Influence of Iron Ore Characteristics on FeO Formation During Sintering   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
  The influence of iron ore characteristics on FeO formation during sintering was examined mainly in terms of chemical composition and the melting characteristics of iron ores. Statistical regression and X ray diffraction were used to further explain the specific effect of iron ore characteristics on FeO formation. The results indicate that LOI (loss on ignition) in iron ores have a positive influence on FeO formation by promoting the sintering process of Fe2O3 decomposing and reducing. Silica contents in iron ores play a determining role in final content of FeO in sinter. The melting characteristics of iron ores significantly affect FeO formation during sintering.  相似文献

采用拉伸试验机测定烧结试样的强度,应用半球点法测定试样的熔化性温度,研究了SiO2、Al2O3和MgO含量对阳春铁矿粉熔化性及其烧结质量的影响。结果表明:随着SiO2含量的增加,熔化性温度相应降低,当SiO2的质量分数为5.6%时抗压强度较大;随Al2O3含量增加熔化性温度略有升高,烧结矿强度略有降低;MgO含量增加,阳春粉的熔化性温度相应升高,烧结试样的抗压强度相应升高。  相似文献

The melting characteristics of iron ore plays an important role in the process of sintering and mineralization. The softening and melting process of Meishan concentrate, the main mineral in the sintering of Meishan Iron and Steel Company, and four typical imported iron ores were observed through a visual micro-sintering test device. The results show that the Meishan concentrate has a relatively gentle liquid-phase velocity, good liquid-phase temperature control property, and relatively good safety. In addition, with the increase in alkalinity, its melting characteristics become worse. When combined with OA, its melting characteristics became worse, and with OD ore, its melting characteristics had improved in our study. Therefore, based on the principle of optimizing the complementary ore blending, in order to ensure the good temperature control and safety of the Meishan concentrate in the liquid phase of the sintering process, the appropriate sinter basicity and the appropriate type of iron ores should be selected.  相似文献

采用TG-DSC法对进口铁矿粉添加生石灰的烧结性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,此法可以表征铁矿物烧结过程中发生的物理和化学变化,弄清了添加8.45%生石灰后巴西MBR粗粉、澳大利亚库利安诺宾粗粉和哈默斯利粗粉在烧结过程中产生液相的初始温度、主体矿物熔化温度,以及结晶与凝固温度。三者相比,库利安诺宾粗粉和巴西MBR粗粉比哈默斯利粗粉更有利于低温烧结。实验还发现,铁矿物在熔化和凝固中分别伴随着赤铁矿分解—磁铁矿氧化过程,铁酸半钙存在对磁铁矿氧化有抑制作用。  相似文献

Sintering is a thermal agglomeration process that is applied to a mixture of iron ore fines, recycled ironmaking products, fluxes, slag-forming agents, and solid fuel (coke). The purpose of the sintering process is manufacturing a product with the suitable characteristics (thermal, mechanical, physical and chemical) to be fed to the blast furnace. The process has been widely studied and researched in the iron and steelmaking industry to know the best parameters that allow one to obtain the best sinter quality. The present article reviews the sintering process that the mixture follows, once granulated, when it is loaded onto the sinter strand. There, the sinter mixture is partially melted at a temperature between 1300-1480°C and undergoes a series of reactions that forms the sinter cake to be loaded into the blast furnace to produce pig iron.  相似文献

为了更好地利用各种铁矿粉,使用"座滴法"研究了TiO_2含量对含钛铁矿粉的熔化行为。结果表明:试样收缩过程主要分为慢速和快速两个阶段;随着TiO_2含量的升高,除TiO_2含量为1%外,铁矿粉特征熔化温度呈现升高的趋势;TiO_2含量为1%时,铁矿粉特征熔化温度较低;随着TiO_2含量的升高,铁矿粉熔化时间呈现增加的趋势;TiO_2含量过高不利于降低烧结燃耗,综合考虑含钛铁矿粉特征温度和熔化时间,TiO_2含量应控制在3%以内。  相似文献

铁矿粉供应的复杂多变加剧了烧结配矿的难度,易导致烧结生产及烧结矿性能的不稳定。传统的烧结杯试验配矿方法费时费力,研究开发新的优化配矿方法替代传统烧结杯试验配矿方法是钢铁企业提高配矿效率、实现降本增效的重要途径。详细介绍了铁矿粉常温性能、铁矿粉高温性能、热力学计算等指导烧结配矿的方法,分析了主要烧结配矿方法的技术特点,对烧结配矿研究方向进行了展望。指出铁矿粉的高温性能是基于铁矿粉基础工艺性能的烧结优化配矿方法的核心。查明铁矿粉关键基础工艺性能与烧结产质量的关系,是解决烧结优化配矿可靠性的关键。  相似文献

 烧结矿靠液相固结形成,烧结过程中液相的形成和流动对烧结矿质量起着重要的作用;而随着资源的劣质化,烧结矿TFe品位呈现下降趋势。与Al2O3和SiO2等相比,MgO属于在烧结中主动性配加的成分,其大小影响着烧结液相的熔点、流动性和烧结矿品位。针对京唐混合料,首次采用高温共焦显微镜原位观察了MgO质量分数对烧结液相流动性的影响。研究发现,与不含MgO的混合料相比,配加质量分数为1.7%~2.0%的MgO后,混合料的液相初始形成和大量形成温度均高出50 ℃以上;液相流动速率也显著降低;烧结基础特性测试表明,混合料中MgO质量分数从2.3%降到0.3%后,流动性指数从0.7增大到1.9。在京唐烧结的工业实践表明,烧结实现烧结矿MgO质量分数从2.0%降至1.5%后,烧结矿指标有所改善。  相似文献

回转窑结圈一直以来是制约煤基回转窑直接还原工艺发展的重要因素,以某低品位铁矿回转窑还原结圈物为研究对象,深入研究回转窑结圈物的特性及其形成机制.从结圈物的宏观形貌、物化性能、软熔特性和微观结构入手对某低品位铁矿球团回转窑结圈物的特性进行分析,并结合热力学相图、化学物相及能谱分析研究了结圈物的形成机制.结果表明:结圈物由熔融物包裹球团形成,接近窑壁,其熔融包裹物增多,结圈物中MFe、CaO含量明显增大,软熔温度越低;由球团粉末中FeO与SiO2形成的铁橄榄石及煤灰带入的CaO而形成的钙铁辉石低熔点相是造成结圈的主要原因;低熔点相的存在同时也促进了金属化球团间铁晶粒的相互扩散与迁移,从而加剧了结圈现象.  相似文献

摘要:以烧结矿、球团矿及其混矿为研究对象,利用荷重软化滴落设备,分别探索了氧气高炉和传统高炉条件下烧结矿、球团矿、混合矿软熔特性。研究发现,与传统高炉气氛相比,在氧气高炉气氛下烧结矿、球团矿、混矿软化开始温度降低,软化结束温度升高,烧结矿滴落温度降低,球团矿与混矿滴落温度升高,并且熔滴区间减小甚至消失。通过对软熔过程相关数据分析,发现在氧气高炉气氛下混矿有一定的交互作用,提高了炉料透气性。  相似文献

The softening melting characteristics of sinter, pellet and mixed ore in oxygen blast furnace and traditional blast furnace were studied by using load softening and dropping equipment. It is found that, compared with the traditional blast furnace under the softening starting temperature of sinter, pellet, and their mixture decreases, the softening ending temperature increases in oxygen blast furnace atmosphere. Under the condition of oxygen blast furnace, the dropping temperature of sinter decreases, the dropping temperature of pellets and their mixture increases, and dropping zone becomes narrow and even disappears. Through the analysis of the data of the soft melting process, it is found that the mixed ore has a certain interaction effect in the oxygen blast furnace atmosphere, which improves the gas permeability of the charge.  相似文献

The high temperature performance characteristic numbers of iron ore powder combined with various information parameters of sintering process?? which could characterize the high temperature characteristics more accurately and comprehensively. Based on the experimental analysis of 7 single ore fines?? different kinds of equal performance ore fines in the mixed ore were replaced according to their high temperature performance difference?? and the high temperature performance of the mixed ore after replacement was analyzed. Then the quality fluctuation of sintered ore before and after replacement was verified through industrial experiments. It is found through the experiments that within a certain percentage?? the high temperature performance characteristic numbers of mixed ore powder change little and the high temperature performance of the mixed ore remains stable basically during the equal performance replacement. The tumbler strength of sinter is maintained at a stable level?? and the quality meets the requirement of the blast furnace production?? which can be used to guide the ore proportioning and provide reference for actual sintering production.  相似文献

通过高温实验与理论分析研究了铁粉矿颗粒在高温下的热分解和熔化行为,以及熔化后气体与熔融粉矿液滴之间的还原动力学.当温度高于FeO熔点且产物层中有FeO生成时,铁粉矿颗粒会出现熔化现象.还原反应前210 ms伴随着剧烈的热分解反应,主要是Fe_2O_3分解成Fe_3O_4.熔化后的铁粉矿颗粒产物层是液态的FeO,颗粒中心是未反应的固态Fe_3O_4,还原反应发生在颗粒表面.Fe~(3+)在产物层中的扩散是还原反应的限制性环节,通过计算得到气体与熔融铁粉矿颗粒还原反应的表观活化能约为141 kJ/mol.  相似文献

应用熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法(XRF) 测定铁矿石中各主量元素,直接熔制铁矿石样片,由于受到各种基体效应影响,TFe含量结果不稳;为了得到稳定可靠的TFe含量,一般采用Co内标法,即在熔制铁矿石样片时加入定量的Co元素作为Fe元素的内标;但由于Co2O3在高温下易转变为CoO,会造成铂-金坩埚腐蚀。采用为Co2O3在被熔入Li的硼酸盐熔剂前持续提供氧化环境的方式,保持Co元素在整个熔融制样过程中不以CoO形式出现,解决了铂-金坩埚的腐蚀问题。通过试验确定优化的熔融条件:于1 050 ℃熔融温度下旋转摇摆7 min,稀释比为1∶10,以KBr为脱模剂。铁矿石中各主次成分校准曲线的相关系数均达到0.997以上。对铁矿石标准样品进行精密度考察,各成分测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)均不大于6.7%;正确度结果表明,标准样品和实际样品的测定值分别与认定值及国标湿法值相一致。  相似文献

铁矿石的铁酸钙生成特性是烧结配矿必须考虑的因素,对优化配矿具有重要的指导作用.为此,采用微型烧结试验法和矿物组成及显微结构分析法研究了10种铁矿石烧结的铁酸钙生成特性,找出了影响铁酸钙生成的主要因素,即在碱度为2.0及其它条件相同的情况下,结构松散的褐铁矿、赤铁矿及较高含量的A12O3和SiO2均有利于SFCA的生成。  相似文献
