论创造力的培养途径

近年来,各国都在大力开展创造教育,创造教育已成为21世纪世界教育改革的主旋律.在创造教育建设的过程中,创造力该如何教育、怎样培养成为最受关注的问题.文章从这个问题出发,从微观上提出了创造力培养的若干策略,以便为创新型人才的培养提供一点启示.     

月见草大孢子发生与雌配子体发育研究

[目的]研究月见草大孢子发生与雌配子体发育的规律.[方法]利用传统石蜡切片法对月见草大孢子发生及雌配子体发育进行了研究.[结果]雌蕊由四心皮组成,中轴胎座,胚珠倒生,体积小、数量多,双珠被、厚珠心.珠心内侧一细胞发育为初生造孢细胞,初生造孢细胞经过减数分裂形成线形排列的大孢子四分体,合点端3个大孢子退化,珠孔端的一个作为功能大孢子发育成为单核胚囊,经2次连续的有丝分裂形成四核的胚囊.[结论]月见草胚囊发育属于待宵草型.

浅议小学数学教学中的兴趣培养

Determination of the three-dimensional solution structure of Raphanus sativus antifungal protein 1 by 1H NMR

Raphanus sativus Antifungal Protein 1 (Rs-AFP1) is a 51 amino acid residue plant defensin isolated from radish (Raphanus sativus L.) seeds. The three-dimensional structure in aqueous solution has been determined from two-dimensional 1H NMR data recorded at 500 MHz using the DIANA/REDAC calculation protocols. Experimental constraints consisted of 787 interproton distances extracted from NOE cross-peaks, 89 torsional constraints from 106 vicinal interproton coupling constants and 32 stereospecific assignments of prochiral protons. Further refinement by simulated annealing resulted in a set of 20 structures having pairwise root-mean-square differences of 1.35(+/- 0.35) A over the backbone heavy atoms and 2.11(+/- 0.46) A over all heavy atoms. The molecule adopts a compact globular fold comprising an alpha-helix from Asn18 till Leu28 and a triple-stranded beta-sheet (beta 1 = Lys2-Arg6, beta 2 = His33-Tyr38 and beta 3 = His43-Pro50). The central strand of this beta-sheet is connected by two disulfide bridges (Cys21-Cys45 and Cys25-Cys47) to the alpha-helix. The connection between beta-strand 2 and 3 is formed by a type VIa beta-turn. Even the loop (Pro7 to Asn17) between beta-strand 1 and the alpha-helix is relatively well defined. The structure of Raphanus sativus Antifungal Protein 1 features all the characteristics of the "cysteine stabilized alpha beta motif". A comparison of the complete structure and of the regions important for interaction with the fungal receptor according to a mutational study, is made with the structure of gamma-thionin, a plant defensin that has no antifungal activity. It is concluded that this interaction is both electrostatic and specific, and some possible scenarios for the mode of action are given.     

Embryogenesis and functional development of the chick''s basilar papilla

BACKGROUND: After laparoscopy with carbon dioxide (CO2) insufflation early postoperative recovery is often complicated with drowsiness and postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV). METHODS: 25 ASA I-II patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under standardized anaesthesia were studied in a randomized, prospective study. The conventional CO2 pneumoperitoneum was compared with the mechanical abdominal wall lift (AWL) method with minimal CO2 insufflation with special reference to postoperative recovery. RESULTS: Postoperative drowsiness was of a significantly longer duration with the conventional method (p < 0.001) compared with the AWL technique. There was a positive correlation with the total amount of CO2 used and the duration of drowsiness (r = 0.75, p < 0.01). PONV was seen significantly more often in patients with CO2 insufflation of more than 121 (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Avoiding excessive CO2 is beneficial for smoother and more uneventful recovery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Isolated cerebral thrombo-embolism and Crohn disease

Arterial thrombo-embolism is an unusual complication in inflammatory bowel disease in adults and children. Cerebral arterial disease has been reported on only a few occasions. There are only two previous case reports of arterial disease occurring in a child with Crohn disease. However in both instances the arterial disease was part of a generalised Takayasu arteritis which resulted in multi-organ involvement. This report describes a 14-year-old boy who developed seizures before a histological diagnosis of Crohn disease was made. These seizures were the result of a vascular lesion which was confined to the right middle cerebral artery. CONCLUSION. Crohn disease as well as ulcerative colitis should be considered as a possible cause of cerebrovascular accidents in children.     

Seismic Response of Isolated Bridges

The seismic response of bridges seismically isolated by lead-rubber bearings (L-RB) to bidirectional earthquake excitation (i.e., two horizontal components) is presented in this paper. The force-deformation behavior of L-RB is considered as bilinear, and the interaction between the restoring forces in two orthogonal horizontal directions is duly considered in the response analysis. The specific purpose of the study is to assess the effects of seismic isolation on the peak response of the bridges, and to investigate the effects of the bidirectional interaction of restoring forces of isolation bearings. The seismic response of the lumped mass model of continuous span isolated bridges is obtained by solving the governing equations of motion in the incremental form using an iterative step-by-step method. To study the effectiveness of L-RB, the seismic response of isolated bridges is compared with the response of corresponding nonisolated bridges (i.e., bridges without isolation devices). A comparison of the response of the isolated bridges obtained by considering and ignoring the bidirectional interaction of bearing forces is made under important parametric variation. The important parameters included are the flexibility of the bridge piers and the stiffness and yield strength of the L-RB. The results show that the bidirectional interaction of the restoring forces of the L-RB has considerable effects on the seismic response of the isolated bridges. If these interaction effects are ignored, then the peak bearing displacements are underestimated, which can be crucial from the design point of view.

Isolated cortical venous thrombosis and ulcerative colitis

Aseptic cortical venous thrombosis is rare without concomitant dural sinus thrombosis. Ulcerative colitis is associated with both dural sinus thrombosis and isolated cortical venous thrombosis. We describe a 26-year-old woman with ulcerative colitis who had a spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage. An overlying thrombosed cortical vein was identified on spin-echo MR images and confirmed with angiography. Signal characteristics of thrombosed cortical veins are similar to those described in dural sinus thrombosis.
