上海深紫外自由电子激光装置(SDUV-FEL)真空联锁保护系统基于EPICS系统框架,通过可编程控制器实现了对不同运行模式下真空系统的有效保护.同时,通过嵌入式系统构成的IOC控制器及网络通讯模块,实现了对装置真空状态的远程实时监控.系统已在级联HGHG FEL实验中使用,运行结果证明了系统的高稳定性和可靠性.  相似文献

本扼要介绍了光束线真空控制保护系统的设计思想、设计要求、系统的作用和某些改进。此外,系统在设计了上采用了新技术-可编程序控制器(PLC),使控制系统的可靠性和灵活性得到了进一步的提高。研制这个系统的主要目的是,当光束线上出现(由铍窗或波纹管等偶然破裂引起的)灾难性真空事故时,能够有效地保护北京正负电子对撞机中的大型超高真空装置-电子储存环的真空系统不会遭到这种灾难的破坏,使其安全运行。本光束线的真空控制保护系统于1996年投入试运行,于1998年年底通过院级鉴定和验收。  相似文献

陶瓷真空盒作为中国散裂中子源(CSNS)快循环同步加速器(RCS)真空系统的关键部件,能避免RCS二极、四极交流磁铁因快速变化的磁场而产生的涡旋电流。因安装空间限制,RCS陶瓷真空盒支架固定在磁铁线圈上。在CSNS/RCS交流磁铁长时间加电测试中,出现陶瓷真空盒断裂、真空破坏的情况。为避免后期出现类似问题,从磁铁发热进而引起陶瓷真空盒不均匀升温的角度出发,对陶瓷真空盒的热特性进行了分析,同时基于双目视觉测量技术,对陶瓷真空盒的振动情况进行了监测,针对部分真空盒水平方向振动异常的问题,确定其影响因素为快卸链条的磁导率超标。最后开展了陶瓷真空盒的支架减振技术研究。  相似文献

Axial insulation breaks are needed in forced cooled cryogenic high voltage devices for the separation of the high voltage area from the grounded pipe system. The ITER cryogenic axial breaks will be surrounded by good vacuum in case of normal operation but also under vacuum breakdown conditions sufficient dielectric strength is required for a reliable fast discharge of the coil system. A Paschen tight design of the ITER prototype breaks enables high voltage operation independent on the outer vacuum or gas conditions. Consecutively two pretested ITER prototype breaks were integrated in the insulation system of a Paschen test unit and high voltage tested. Two different ways to perform the Paschen testing were used for both breaks. The preparation of the breaks and the test setup are described and the test results are given.  相似文献

A fast closing valve (FCV) system has been built to protect the vacuum of the electron storage ring against sudden vacuum failures during synchrotron radiation experiments. An electronic control detects the failure, and closes a 140 × 17 mm aperture within 32 ms with a guillotine blade driven by pneumatic pressure. This pressure is gated by a magnetic valve which is operated by an explosive charge from a capacitor bank. The design of the FCV itself is very simple; it is operated directly by a single pneumatic piston. The FCV system has a long operating lifetime and the blade can be readily rearmed in 0.5 s.  相似文献

A 20 cm focal length normal incidence vacuum ultraviolet (VUV_20 cm) monochromator with a fast time response has been developed for measuring edge impurity line emission in the wavelength range of 300–2000 Å on an HL-2A tokamak. An aberration corrected concave holographic grating with 1200 grooves/mm is adopted in the monochromator, which provides a wavelength dispersion of 40 Åmm −1 . The aperture is f/4.5. A channel electron multiplier is used as a detector. The time resolution of the system is 17 μs. Wavelength calibration of the system has been done by using a hollow cathode light source in the laboratory with helium and argon gases. The obtained signals of helium and argon spectra are very strong since the inner surface of the monochromator vacuum chamber is blackened and the stray light level is then significantly reduced. The optical property of the system has been examined by scanning the width of the entrance and exit slits. The system is then installed at the mid-port of the HL-2A tokamak and typical line emissions from the HL-2A plasma are measured. Time behaviors of edge impurity line emissions are observed with the fast time response system in different plasma confinement regimes, especially in the H-mode discharges. The result shows that the VUV_20 cm system works very well to measure the edge impurity line emissions in the edge localized modes phase of H-mode discharges.  相似文献

真空型康普顿探测器是高强度快脉冲辐射测量中非常重要的部件,对这种探测器的时间响应等脉冲性能进行检测,需要非常强的快脉冲辐射源,一般实验室条件下是难以实现的.该工作用频率范围从100KHz到120MHz的RLC测试仪,对真空型康普顿探测器的高频参数进行了测量,据此推算出了这种探测器的时间响应,该结果与报道的同类型探测器的时间响应规律基本一致.在很难使用非常强的脉冲辐射源对真空型康普顿探测器时间响应进行测量的情况下,通过测量真空型康普顿探测器高频参数,来推算其时间响应特性是一种可行的参考方法.  相似文献

描述了合肥国家同步辐射实验室(NSRL)储存环自由电子激光(SRFEL)光学速调管(TOK)磁极间隙控制系统的原理和结构,给出了系统硬件结构、软件流程图及其工程实现。该调节系统可以独立或同时调节TOK调制段、色散段、辐射段三部分磁极间隙的大小,精度达到0.01mm;多重安全保护能确保储存环真空室不被破坏。  相似文献

EAST(experimental advanced superconducting tokamak) fast control power supply is a high-capacity single-phase AC/DC/AC inverter power supply,which traces the displacement signal of plasma,and excites coils in a vacuum vessel to produce a magnetic field that realizes plasma stabilization.To meet the requirements of a large current and fast response,the multiple structure of the carrier phase-shift three-level inverter is presented,which realizes parallelled multi-inverters,raises the equivalent switching frequency of the inverters and improves the performance of output waves.In this work the design scheme is analyzed,and the output harmonic characteristic of parallel inverters is studied.The simulation and experimental results confirm that the scheme and control strategy is valid.The power supply system can supply a large current,and has a perfect performance on harmonic features as well as the ability of a fast response.  相似文献

The deposition profile of the impurity pellet is measured by a two-dimensional fast- framing vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) camera system in the large helical device (LHD). The fast framing camera selectively measures the emission from the hydrogen-like ions of carbon (C VI) with a frame rate of several kHz. From the emission profile of the hydrogen-like carbon ions, which are in the process of ionization, the initial deposition profile of the carbon is estimated using a simple one-dimensional transport model.  相似文献
