volumetric effect/particle agglomeration over cycling hinder its extensive applications. To address the concerns, herein, a rapid laser‐irradiation methodology is firstly devised toward efficient synthesis of oxygen‐vacancy abundant nano‐ZnCo2O4/porous reduced graphene oxide (rGO) hybrids as anodes for LIBs. The synergistic contributions from nano‐dimensional ZnCo2O4 with rich oxygen vacancies and flexible rGO guarantee abundant active sites, fast electron/ion transport, and robust structural stability, and inhibit the agglomeration of nanoscale ZnCo2O4, favoring for superb electrochemical lithium‐storage performance. More encouragingly, the optimal L‐ZCO@rGO‐30 anode exhibits a large reversible capacity of ≈1053 mAh g?1 at 0.05 A g?1, excellent cycling stability (≈746 mAh g?1 at 1.0 A g?1 after 250 cycles), and preeminent rate capability (≈686 mAh g?1 at 3.2 A g?1). Further kinetic analysis corroborates that the capacitive‐controlled process dominates the involved electrochemical reactions of hybrid anodes. More significantly, this rational design holds the promise of being extended for smart fabrication of other oxygen‐vacancy abundant metal oxide/porous rGO hybrids toward advanced LIBs and beyond.  相似文献

Conversion‐type anodes with multielectron reactions are beneficial for achieving a high capacity in sodium‐ion batteries. Enhancing the electron/ion conductivity and structural stability are two key challenges in the development of high‐performance sodium storage. Herein, a novel multidimensionally assembled nanoarchitecture is presented, which consists of V2O3 nanoparticles embedded in amorphous carbon nanotubes that are then coassembled within a reduced graphene oxide (rGO) network, this materials is denoted V2O3?C‐NTs?rGO. The selective insertion and multiphase conversion mechanism of V2O3 in sodium‐ion storage is systematically demonstrated for the first time. Importantly, the naturally integrated advantages of each subunit synergistically provide a robust structure and rapid electron/ion transport, as confirmed by in situ and ex situ transmission electron microscopy experiments and kinetic analysis. Benefiting from the synergistic effects, the V2O3?C‐NTs?rGO anode delivers an ultralong cycle life (72.3% at 5 A g?1 after 15 000 cycles) and an ultrahigh rate capability (165 mAh g?1 at 20 A g?1, ≈30 s per charge/discharge). The synergistic design of the multidimensionally assembled nanoarchitecture produces superior advantages in energy storage.  相似文献

In this work, a matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)‐triggered tumor targeted mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN) is designed to realize near‐infrared (NIR) photothermal‐responsive drug release and combined chemo/photothermal tumor therapy. Indocyanine green (ICG) and doxorubicin (DOX) are both loaded in the MSN modified with thermal‐cleavable gatekeeper (Azo‐CD), which can be decapped by ICG‐generated hyperthermia under NIR illumination. A peptidic sequence containing a short PEG chain, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) substrate (PLGVR) and tumor cell targeting motif (RGD) are further decorated on the MSN via a host–guest interaction. The PEG chain can protect the MSN during the circulation and be cleaved off in the tumor tissues with overexpressed MMP, and then the RGD motif is switched on to target tumor cells. After the tumor‐triggered targeting process, the NIR irradiation guided by ICG fluorescence can trigger cytosol drug release and realize combined chemo/photothermal therapy.  相似文献

Searching for highly efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) using nonnoble metal‐based catalysts is essential for the development of many energy conversion systems, including rechargeable fuel cells and metal–air batteries. Here, Co9–xFexS8/Co,Fe‐N‐C hybrids wrapped by reduced graphene oxide (rGO) (abbreviated as S‐Co9–xFexS8@rGO) are synthesized through a semivulcanization and calcination method using graphene oxide (GO) wrapped bimetallic zeolite imidazolate framework (ZIF) Co,Fe‐ZIF (CoFe‐ZIF@GO) as precursors. Benefiting from the synergistic effect of OER active CoFeS and ORR active Co,Fe‐N‐C in a single component, as well as high dispersity and enhanced conductivity derived from rGO coating and Fe‐doping, the obtained S‐Co9–xFexS8@rGO‐10 catalyst shows an ultrasmall overpotential of ≈0.29 V at 10 mA cm?2 in OER and a half‐wave potential of 0.84 V in ORR, combining a superior oxygen electrode activity of ≈0.68 V in 0.1 m KOH.  相似文献

Macroscopic porous graphene materials composed of graphene sheets have demonstrated their advantageous aspects in diverse application areas. It is essential to maximize their excellent performances by rationally controlling the sheet arrangement and pore structure. Bulk porous graphene materials with oriented pore structure and arrangement of graphene sheets are prepared by marrying electrolyte‐assisted self‐assembly and shear‐force‐induced alignment of graphene oxide sheets, and the super elasticity and anisotropic mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties induced by this unique structure are systematically investigated. Its application in pressure sensing exhibits ultrahigh sensitivity of 313.23 kPa?1 for detecting ultralow pressure variation below 0.5 kPa, and it shows high retention rate for continuously intercepting dye molecules with a high flux of ≈18.7 L m?2 h?1 bar?1 and a dynamic removal rate of 510 mg m?2 h?1.  相似文献

A clinically relevant magneto‐optical technique (fd‐FRS, frequency‐domain Faraday rotation spectroscopy) for characterizing proteins using antibody‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) is demonstrated. This technique distinguishes between the Faraday rotation of the solvent, iron oxide core, and functionalization layers of polyethylene glycol polymers (spacer) and model antibody–antigen complexes (anti‐BSA/BSA, bovine serum albumin). A detection sensitivity of ≈10 pg mL?1 and broad detection range of 10 pg mL?1 ? cBSA ? 100 µ g mL?1 are observed. Combining this technique with predictive analyte binding models quantifies (within an order of magnitude) the number of active binding sites on functionalized MNPs. Comparative enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) studies are conducted, reproducing the manufacturer advertised BSA ELISA detection limits from 1 ng mL?1 ? cBSA ? 500 ng mL?1. In addition to the increased sensitivity, broader detection range, and similar specificity, fd‐FRS can be conducted in less than ≈30 min, compared to ≈4 h with ELISA. Thus, fd‐FRS is shown to be a sensitive optical technique with potential to become an efficient diagnostic in the chemical and biomolecular sciences.  相似文献

As anodes of Li‐ion batteries, copper oxides (CuO) have a high theoretical specific capacity (674 mA h g?1) but own poor cyclic stability owing to the large volume expansion and low conductivity in charges/discharges. Incorporating reduced graphene oxide (rGO) into CuO anodes with conventional methods fails to build robust interaction between rGO and CuO to efficiently improve the overall anode performance. Here, Cu2O/CuO/reduced graphene oxides (Cu2O/CuO/rGO) with a 3D hierarchical nanostructure are synthesized with a facile, single‐step hydrothermal method. The Cu2O/CuO/rGO anode exhibits remarkable cyclic and high‐rate performances, and particularly the anode with 25 wt% rGO owns the best performance among all samples, delivering a record capacity of 550 mA h g?1 at 0.5 C after 100 cycles. The pronounced performances are attributed to the highly efficient charge transfer in CuO nanosheets encapsulated in rGO network and the mitigated volume expansion of the anode owing to its robust 3D hierarchical nanostructure.  相似文献

Chemodynamic therapy (CDT) has attracted considerable attention recently, but the poor reaction kinetics restrict its practical utility in clinic. Herein, glucose oxidase (GOx) functionalized ancient pigment nanosheets (SrCuSi4O10, SC) for programmable near‐infrared II (NIR‐II) photothermal‐enhanced starvation primed CDT is developed. The SC nanosheets (SC NSs) are readily exfoliated from SC bulk suspension in water and subsequently functionalized with GOx to form the nanocatalyst (denoted as SC@G NSs). Upon laser irradiation, the photothermal effect of SC NSs can enhance the catalytic activity of GOx for NIR‐II photothermal‐enhanced starvation therapy, which effectively eliminates intratumoral glucose and produces abundant hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Importantly, the high photothermal‐conversion efficiency (46.3%) of SC@G NSs in second biological window permits photothermal therapy of deep‐seated tumors under the guidance of NIR‐II photoacoustic imaging. Moreover, the acidity amplification due to gluconic acid generation will in turn accelerate the degradation of SC NSs, facilitating the release of strontium (Sr) and copper (Cu) ions. Both the elevated H2O2 and the released ions will prime the Cu2+/Sr2+‐H2O2 reaction for enhanced CDT. Thus, a programmable NIR‐II photothermal‐enhanced starvation primed CDT is established to combat cancer with minimal side effects.  相似文献

Integration of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other imaging modalities is promising to furnish complementary information for accurate cancer diagnosis and imaging‐guided therapy. However, most gadolinium (Gd)–chelator MR contrast agents are limited by their relatively low relaxivity and high risk of released‐Gd‐ions‐associated toxicity. Herein, a radionuclide‐64Cu‐labeled doxorubicin‐loaded polydopamine (PDA)–gadolinium‐metallofullerene core–satellite nanotheranostic agent (denoted as CDPGM) is developed for MR/photoacoustic (PA)/positron emission tomography (PET) multimodal imaging‐guided combination cancer therapy. In this system, the near‐infrared (NIR)‐absorbing PDA acts as a platform for the assembly of different moieties; Gd3N@C80, a kind of gadolinium metallofullerene with three Gd ions in one carbon cage, acts as a satellite anchoring on the surface of PDA. The as‐prepared CDPGM NPs show good biocompatibility, strong NIR absorption, high relaxivity (r 1 = 14.06 mM?1 s?1), low risk of release of Gd ions, and NIR‐triggered drug release. In vivo MR/PA/PET multimodal imaging confirms effective tumor accumulation of the CDPGM NPs. Moreover, upon NIR laser irradiation, the tumor is completely eliminated with combined chemo‐photothermal therapy. These results suggest that the CDPGM NPs hold great promise for cancer theranostics.  相似文献

It is of great importance in drug delivery to fabricate multifunctional nanocarriers with intelligent targeting properties, for cancer diagnosis and therapy. Herein, hollow‐structured CuS@Cu2S@Au nanoshell/satellite nanoparticles are designed and synthesized for enhanced photothermal therapy and photoswitchable targeting theranostics. The remarkably improved photothermal conversion efficiency of CuS@Cu2S@Au under 808 nm near‐infrared (NIR) laser irradiation can be explained by the reduced bandgap and more circuit paths for electron transitions for CuS and Cu2S modified with Au nanoparticles, as calculated by the Vienna ab initio simulation package, based on density functional theory. By modification of thermal‐isomerization RGD targeting molecules and thermally sensitive copolymer on the surface of nanoparticles, the transition of the shielded/unshielded mode of RGD (Arg‐Gly‐Asp) targeting molecules and shrinking of the thermally sensitive polymer by NIR photoactivation can realize a photoswitchable targeting effect. After loading an anticancer drug doxorubicin in the cavity of CuS@Cu2S@Au, the antitumor therapy efficacy is greatly enhanced by combining chemo‐ and photothermal therapy. The reported nanohybrid can also act as a photoacoustic imaging agent and an NIR thermal imaging agent for real‐time imaging, which provides a versatile platform for multifunctional theranostics and stimuli‐responsive targeted cancer therapy.  相似文献

Conjugated polymers (CPs) with strong near‐infrared (NIR) absorption and high heat conversion efficiency have emerged as a new generation of photothermal therapy (PTT) agents for cancer therapy. An efficient strategy to design NIR absorbing CPs with good water dispersibility is essential to achieve excellent therapeutic effect. In this work, poly[9,9‐bis(4‐(2‐ethylhexyl)phenyl)fluorene‐alt‐co‐6,7‐bis(4‐(hexyloxy)phenyl)‐4,9‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐thiadiazoloquinoxaline] (PFTTQ) is synthesized through the combination of donor–acceptor moieties by Suzuki polymerization. PFTTQ nanoparticles (NPs) are fabricated through a precipitation approach using 1,2‐distearoyl‐ sn ‐glycero‐3‐phosphoethanolamine‐N‐[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)‐2000] (DSPE‐PEG2000) as the encapsulation matrix. Due to the large NIR absorption coefficient (3.6 L g‐1 cm‐1), the temperature of PFTTQ NP suspension (0.5 mg/mL) could be rapidly increased to more than 50 °C upon continuous 808 nm laser irradiation (0.75 W/cm2) for 5 min. The PFTTQ NPs show good biocompatibility to both MDA‐MB‐231 cells and Hela cells at 400 μg/mL of NPs, while upon laser irradiation, effective cancer cell killing is observed at a NP concentration of 50 μg/mL. Moreover, PFTTQ NPs could efficiently ablate tumor in in vivo study using a Hela tumor mouse model. Considering the large amount of NIR absorbing CPs available, the general encapsulation strategy will enable the development of more efficient PTT agents for cancer or tumor therapy.  相似文献

Golden bristlegrass‐like unique nanostructures comprising reduced graphene oxide (rGO) matrixed nanofibers entangled with bamboo‐like N‐doped carbon nanotubes (CNTs) containing CoSe2 nanocrystals at each node (denoted as N‐CNT/rGO/CoSe2 NF) are designed as anodes for high‐rate sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs). Bamboo‐like N‐doped CNTs (N‐CNTs) are successfully generated on the rGO matrixed nanofiber surface, between rGO sheets and mesopores, and interconnected chemically with homogeneously distributed rGO sheets. The defects in the N‐CNTs formed by a simple etching process allow the complete phase conversion of Co into CoSe2 through the efficient penetration of H2Se gas inside the CNT walls. The N‐CNTs bridge the vertical defects for electron transfer in the rGO sheet layers and increase the distance between the rGO sheets during cycles. The discharge capacity of N‐CNT/rGO/CoSe2 NF after the 10 000th cycle at an extremely high current density of 10 A g?1 is 264 mA h g?1, and the capacity retention measured at the 100th cycle is 89%. N‐CNT/rGO/CoSe2 NF has final discharge capacities of 395, 363, 328, 304, 283, 263, 246, 223, 197, 171, and 151 mA h g?1 at current densities of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 A g?1, respectively.  相似文献

2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) have attracted considerable attention due to their impressively high performance in optoelectronic devices. However, efficient infrared (IR) photodetection has been significantly hampered because the absorption wavelength range of most TMDCs lies in the visible spectrum. In this regard, semiconducting 2D MoTe2 can be an alternative choice owing to its smaller band gap ≈1 eV from bulk to monolayer and high carrier mobility. Here, a MoTe2/graphene heterostructure photodetector is demonstrated for efficient near‐infrared (NIR) light detection. The devices achieve a high responsivity of ≈970.82 A W?1 (at 1064 nm) and broadband photodetection (visible‐1064 nm). Because of the effective photogating effect induced by electrons trapped in the localized states of MoTe2, the devices demonstrate an extremely high photoconductive gain of 4.69 × 108 and detectivity of 1.55 × 1011 cm Hz1/2 W?1. Moreover, flexible devices based on the MoTe2/graphene heterostructure on flexible substrate also retains a good photodetection ability after thousands of times bending test (1.2% tensile strain), with a high responsivity of ≈60 A W?1 at 1064 nm at V DS = 1 V, which provides a promising platform for highly efficient, flexible, and low cost broadband NIR photodetectors.  相似文献

Photoacoustic (PA) imaging promises deeper tissue penetration while maintaining rich optical contrast as compared to other high resolution optical imaging techniques. In this report, a near‐infrared pulse laser serves as the excitation source, and 128 ultrasonic transducers are spirally distributed on a hemispherical surface to receive PA signals for three‐dimensional (3D) image reconstruction. With these attributes, the unique modality produces an isotropic and homogeneous spatial resolution (~200 μm) with penetration depth of centimeters. Cyclic Arg‐Gly‐Asp (RGD) peptides conjugated plasmonic gold nanostars (RGD‐GNS) are designed to specifically target over‐expressed integrin αvβ3 on tumor neovasculature, enabling highly sensitive angiography and photothermal therapy (PTT). After the administration of RGD‐GNS, tumor angiogenesis is clearly imaged with enhanced contrast, and the growth of tumor is effectively inhibited by PTT after laser irradiation. This study suggest that the PA angiography with plasmonic RGD‐GNS can be applied as a triple functional platform for tumor diagnosis, PTT, and treatment monitoring. This PA technique offers deeper imaging depth with homogeneous resolution over existing optical imaging techniques for early diagnosis of tumor angiogenesis as well as on‐the‐spot nanotherapeutic evaluation.  相似文献

Malignant melanoma is a highly aggressive tumor resistant to chemotherapy. Therefore, the development of new highly effective therapeutic agents for the treatment of malignant melanoma is highly desirable. In this study, a new class of polymeric photothermal agents based on poly(N‐phenylglycine) (PNPG) suitable for use in near‐infrared (NIR) phototherapy of malignant melanoma is designed and developed. PNPG is obtained via polymerization of N‐phenylglycine (NPG). Carboxylate functionality of NPG allows building multifunctional systems using covalent bonding. This approach avoids complicated issues typically associated with preparation of polymeric photothermal agents. Moreover, PNPG skeleton exhibits pH‐responsive NIR absorption and an ability to generate reactive oxygen species, which makes its derivatives attractive photothermal therapy (PTT)/photodynamic therapy (PDT) dual‐modal agents with pH‐responsive features. PNPG is modified using hyaluronic acid (HA) and polyethylene glycol diamine (PEG‐diamine) acting as the coupling agent. The resultant HA‐modified PNPG (PNPG‐PEG‐HA) shows negligible cytotoxicity and effectively targets CD44‐overexpressing cancer cells. Furthermore, the results of in vitro and in vivo experiments reveal that PNPG‐PEG‐HA selectively kills B16 cells and suppresses malignant melanoma tumor growth upon exposure to NIR light (808 nm), indicating that PNPG‐PEG‐HA can serve as a very promising nanoplatform for targeted dual‐modality PTT/PDT of melanoma.  相似文献
