为解决应用于纯电动汽车上的轮毂电机测试和试验的问题,将虚拟仪器技术应用于轮毂电机性能测试与再生制动试验台的设计中.开展了试验台组成结构、测控系统工作原理的分析,设计了测控系统电路,推导了电机转速、电机扭矩、电流、电压的测量计算公式,提出了电机再生制动试验方法及试验数据的计算公式;在此基础上采用LabVIEW开发了测控系统软件,并进行了实际运行实验.实验结果证明,该试验台设计较为合理,能够将电机的性能测试试验与再生制动试验合二为一,满足了电动汽车轮毂电机相关研究的需求. 相似文献

针对滑油泵出厂前需要进行多项试验测试这一情况,以CompactRIO为测控核心,利用LabVIEW编程环境,设计开发了一套滑油泵试验台多功能、集成化、模块化的测控系统。首先,介绍了系统总体结构和上/下位机的以太网通讯;其次,给出系统各项硬件设备列表和配置;然后,采用LabVIEW设计开发上位机测控系统程序,并结合应用TDM存储方式和数据库管理系统对试验数据进行管理。最后通过投运结果,说明了该系统具有实用性和有效性。 相似文献

A drilling burr-control chart (DBCC), based on experimental results, is a tool for the prediction and control of drilling burrs for a large range of drilling parameters. A micro-drilling burr-control chart (M-DBCC) was developed for a standard double-sided copper-clad laminated (CCL) printed circuit board (PCB) with laminated fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) substrate. This chart will assist in the selection of favorable drilling parameters for predicting and achieving preferred types of burrs. Burr classification was carried out according to the burr geometric characteristics, burr formation mechanisms, burr height, and drill bit breakage while drilling. The design of experiment (DOE) technique based on the Taguchi method was used to find the most significant drilling parameter affecting burr height. The results show that the drill diameter makes a statistically significant contribution to burr-height variation. 相似文献

AbstractAn aluminum-based printed circuit board (Al-PCB) is a composite material comprising a copper layer, an insulating layer, and an aluminum base layer. In the drilling of Al-PCBs, exit burrs are formed because of the plastic deformation of the remnant aluminum under high drilling temperatures. In this work, a new method using cryogenic media is suggested to prevent exit burrs in Al-PCB drilling. The effects of cryogenic media, such as cold air, supercritical carbon dioxide solvent (scCO2), and liquid nitrogen (LN2), on the drilling temperature, chip removal, tool wear and exit burr formation were observed and analyzed. The Al-PCB drilling temperature could be effectively reduced when drilling with cold air, scCO2 or LN2. The chip removal and tool wear could be improved when drilling with cold air or LN2. The exit burr formation when drilling with scCO2 or LN2 was greater than that when drilling under cooling and cold air conditions. A cold air matching composite wood backup board (MW-0.5) could effectively control the exit burr formation within 20?μm. This is the first study on the effects of three different cryogenic media on PCB drilling and is expected to provide a good reference for the cryogenic drilling of PCBs. 相似文献

Robot-assisted technology has been increasingly employed in the therapy of post stroke patients to deliver high-quality treatment and alleviate therapists’ burden. This paper introduces a novel parallel end traction apparatus (PETA) to supplement equipment selection. Considering the appearance and performance of the PETA, two types of special five-bar linkage mechanisms are selected as the potential configurations of the actuation execution unit because of their compact arrangement and parallel structure. Kinematic analysis of each mechanism, i.e., position solutions and Jacobian matrix, is carried out. Subsequently, a comparative study between the two mechanisms is conducted. In the established source of nondimensional parameter synthesis, the singularity, maximum continuous workspace, and performance variation trends are analyzed. Based on the evaluation results, the final scheme with determined configuration and corresponding near-optimized nondimensional parameters is obtained. Then, a prototype is constructed. By adding a lockable translational degree of freedom in the vertical direction, the PETA can provide 2D planar exercise and 3D spatial exercise. Finally, a control system is developed for passive exercise mode based on the derived inverse position solution, and preliminary experiments are performed to verify the applicability of the PETA. 相似文献

合理选取HMP45D温湿度传感器的检定装置对提高校准质量、节约校准成本具有重要意义。文中基于本单位现有的4台温湿度检定装置,通过大量的对比实验,分析了不同装置对HMP45D温湿度传感器校准质量的差异。结果表明:恒湿盐湿度发生器和DJM10型湿度检定箱具有较高的性价比,适合作为HMP45D温湿度传感器的检定装置。具体来说,恒湿盐湿度发生器适合HMP45D温湿度传感器的现场校准工作,而湿度检定箱更适合完成室内校准任务。 相似文献
