为保证含硼钢淬透性能,结合实际生产,采用实验室加热炉淬火,利用金相显微OM、硬度检测、气体含量检测、以及化学滴定法分析了氮含量对含硼钢淬透性的影响,研究了w(Ti)/w(N)比对含硼钢中有效硼的影响,结果表明:保证含硼钢中有效硼的收得率的w(Ti)/w(N)临界值为6,当w(Ti)/w(N)≤6时,随w(Ti)/w(N)值的降低,硼元素收得率大幅度降低,造成淬透性的较大波动;当w(Ti)/w(N)≥6时,硼元素的收得率受w(Ti)/w(N)值的影响较小,即使w(Ti)/w(N)值增加再大,酸溶硼的含量不再变化。另外,氮含量的增加主要在炼钢工序,分析了炼钢工序增氮的管控措施。  相似文献

在碳素结构钢35钢的基础成分上添加Ti元素,通过末端淬火试验并观察显微组织,添加Ti元素后钢材的淬透性得到了大大提高,J3点硬度提高约5HRC、J5点硬度提高约10HRC、J7点硬度提高约4HRC。试验结果表明,Ti元素对提高碳素钢淬透性有着显著的影响。  相似文献

Mathematical modeling methods are used to study the formation of temporary and residual stresses in spray hardening, differentiated thermal treatment, and induction hardening using commercial frequency current (CFC) heating. The principles for selecting cooling regimes in hardening are formulated to ensure minimal temporary and residual stresses and at the same time to obtained a hardened layer of a sufficient thickness. The advisability of using steel of enhanced hardenability such as steel 75Kh2GNMF in the production of large-sized forming rolls is demonstrated. A rational heat-treatment schedule has been developed for support rolls made from this steel.  相似文献

为研究Cr对65Mn钢淬透性的影响,进行了Cr含量0%~0.5%(质量分数)的四组试样的末端淬火试验,对淬火试样进行了洛氏硬度和组织检验。试验结果表明:随着与试样淬火端部距离的增加,即淬火冷却速度的降低,末端淬火试样组织中马氏体含量由100%降低到0%,硬度由62 HRC降低到23 HRC;Cr元素明显提高65Mn钢的淬透性,0.1%的Cr含量添加约提高50%的淬硬层深度。  相似文献

通过末端淬透性试验,研究Nb含量对20CrMnTi钢淬透性的影响。 试验结果表明,Nb含量不同的试样,其硬度分布比较接近;硬度曲线上的拐点位置都在5~7 mm处;而且随着距淬火末端距离的不同,其组织变化规律基本相似。由此可见Nb含量不影响20CrMnTi钢的淬透性。Nb对C含量和晶粒度的影响较小,对淬透性的影响较小;固溶的Nb含量很少,不能提高淬透性;Nb的析出相不会促进铁素体形核,不会降低钢的淬透性。  相似文献

在42CrMo钢的基础成分上增加Al、Ti元素,通过末端淬火试验和截面硬度试验对比分析Al对42CrMo钢淬透性的影响差异,通过常规力学性能检测对比其与42CrMo钢的力学性能差异。结果表明Al、Ti元素添加可进一步提高淬透性,并且使钢的强度达到1200 MPa级,-40 ℃下KV2≥27 J,满足低温环境下螺栓用钢的使用要求。采用化学相分析方法,对钢中析出相进行了定性、定量分析,结果表明Ti在钢中添加发挥明显固氮作用,提高了Al元素的固溶量,利用热膨胀法对比测定试验钢的等温转变曲线,证明了增加Al含量,降低了奥氏体临界转变温度,使C曲线右移,明显改善了钢的淬透性。  相似文献
