利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)方法研究了Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti合金阳极在3%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀过程,观察了260h浸泡腐蚀后的表面形貌.结果表明:合金腐蚀是点蚀引起的,腐蚀由钝化态开始,经点蚀诱导期,达到点蚀稳定期.分别采用不同等效电路拟合合金在不同腐蚀阶段的电化学阻抗谱.结果表明:当合金处于钝化态时,EIS谱为反应电阻Rt很大的容抗弧;随浸泡时间的延长,EIS谱低频出现感抗弧,合金进入点蚀诱导期,溶液电阻R5增大,反应电阻Rt减小,蚀孔内反应电阻R0减小,感抗L收缩;合金处于点蚀稳定期时,EIS谱低频感抗弧消失,出现一直线,腐蚀产物扩散成为反应控制步骤. 相似文献

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) carried out over a wide frequency range (105 to 10?2 Hz) allows us to obtain mechanistic information concerning corrosion protection by coatings. Examples are given for polymer coatings on an Al alloy as a function of surface petreatment and for anodized Al alloys. For polymer coatings on metals, information concerning the coating's properties and its changes with exposure time can be obtained from the high and medium frequency regions of the impedance spectrum, while the corrosion reaction at the metal/coating interface can be evaluated from the low frequency part. The pore resistance of the coating and its changes with exposure time have been used to rank different pretreatment procedures for a given metal/coating combination. For Al alloys, pronounced differences in corrosion resistance between a conversion coating and an anodized layer under a polyurethane coating have been observed. The use of a segmented electrode allows measurements of the impedance across as well as under a coating. From these data, information concerning delamination can be obtained. An example is given for an epoxy coating on steel. The use of EIS as a quality control and corrosion test for anodized Al alloys is discussed. The effects of the anodization procedure (sulfuric acid and chromic acid), sealing procedure (hot water and dichromate) and alloy chemistry (Al 2024, 6061 and 7075) have been studied during exposure to aerated 0.5 N NaCl. All these parameters play an important role in the corrosion resistance of the alloys. The sealing process can be evaluated from the high frequency part of the spectrum. Pronounced differences in the spectra for the two sealing procedures are observed. The corrosion behavior is reflected in the low frequency part, which is essentially dominated by barrier layer properties. 相似文献

测量了达克罗涂层在海水中全浸不同时间的电化学阻抗谱(EIS),并用等效电路Ro(RpC)(RDQ)进行解析。结果表明:腐蚀过程中试样的极化电阻Rp、双电层电容C、扩散电阻RD均不断增大,且RD/Rp也一直增大。达克罗涂层的腐蚀初期为金属Zn的溶解,随着腐蚀的进行,腐蚀产物在膜内的累积导致钝化膜的有效厚度增加,Zn粉的牺牲阳极作用受到了限制;腐蚀后期主要是机械的壁垒保护作用,直到扩散和溶解作用超过壁垒作用后,涂层以点蚀的形式发生破坏。 相似文献

采用冲击破坏、盐雾、紫外、湿热等加速循环腐蚀实验方法,对比分析了一种飞机蒙皮结构表面涂层在不同加速循环周期下的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)的变化特点。结果表明,涂层阻抗在腐蚀中后期增加,并出现新的时间常数,可对应于金属表面氧化膜的溶解及Al基体的腐蚀。随着腐蚀循环的进行,涂层的吸水量先增加后减少,吸水率最终稳定在约5%。 相似文献

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (104–10–3 Hz) and weighing methods are applied to studying the corrosion behavior of powder austenitic 316L stainless steel with a porosity = 15, 20, and 38% and compact steel of the same composition in a 3% HCl + 5% NaCl solution and oil pool water (pH 6.0; total mineralization 184.8 g/l, preferentially chlorides of Na, Ca, and Mg). Hodographs and phase angles of the electrode impedance are analyzed for high ac frequencies. The procedure of corrosion rate determination for powder steel from impedance data is described. The corrosion rate of powder steel calculated to the geometric surface area of a sample is shown to increase in acid and neutral chloride solutions with an increase in the porosity of samples from 15 to 38%, and, at 20%, with the exposure of samples to the electrolytes (from 2 to 120 h). Advantages of the impedance method over the weighing method are demonstrated for determination of the corrosion rate of porous powder steels. Based on impedance measurements, the specific surface areas of powder steel samples are assessed. 相似文献

目的 提高埋地管道外腐蚀速率的预测精度。方法 建立基于核主成分分析法(KPCA)和天牛须搜索(BAS)算法优化的广义回归神经网络(GRNN)腐蚀速率预测模型,通过KPCA对原始数据进行预处理,提取影响管道外腐蚀的主要因素,应用GRNN建立埋地管道外腐蚀速率预测的数学模型,并采用BAS算法对模型进行优化,减小了人为设置参数的影响。以川气东送埋地管段为例,分析选取出12种关键影响因素,建立了埋地管道外腐蚀指标体系,借助MATLAB-R2014a编写程序进行仿真,并与实际值进行对比。结果 模型的预测结果与实际值基本一致,KPCA可有效降低指标体系的维度,提取出包含原始信息97.9%的3个主因素—土壤电阻率、氧化还原电位、氯离子含量,简化了运算过程。采用的BAS-GRNN模型将预测精度提高到7.83%以内,平均相对误差5.21%,决定系数取值0.93。与其他模型相比,该模型性能较好,预测精度更高。结论 采用KPCA提取的主要影响因素符合工程实际,建立的BAS-GRNN模型预测精度高,有较好的适应性,为埋地管道外腐蚀速率预测提供了新思路,对管道的维护更新工作提供了参考依据。 相似文献

采用室内试验、现场验证和光谱分析相结合的方法,以埋地金属管道的外腐蚀成因为切入点,对北方盐碱土壤环境的腐蚀性进行研究。基于对油田现场土壤的理化试验结果,确定关键因素,以9种主要的土壤腐蚀影响因素为变量,设计9因素3水平的室内腐蚀模拟正交试验。采用20号钢标准腐蚀试片,进行模拟试验。并对试验结果进行方差分析,研究了每个因素对土壤腐蚀速率的作用规律,得到该区域土壤腐蚀因素的重要度次序由大到小为:Na+,含水率,温度,Ca2+,孔隙度,pH,SO_4~(2-),HCO_3~-,Cl~-。进一步对腐蚀产物主要成分进行光谱分析,且与现场埋片腐蚀产物主要成分比较,结果显示两者主要成分基本一致,含量有所差别,一定程度上验证了室内研究结果的可靠性。 相似文献
