This paper is concerned with the problem of the globally asymptotically mean square stability for a class of delayed genetic regularity networks (GRNs) with both parameter uncertainties and stochastic disturbances, where the time delays are belong to given intervals and assumed to be time varying. Based on choosing an appropriate and novel Lyapunov functional, a “delay fractioning” approach that is different from the existing ones is introduced. By utilizing $It\hat{o}\hbox{'}s$ differential formula and using the linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, we derive a robust asymptotical stability criterion in mean square sense for uncertain GRNs with time-varying delays. All the stability conditions are given in terms of LMIs. One example and its simulation are provided to show the advantages of the obtained result.

In this paper, we investigated synchronisation problem for stochastic Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy complex networks model with discrete and distributed time delays. By constructing a new Lyapunov functional and employing Kronecker product, we developed delay-dependent synchronisation criterions. By applying stochastic analysis techniques, we derive starting conditions for synchronisation complex networks of the addressed with mixed time-varying delays and stochastic disturbances are achieved. A numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper, the delay-interval-dependent robust stability is studied for a class of neutral stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays. The time-varying delay is assumed to belong to an interval, which means that the upper bound is known and the lower bound is not restricted to zero. For the neural networks under study, the uncertainty includes polytopic uncertainty and linear fractional norm-bounded uncertainty. Sufficient conditions for the stability of the addressed neutral stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays are established by employing the proper Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a combination of the stochastic analysis theory, some inequality techniques and new linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, three numerical examples are provided to demonstrate less conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed LMI conditions.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the stability problem for a class of impulsive neural networks model, which includes simultaneously parameter uncertainties, stochastic disturbances and two additive time-varying delays in the leakage term. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional that uses the information on the lower and upper bound of the delay sufficiently, a delay-dependent stability criterion is derived by using the free-weighting matrices method for such Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy uncertain impulsive stochastic recurrent neural networks. The obtained conditions are expressed with linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) whose feasibility can be checked easily by MATLAB LMI Control toolbox. Finally, the theoretical result is validated by simulations.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust stability of uncertain genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with interval time-varying delays. We derive some new delay-range-dependent and delay-derivative-dependent/independent stability criteria by employing some free-weighting matrices and linear matrix inequalities. In our analysis, we carefully consider the relationship between the time-varying state delays and their bounds when calculating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. We hence show that, the rigorous requirement of other literatures that the time-derivatives of time-varying delays must be smaller than one is abandoned in the proposed scheme. The new criteria are applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays. Finally, four numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the less conservativeness of the developed results.  相似文献

In this work, stability analysis is performed for a cyclic dynamical model of gene regulatory networks involving time delays, under negative feedback. The model considered has nonlinearities with negative Schwarzian derivatives. Sufficient conditions implying global stability of these types of GRNs are obtained. The special case of homogenous gene regulatory networks is also studied; in this case, the proposed stability conditions depend only on the parameters of the nonlinearity function. Illustrative numerical examples complete the presentation.Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the finite-time stability analysis of neutral-type neural networks with random time-varying delays. The randomly time-varying delays are characterised by Bernoulli stochastic variable. This result can be extended to analysis and design for neutral-type neural networks with random time-varying delays. On the basis of this paper, we constructed suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional together and established a set of sufficient linear matrix inequalities approach to guarantee the finite-time stability of the system concerned. By employing the Jensen's inequality, free-weighting matrix method and Wirtinger's double integral inequality, the proposed conditions are derived and two numerical examples are addressed for the effectiveness of the developed techniques.  相似文献

The synchronization problem is considered for a class of stochastic complex networks with interval time-varying delays. Based on the Lyapunov functional method and stochastic analysis theory, delay-dependent sufficient conditions are obtained, which ensure that the identical delayed networks are globally synchronized in the mean square sense. Furthermore, the ‘piecewise delay’ approach is improved to deal with the synchronization problem of systems with stochastic disturbances by introducing two new lemmas. The efficiency and applicability of the proposed methodology are demonstrated by two numerical examples.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the mean square exponential stability of stochastic genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays. Two kinds of time-varying delays are considered: one is differentiable with bounded delay derivative the other is continuous without constraints on the delay derivative. In order to investigate the mean square exponential stability in stochastic genetic regulatory networks, some novel rate-dependent/independent mean square exponential stability criteria are derived by constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The sufficient conditions are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, illustrative examples are used to substantiate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of our results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust asymptotic stability analysis for uncertain genetic regulatory networks with both interval time-varying delays and stochastic noise. By using the stochastic analysis approach, employing some free-weighting matrices and introducing an appropriate type of Lyapunov functional which takes into account the ranges of delays, some new delay-range-dependent and rate-dependent stability criteria are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to guarantee the delayed genetic regulatory networks to be robustly asymptotically stable in the mean square. As a result, the new criteria are applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays. Five numerical examples are also used to demonstrate the usefulness of the main results and less conservativeness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the stability analysis problem for a new class of discrete-time neural networks with randomly discrete and distributed time-varying delays has been investigated. Compared with the previous work, the distributed delay is assumed to be time-varying. Moreover, the effects of both variation range and probability distribution of mixed time-delays are taken into consideration in the proposed approach. The distributed time-varying delays and coupling term in complex networks are considered by introducing two Bernoulli stochastic variables. By using some novel analysis techniques and Lyapunov–Krasovskii function, some delay-distribution-dependent conditions are derived to ensure that the discrete-time complex network with randomly coupling term and distributed time-varying delay is synchronized in mean square. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of stochastic impulsive high-order BAM neural networks with time-varying delays is considered. By using Lyapunov functional method, LMI method and mathematics induction, some sufficient conditions are derived for the globally exponential stability of the equilibrium point of the neural networks in mean square. It is believed that these results are significant and useful for the design and applications of impulsive stochastic high-order BAM neural networks.  相似文献

This paper investigates the global asymptotic stability problem for a class of neutral-type complex-valued neural networks with random time-varying delays. By introducing a stochastic variable with Bernoulli distribution, the information of time-varying delay is assumed to be random time-varying delays. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and employing inequality technique, several sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the global asymptotically stability of equilibrium point for the considered neural networks. The obtained stability criterion is expressed in terms of complex-valued linear matrix inequalities, which can be simply solved by effective YALMIP toolbox in MATLAB. Finally, three numerical examples are given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed main results.  相似文献

This paper addresses, in great detail, the issue of pth moment exponential stability of stochastic recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays. With the help of the Dini-derivative of the expectation of V(t,X(t)) “along” the solution X(t) of the model and the technique of Halanay-type inequality, some novel sufficient conditions on pth moment exponential stability of the trivial solution has been established. Results of the development as presented in this paper are more general than those reported in some previously published papers. An example is also given to illustrate that our results are correct and effectiveness.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem on asymptotical and robust stability of genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays and stochastic disturbance is considered. The time-varying delays include not only discrete delays but also distributed delays. The parameter uncertainties are time-varying and norm-bounded. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and Lur’s system approach, sufficient conditions are given to ensure the stability of genetic regulatory networks. All the stability conditions are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which are easy to be verified. Illustrative example is presented to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we study the robust H performance for discrete-time T-S fuzzy switched memristive stochastic neural networks with mixed time-varying delays and switching signal design. The neural network under consideration is subject to time-varying and norm bounded parameter uncertainties. Decomposing of the delay interval approach is employed in both the discrete delays and distributed delays. By constructing a proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) with triple summation terms and using an improved summation inequality techniques. Sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to guarantee the considered discrete-time neural networks to be exponentially stable. Finally, numerical examples with simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of non-autonomous reaction-diffusion neural networks with time-varying delays is investigated. By establishing a new differential inequality and employing the properties of spectral radius of nonnegative matrix and diffusion operator, the global attracting and positive invariant sets and exponential stability of non-autonomous reaction-diffusion neural networks with time-varying delays are obtained. Our results do not require the conditions of boundedness of the coefficient of neural networks. One example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of our conclusion.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with stability analysis problem for uncertain stochastic neural networks with discrete interval and distributed time-varying delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded and the delay is assumed to be time-varying and belong to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available. Based on the new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and stochastic stability theory, delay-interval dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Some numerical examples and comparisons are provided to show that the proposed results significantly improve the allowable upper and lower bounds of delays over some existing results in the literature. Furthermore, the supplementary requirement that the time derivative of discrete time-varying delays must be smaller than the value one is not necessary to derive the results in this paper.  相似文献
