为降低飞机工装设计时的劳动强度,提高设计效率,在分析标准件库与组件库的基础上,对飞机工装零件库的建库方法进行了研究。设计了零件库系统的总体框架和数据库结构,针对不同类型零件提出了实体建模方法,应用了零件示意图绘制方法和驱动参数配置技术,并以CATIA软件为平台开发了基于客户/服务器三层架构的飞机工装零件库系统。这一系统具有良好的安全性和开放性,参数表达清晰,可以有效提高飞机工装的设计效率。 相似文献

介绍了在I-DEAS环境建立三维零件库的方法和步骤。提出了利用三维零件样板、设计参数、三维模型参数化和族表技术实现零件尺寸的系列化以及三维零件库的创建。强调在设计草图时建立约束的重要性及建立约束的方式,分析了非独立参数和设计参数的关系及建立非独立参数关系式的方式,并通过实例说明了具体用法及调用方式。通过零件库的建立提高设计效率,减少设计工作量。由于该方法实现简单,不涉及编程,对企业建立自己的产品零件库具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

This paper presents a semi-automated approach for designing the gating system of a die-casting die. This approach combines
the P-Q 2 technique and feature-based parametric design for achieving the automatic generation of the geometries for the gating
system. It also enables users to integrate their expertise in the design at an early stage. User-defined gating features are
pre-defined and stored in a gating library, and are then retrieved from the library and applied to the gating part with the
desired parameters and locations during the design process. Algorithms based on the P-Q 2 technique are proposed for calculating
the related parameters of the gating system. A prototype design has been developed using this approach, and the system is
able to shorten the time for constructing the 3D geometries of the gating elements such as the gate, runner, overflow, shot

针对机床夹具标准件库的建立 ,将标准件分为标准元件、典型组合和标准结构三个层次 ,采用种子零件的方法建立标准元件库 ,在标准元件库中除了记录几何特征信息外 ,还记录了具有工程含义的属性信息 ,使标准元件的信息完备 ,以满足夹具设计全过程对信息的需求。为建立典型组合和标准结构库 ,提出了基于装配模型的智能动态建库方法 ,设计了无冗余建库结构 ,实现了典型组合和标准结构装配的智能化和自动化。根据以上方法在 U G平台上用 UG/ API和 Oracle数据库建立了夹具三维标准件库 ,种子零件、参数数据和属性信息等存储在服务器端的数据库中 ,在客户端动态生成并调用标准件库。该三维标准件库在开发的夹具 CAD系统中应用 ,取得了满意的效果 相似文献

A general trend and one of the important strategies in the automotive industry is reducing the lead time of a new car development.
In order to obtain this goal the efficient use of simulation software is needed to effectively design a hydroformed part.
The stages of the design chain are integrated in one simulation tool. The outcome of this feasibility analysis is a virtual
prototype saying that it is possible to produce the part. In fact one process point has been defined whereas when going into
production a process window must be know to guarantee a stable production process. In order to achieve this latter we are
suggesting a process performance analysis. Based on multiple simulations the influence and sensitivity various process parameters
on the forming process can be identified. Besides combining the analysis with statistical process control evaluation the process
capability (Cpk-values) can be defined. This design chain analysis will be applied on a hydroformed part. The process performance
analysis is the identification of the process window and process capability in advance, so before any tool has been milled.

The additive/subtractive rapid pattern manufacturing (RPM) process sequentially deposits thick material slabs and then machines them into desired geometries in a layer-by-layer manner. Although most rapid manufacturing systems mainly intend to increase flexibility in manufacturing rather than to reduce processing speed, it is still practical to choose the optimized sets of cutters and machining parameters specifically for each layer to improve both the machining quality and efficiency. This paper presents an algorithm to automatically select finishing cutter geometry, diameter, and calculate machining parameters for the RPM process. Inputs to this algorithm are StereoLithography file from a computer-aided design model and a cutter library. Finishing cutter selection is based on geometry accessibility and machining process efficiency analysis. The algorithm has been implemented in RPM automatic process planning software and the experimental result on a sample part is presented to show the efficacy of this algorithm. 相似文献
