上大学时,离家比较远,有一颗日寸常饥饿着,非朝思暮想的家乡食物不可喂饱的心。南师大宿舍四人一住,我们一个扬州的,两个山西的,我是陕西的。不管哪一个从外面带回来什么吃的,零食店散称的锅巴,路边蛋糕店的点心,油炸的馓子,干脆面,大白兔……三个白吃的人都会异口同声说好吃啊。其实这些吃食谁在家的时候稀罕过呐,但在宿舍吃,因为一颗“饥饿”的心,就好吃了。吃的人高兴,带吃的回来的人更高兴。这还不说明事儿,再说。当时我背着阿姨悄悄地买了小电饭锅和面包机,爱捣鼓,尤其在动手做上,很有年轻人性情,做起来创新不断,吃起来大胆无畏。记得我学做面包那会,没控制好时间面发过了,冒酸气,那往里面加点碱吧,结果手一抖,碱也过了,加了个鸡蛋,又搅合搅合,嘿!整个成一绿色的面疙瘩了,还挺翠绿的那种。搅合好了,那烤吧,烤出来,哗!哪有面包长那个样子的,就一绿色大馒头,说是馒头我看那也是馒头界里的绿巨人,颜色外形实在不算正常。尝尝呗,四人一人一块,咬了一点点,碱味十足,当下我就吐出来了,自己做的自己就先嫌弃的不行,一抬头再看那三位,好嘛,手里的吃的干干净净,虽有碱味,但还夸好吃,夸颜色有新意,还要吃!  相似文献

Hydroxyproline-containing di- and tripeptides increase in human blood plasma after ingestion of collagen hydrolysate in a dose-dependent manner. Prolyl-hydroxyproline (Pro-Hyp) and hydroxyprolyl-glycine (Pro-Gly) are the main food-derived collagen peptides present in human blood plasma. Pro-Hyp increases the number of fibroblasts migrating from the mouse skin and enhances the growth of fibroblasts attached to the collagen gel. Pro-Hyp is also generated from endogenous collagen in the granulation tissue in mice skin and ear with dermatitis, while it does not increase in the normal tissues of the same animal. However, Hyp-Gly does not increase in all tissues. These facts indicate that Pro-Hyp is generated by the degradation of endogenous collagen to activate cells involved in tissue reconstruction. Orally administered Pro-Hyp is deposited in animal organs even after clearance of Pro-Hyp from blood. Thus, the endogenous bioactive peptide can be provided by ingestion of collagen hydrolysate.  相似文献

Peptides in the blood of subjects before and after collagen hydrolysate ingestion were fractionated by ion exchange and size-exclusion chromatographies and then derivatised with phenyl isothiocyanate. The derivatives were characterised by reserved phase (RP)-HPLC. Prolyl-hydroxyproline (Pro-Hyp), which has been identified in the previous studies, was detected as a major food-derived collagen peptide in the blood of all subjects (n = 5). Another major peptide was identified as hydroxyprolyl-glycine (Hyp-Gly) in the blood of four subjects, which has not been detected in previous studies. The ratio of Hyp-Gly to Pro-Hyp depended on subjects and ranged from 0.00 to 5.04. Hyp-Gly was less susceptible to human serum peptidase than Pro-Hyp. Hyp-Gly enhanced the growth of mouse primary fibroblasts on collagen gels in a higher extent than Pro-Hyp. These findings suggest that Hyp-Gly plays a significant role in exerting the biological effects by ingestion of collagen hydrolysate.  相似文献

采用小鼠糖尿病模型研究低分子量胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素辅助降血糖的作用特性。对糖尿病模型小鼠进行胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素灌胃处理,测定给药前后小鼠的空腹血糖值、体重、脏器指数与肝组织抗氧化能力,进行糖耐量实验。结果表明,胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素将糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖含量降低至7.5~17.8 mmol/L,葡萄糖耐量曲线下面积(AUC)降低至32.62~38.66 mmol/(min·L),肝脏指数和肾脏指数降低至44.98~57.17 mg/g和11.29~17.95 mg/g,脾脏指数提高至2.71~3.52 mg/g,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力增强至88.18~158.38 U/mg prot,丙二醛(MDA)含量降至1.66~3.00 nmol/mg prot。与模型组相比,胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素处理的糖尿病模型小鼠,第28 d的血糖值和第21 d的AUC显著降低(p<0.05),肝脏指数和肾脏指数下降,脾脏指数上升,肝组织抗氧化能力提高,其中石斑鱼骨胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素的中剂量组与罗非鱼皮胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素的中剂量组和高剂量组效果较显著。研究表明胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素可使糖尿病小鼠的血糖值显著降低(p<0.05),且血糖值降低与肝脏抗氧化能力提高相关联,同时胶原蛋白肽交叉苦瓜素可促进糖尿病模型小鼠的脏器损伤修复,提高其自身免疫能力。  相似文献

Using the results of the chemical amino acid analyses of the unconventional proteins blood, collagen and wool and the conventional proteins soya, maize and casein, protein mixtures were developed. The quality of the protein mixtures was estimated in feeding experiments with growing male Sprague-Dawley rats and expressed as protein efficiency ratio (PER). Different blood parameters and the weight of some organs were also recorded. Blood, collagen and wool protein are very poor in different essential amino acids, therefore their quality is very low, it can however be significantly improved when they are fed in mixtures with other animal or plant proteins of higher quality. In mixtures of three components only containing blood (10--40%), collagen (10--25%) and casein (50 to 70%) the deficit in the content of essential amino acids cannot be compensated. Rats fed with such diets showed, however, decreased food intake and depressed growth. The relative PER values of those mixtures were 44--69% of that of casein. The best supplementing effect on the imbalanced amino acid patterns was achieved when the protein mixture was developed from 4 or 5 different proteins. The quality of these five-component-mixtures amounted to 94--100% of that of casein. In these mixtures the percentage of casein in the protein mixture amounted to only 35% and soya or maize to 15%. Exactly 50% of the protein supply could be derived from hydrolysates of the unconventional proteins blood, collagen and wool.  相似文献

利用小鼠的糖尿病模型,研究牦牛胶原蛋白肽的降血糖作用。通过对昆明鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(200 mg/kg)制备糖尿病小鼠模型。将造模成功的小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(二甲双胍200 mg/kg)和牦牛胶原蛋白肽组(200 mg/kg),每组6只,每天灌胃给药一次,连续灌胃2周,正常组和模型组小鼠灌胃等量生理盐水。在给药的第7 d和第14 d测定各组小鼠的空腹血糖、体重、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)和高密度脂蛋白(High-density and lipoprotein,HDL)含量等。同时采用苏木精-伊红染色法检测小鼠胰腺组织病理学变化。结果表明,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠的体重和血糖含量均有极显著性变化(P<0.01),血清中TG、TC和LDL的含量均极显著性降低(P<0.01);胰腺组织损伤严重,形态不完整,有明显的空泡产生。与模型组相比,200 mg/kg牦牛胶原蛋白肽可以显著改善糖尿病小鼠的症状,缓解糖尿病小鼠血糖及其它血液指标的增高趋势和胰腺组织的损伤程度。研究表明牦牛胶原蛋白肽可以显著性下调糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,缓解糖尿病的症状。  相似文献

Longissimus muscle biopsies were obtained from forty bulls and steers representing Charolais, Simmental, Angus and Hereford breeds at 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 months of age to evaluate the influence of age, breed and sex on the biosynthesis of muscle collagen. Blood samples were collected from each animal at each time period. The blood serum was harvested and assayed for concentrations of testosterone. Total collagen, soluble collagen and insoluble collagen were obtained on each sample. Soluble collagen and testosterone levels were significantly influenced by breed, sex and animal age. Total collagen levels were significantly affected by sex and age. Total collagen and testosterone levels peaked at 12 months of age. Breeds were ranked identically for total collagen and testosterone levels at 12 months. These data indicate that bulls are different from steers in synthesis of intramuscular collagen at or near 12 months of age. The increased synthesis of collagen appears to be influenced by testosterone or some other event associated with puberty. The mechanism of this action remains unclear.  相似文献
