针对将超宽带无线信号应用于超小型无人机通信链路的低空传输环境,分析了信号传播可能遇到的各种地形、地物等因素对传输损耗的影响,选择修正的S-V多径信道模型,对选定的两个信号传播环境进行了仿真,并给出了信道的路径损耗、冲激响应、rm s时延扩展、平均超量时延、多径分量数目和功率延迟剖面,仿真结果表明该模型能够有效反映信道的特性参数,可为超宽带接收机的设计提供参考。  相似文献

在论述L阵干涉仪和圆阵相关法测向体制误差形成的基础上,基于电磁波传播的多 径效应,建立了地空无线链路四径传输模型,并将单个多径分量用时延相同的多径簇来描述 ,分析了多径分量和多径簇对单个天线接收信号相位和不同天线接收信号互相关系数造成的 影响。仿真结果表明,多径条件下接收信号的波形、频谱和相位谱较直射信号都将发生显 著的变化,多径效应对俯仰角造成的测量误差要大于对方位角造成的测量误差。  相似文献

A method for broadcasting digital audio signals simultaneously with existing analog frequency modulation radio (88-108 MHz) in adjacent channels is presented. The digital transmission is based on continuous phase modulation (CPM) and a proper reduced-state sequence estimator. With the proposed method, the power level and the symbol rate of the transmitter signal is determined in a manner that the interference the CPM signal poses for the analog FM signal in adjacent channels remains below a level according to the radio frequency emission mask defined by international rules. Due to the multipath propagation of the transmitted signal, the transmission behavior of the radio channel is determined by high dispersion up to 85 /spl mu/s. With the selected bit rate, the receiver has to cope with a channel memory of up to 17 bits. Since Viterbi detection is not feasible due to the number of channel states, detection is performed by a reduced-state sequence estimator that is able to eliminate the complete channel interference by decision feedback. Simulation results show that the detector almost achieves the detection quality of the optimum receiver. CPM achieves data rates of up to 200 kb/s inside a 200 kHz FM channel, which is sufficient for transmission of digital compressed audio signals at compact disc quality. In a digital mobile radio transmission, long-delayed multi-path propagation causes frequency selective fading, resulting in signal waveform distortion and hence bit error rate (BER) degradation. Comparison of multipath distortion among various digital modulation techniques (binary, quaternary, offset quaternary, and minimum phase shift keying (BPSK, QPSK, OQPSK and MSK)) is made using a two-ray propagation model, which is a fundamental model to evaluate multipath tolerant capability. The analysis clarified the multipath conditions causing severe distortions and also the mechanisms of eye pattern degradation, showing the superiority of BPSK in multipath tolerance.  相似文献

A study is made on the effect of propagation on digital transmission based on two series of measurements made with four phase shift keying and differential demodulation equipment at bit rates of 38.8 and 216 Mbit/s. Degradation due to selectivities of attenuation caused by multipath propagation is inferred for both experiments : whereas the degradation is low at 38.8 Mbit/s, it becomes very large at 216 Mbit/s. The results are interpreted and commented upon. By taking a dual beam model, a calculation is made for degradation due to propagation under multipath conditions, as a function of the delay of the reflected beam.  相似文献

This paper proposes a multipath propagation model for line-of-sight (LOS) street microcells with building roof base sites (BS) in urban areas, Multipath propagation characteristics are of great importance in evaluating the performance of digital systems and designing wireless links. Typical delay profiles are measured to clarify their statistical characteristics in LOS street microcells. The channel sounder used is a sliding correlator with 30-Mb/s PN code and a center frequency of 2.6 GHz. The measurements clarify the features of delay profile and mean RMS delay spread. The proposed delay profile model explains one plausible mechanism of multipath propagation. The delay profiles calculated using the model agreed well with the measured profiles. Furthermore, the factors influencing the RMSs delay spread are investigated, and the regression equation of medium RMS delay spread on a sidewalk is established. The proposed model can evaluate the transmission characteristics of wireless digital communication systems in multipath propagation environments  相似文献

This paper presents an anti-multipath fading scheme employing a circular polarized wave for line-of-sight (LOS) indoor radio communications. The circular polarized wave transmission/reception significantly mitigates the multipath fading caused by reflections from walls, ceiling, and floor since the energies of single-bounce reflected waves do not appear at the receiver, thereby resulting in significant amplitude fade and delay spread reduction. The received signal intensity variations and delay spread are investigated numerically using a 14-path propagation model and the usefulness is confirmed by comparing with a linear polarized wave transmission/reception under a same LOS condition  相似文献

Our proposed millimeter-wave self-heterodyne transmission technique is a simple and cost-effective solution to frequency stability problems in millimeter-wave access systems. In addition, this technique enables integration of a high-sensitivity receiver with a combining antenna diversity system that is approximately as effective as a maximal-ratio-combining antenna diversity system for all directions of signal arrival. We explain how our newly developed 70-GHz-band transceiver using the millimeter-wave self-heterodyne transmission technique with a receiver-module array can greatly improve receiver sensitivity for all directions of signal arrival i.e., without affecting the signal reception beam pattern and how this can solve the signal-fading problem in a multipath signal propagation environment. We also theoretically demonstrate that receiver sensitivity improves in proportion to the number of elements in a receiver-module array, and experimentally confirm this using an experimental 70-GHz-band monolithic microwave integrated circuit transceiver with a 4/spl times/2 receiver-module array. We show that millimeter-wave signal propagation can be modeled using a two-path model, and that serious signal fading depends on the transceiver height and transmission distance. Carrier and modulated signal transmission experiments using our developed transceiver have revealed that use of a receiver-module array greatly reduces the signal-fading problem in a multipath signal propagation environment. In the signal transmission experiment, we succeeded in transmitting an orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing signal over a 4-m transmission distance with bit-error-free performance.  相似文献

将钻杆内孔视为超长不规则有耗圆波导,采用多径传输理论建立信道模型,结合实验统计法,对信道特征及信号衰减机理进行了研究分析.分析结果表明,广泛应用于空气钻井领域的API 5″和51/2″钻杆,其内孔可以作为2.4 GHz频段微波信道,且一根钻杆单元构成的微波信道基本符合超宽带信道标准.但钻杆接头段具有多个反射面,导致信道具有双簇多径信道的特性,双簇间较大的时延令信道均方时延扩展大幅增加.根据模型对比结果,多径衰落和时延是影响该信道传输质量的主要因素.  相似文献

The main objective of this research is to conduct a performance analysis of various multipath routing protocols in wireless multimedia sensor networks for the efficient transmission of the image, audio and video data. To provide efficient routing for the large sized multimedia content, various multipath routing protocols such as energy-aware routing, QoS based routing and geographical routing methods are analyzed. In this analysis, the efficient routing techniques including geographical routing techniques such as GPSR, DGR, PW-DGR presented for wireless multimedia sensor networks are studied and the performance of each technique is evaluated to determine the efficient multipath routing technique. Comparisons are made for evaluated protocols and it is proved that the PW-DGR provides better routing performance for the multimedia data. The findings of the research also show that the PW-DGR method efficiently overcomes the routing problems such as energy bottleneck problem, energy-hole, reduced network lifetime and high delay in packet transmission.  相似文献

研究可见光通信OFDM系统在多径衰落信道中的传输性能.分别使用16-QAM和OFDM调制对声音和文本信源在多径衰落信道中进行传输,比较不同调制方式的传输效果.传输文本文件时,分析了误码率随衰落系数以及路径时延变化的关系.结果表明:可见光通信OFDM系统在多径衰落信道中传输,能克服多径效应,降低误码率,获得较为满意的通信质量.  相似文献

This paper presents theoretical and experimental results for characterizing the signal transmission disturbances caused by the presence of rocket-exhaust plasmas in the propagation medium betwem a ground station and a rocket-powered vehicle. The object of this characterization is to provide quantitative data on the propagation effects of the exhaust plasma that are of critical importance in the design of space tele-instrumentation and communication systems. Basic propagation effects, including multipath and forward and back scatter are discussed, and important gross signal transmission parameters are defined and expressed. The general discussion of channel characteristics is followed by a presentation and discussion of typical results of measurements obtained from the Saturn test series. Three major effects of the presence of the exhaust plasma upon signal transmission are emphasized. These are the possibility of a large drop in received signal level, a significant reduction of coherence bandwidth caused by time-variant multipath, and an unusually high fading rate. The bearing of these effects upon the design and demodulation of signals for links that include a rocket-powered terminal or relay vehicle is discussed.  相似文献

本文首先通过分析多径传播对单频信号和调制信号的影响,指出在扩频方式下,存在进一步分离码片内多径的可能性。然后基于导出的相关解扩输出的解析表达式,在忽略噪声的理想条件下,求解码片内多径的问题可以近似转化为对一线性方程组的求解。最后对接收滤波器输出为矩形脉冲序列和三解脉冲序列两种情况进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,码片内多径的幅值、相应能够被精确地分离出来,多径时延的估计误差为信号的采样间隔。  相似文献

An experimental study of mobile teletext reception is described. Teletext in Japan is a broadband signal with 5.73 Mb/s; therefore, multipath interference is a serious problem in mobile reception, and it is impossible to obtain the teletext correctly by conventional methods. A multipath reduction technique using signal processing in the frequency domain is developed. In this technique, an original chirp signal is used for reference to identify the radio propagation path. In field trials, the delay profile was precisely obtained, and the bit error rate was reduced. The error correction capability was tested in a computer simulation  相似文献

针对自由空间传播模型仅能描述自由空间场景下携带轨道角动量(OAM)的涡旋信道传播特性,以及确定性稀疏多径涡旋信道模型严格依赖于传播环境而不能准确刻画真实多径场景下OAM信道传播特性的问题,该文提出毫米波OAM多径信道统计建模方法。在室内走廊环境下构建基于均匀圆形天线阵列(UCA)的OAM辐射传输系统,基于光学射线理论与UCA辐射特性,建立OAM多径信道模型。结果表明,在毫米波频段均匀分布和Nakagami-m分布能够准确地表征室内走廊多径环境下的OAM信道波前相位和幅度,视距(LoS)和非视距(NLoS)传播条件下传播距离较大时信道幅度服从瑞利分布,视距传播条件下传播距离较小时信道幅度服从莱斯分布。  相似文献

The problem of determining the noise immunity of wireless data transmission based on ultrawide-band (UWB) chaotic radio pulses in the multipath channel with white noise is substantiated. The results have been calculated via numerical simulation using the multipath channel models describing UWB signal propagation in rooms of different classes at distances as long as several tens of meters. The direct chaotic communications method is shown to have the noise immunity high enough to employ this scheme in practical wireless applications where information is transmitted under severe conditions of multipath propagation. In this case, the ultimate data transfer rates are found to 25 Mb/s.  相似文献
