本文提出了一种新的机器人多微机控制系统方案。该方案采用分布式结构,主机为一台IBM—PC机,从机为6台8031单片微机,机间利用公共存储器可进行智能通讯,经实验表明该系统可靠性高、快速又具有一定的智能性。  相似文献

提出了一种基于反射内存网的分布式实时飞行控制仿真系统;该系统采用xPC建立实时环境,通过反射内存卡组成实时网络,突破了传统xPC环境下一对一的主机—目标机模式;引入了分布式布局的思想,实现了—台主机对应多台目标机的仿真环境;通过构建外部模拟操作杆子系统和可视化显示子系统,实现了控制律响应效果的直观评价;实验结果表明,该系统通讯稳定,数据传输率和准确率较高,可视化效果好,实时性强,具有较强的开放性和可扩展性.  相似文献

为实现数控机床的网络化管理,针对目前一些老式机床无远程监控平台的问题,提出了基于嵌入式Linux的数控机床远程监控系统的设计与实现方案.该方案采用嵌入式Linux与ARM处理器为平台,软硬件结合,完成车间级监控主机与局域网内各机床之间的通信,并利用嵌入式数据库对机床状态信息进行实时备份,达到对局域网内多台机床进行集中监控管理的目的.该方案的智能控制模块可根据接收到的机床报警信息,向机床发送相应的控制命令,保护机床正常运行;车间级监控主机还可直接接入Intemet,以便将机床的数据发送到远程进行故障诊断.实验结果表明,该方案可以有效的对老式机床进行集中监控,实现了数控机床的网络化管理.  相似文献

设计了一种高性价比的报警主机系统,该系统引入虚拟键盘和控制台PC机,实现了对接入以太网的报警主机系统的网络化控制.详细介绍了该系统硬件软件的实现方案,提出了报警主机与虚拟键盘的通信协议以及采用非完全TCP/IP协议栈时的网络故障恢复机制.实践表明,该系统运行稳定,具有较强的抗网络干扰能力,达到了网络化管理报警主机系统的设计目标.  相似文献

提出了一种基于PLC和组态软件的变频器监控系统的设计方案。该系统由安装有西门子WinCC V6.0组态软件的监控主机、S7-200 PLC和多台带有RS485通信接口的变频器组成,S7-200 PLC一方面通过串行通信口与监控主机通信,接收监控部分对变频器的参数设置和控制命令;另一方面通过RS485总线与变频器通信,对变频器进行启停控制、频率增加控制等操作。现场调试和运行表明,该系统实现了变频器运行过程和状态的远程监控,有效地提高了生产过程的自动化和智能化水平。  相似文献

在利用单板机进行工业控制时,有时一合单板机不能较好地完成任务,这时可以采用两台或三台联合工作。对于Z80单板机,实现双机联合的方法比较多见。这里给出一种三台Z80单板机的联机系统硬件逻辑。系统采用了PIO并行通讯。由于主机也用单板机,故本系统可用于一些要求不是很高的场合。本系统属于主从式多机系统。两台从机间的通讯,要经过主机才能完成。主机可同时向两台从机发送相同的数据。每台单板机有一片PIO用于通讯。单板机间的最大通讯距离为2~4米。主从机间的通讯数据率为160K波特。而  相似文献

介绍了一种采用C/S结构的新型主动式漏洞检测系统。该系统利用了OVAL漏洞检测定义,包括检测代理和控制台两大模块。其中,检测代理是基于OVAL Schema的漏洞扫描器,能在不对本地计算机系统和网络系统造成任何损害的情况下,全面有效地检测主机漏洞,并将漏洞信息结果上报给控制台,而控制台端实现了同时控制局域网内多台主机的漏洞扫描,并将整个局域网的漏洞信息汇总。大量实验测试证明,该系统是可行且具有先进性的。  相似文献

A computer vision technique to identify the location of an outdoor unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) is presented. The proposed technique is based on hybrid 3D registration of 360 degree laser range data to a digital surface model (DSM). Range frames obtained from 48 laser detectors are aligned with the reference coordinate system of the DSM. Three novel approaches are proposed for accurate and fast 3D registration of range data and the DSM. First, a two-step hybrid 3D registration technique is proposed. A pair-wise registration step of two consecutive range frames is followed by a refinement step using a layered DSM. Second, a fast projection-based pair-wise registration is proposed by employing rasterized 360 degree range frames. Third, a high elevation DSM is divided into several elevation layers and correspondence search is done near the vehicle’s current elevation. This reduces the number of matching outliers and facilitates fast localization. Experimental results show that the proposed approaches yield better performance in 3D localization compared to conventional 3D registration techniques. Error analysis on five outdoor paths is presented with respect to ground truth.  相似文献

A transparent distributed shared memory (DSM) system must achieve complete transparency in data distribution, workload distribution, and reconfiguration respectively. The transparency of data distribution allows programmers to be able to access and allocate shared data using the same user interface as is used in shared-memory systems. The transparency of workload distribution and reconfiguration can optimize the parallelism at both the user-level and the kernel-level, and also improve the efficiency of run-time reconfiguration. In this paper, a transparent DSM system referred to as Teamster is proposed and is implemented for clustered symmetric multiprocessors. With the transparency provided by Teamster, programmers can exploit all the computing power of the clustered SMP nodes in a transparent way as they do in single SMP computer. Compared with the results of previous researches, Teamster can realize the transparency of cluster computing and obtain satisfactory system performance.  相似文献

半物理仿真是仿真领域研究的热点和难点,在研究系统性能和控制策略时非常有用;为构建一个实时性较强的进排气调压半物理仿真系统,结合高空台调压系统的特点,提出了上位机、下位机+实物部件的形式组成半物理仿真系统,在上位机开发了仿真程序,基于PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)开发了此系统的下位机程序;实现了模型计算、数据采集、上下位机数据通讯及系统参数控制等功能;仿真试验表明,该系统的上下位机程序具有很好的实时性、精确性和稳定性。  相似文献

The Applicative Programming System Architecture contains a novel Data Structure Memory (DSM) which supports fast access operations on compact linear data structures. Several problems that arise in implementations of applicative and functional programming languages can be solved efficiently using special data representations on the DSM. Each memory word in the DSM contains a very small local processor, and there is also a tree-structured communications network within the DSM. Therefore the DSM is a massively parallel SIMD machine. This paper describes a VLSI implementation of the DSM architecture and compares its performance with implementations on a conventional sequential computer and the NASA Massively Parallel Processor.  相似文献

A major overhead in software DSM(Distributed Shared Memory)is the cost of remote memory accesses necessitated by the protocol as well as induced by false sharing.This paper introduces a dynamic prefetching method implemented in the JIAJIA software DSM to reduce system overhead caused by remote accesses.The prefetching method records the interleaving string of INV(invalidation)and GETP (getting a remote page)operations for each cached page and analyzes the periodicity of the string when a page is invalidated on a lock or barrier.A prefetching request is issued after the lock or barrier if the periodicity analysis indicates that GETP will be the next operation in the string.Multiple prefetching requests are merged into the same message if they are to the same host,Performance evaluation with eight well-accepted benchmarks in a cluster of sixteen PowerPC workstations shows that the prefetching scheme can significantly reduce the page fault overhead and as a result achieves a performance increase of 15%-20% in three benchmarks and around 8%-10% in another three.The average extra traffic caused by useless prefetches is only 7%-13% in the evaluation.  相似文献

The story is all too common today, but this happened to corporate and university mainframes in 1987, in the infancy of the computer virus problem, even before the famous Internet, or Morris, worm. 介绍了一种电脑座便器计算机自动质检系统的研制方案。整个系统由一个位于主控室的工控和处于生产现场的多台下位单片机构成,其中,下位机负责所属工位测试数据的多道实时采集;上位机则采用查询方式通过RS-485总线依次读入各下位机中的采集数据,将其动态显示的微机屏幕上,同时对各道采集数据进行自动判决其合格性,将判决结果及时反馈给对应下位机,由后者作8相应声光报警。最后,系统采用数据库实现对测试数据的集中管理,因此测试历史数据可以得到查询和回放,同时还可以生成各种质检统计报表以供生产管理部门进行分析和决策。  相似文献

新型变频振动精密下料机利用变频振动并通过计算机控制下料机中的液压夹紧、送进系统和变频振动装置实现低应力自动下料,研究其有效的计算机控制方法是十分重要的。本文在分析了新型下料机原理的基础上,构建了计算机控制系统的硬件结构。计算机控制系统基于虚拟仪器,在LabVIEW软件平台上,实现对下料机的各种控制,界面友好,实用性强。通过对新型变频振动精密下料机的成功控制,实现了对硬铝棒料的精密下料,实验结果表明,本文提出的计算机控制方法非常有效。本文的研究工作为进一步研究新型变频振动精密下料方法的控制规律奠定了坚实基础。  相似文献
