智能运维的实践: 现状与标准化

IT系统运维目前正面临着IT规模快速膨胀、系统架构日趋复杂、自主可控要求日益突出等众多挑战。智能运维技术作为一种利用大数据和机器学习对海量运维数据分析的手段,能够辅助运维人员更为高效地运行和维护IT系统。然而,在企业进行智能运维工程化实践的过程中,往往会遇到各种困难,需要智能运维技术的标准规范以指导企业开展智能运维的能力建设工作。为推动智能运维的标准化工作,本文对多个行业的智能运维实施单位开展了问卷调研,分析总结国内智能运维的实践现状;对国内外现行的运维标准、人工智能标准和智能运维标准进行梳理,研究智能运维的标准化工作当前进展;根据对实践现状和现有标准的调研分析结果,本文提出了智能运维的能力建设标准框架AIOps-OSA。该框架从企业建设智能运维能力的角度列举出了在组织、场景和能力上的关键要点。在实际标准的编制过程中通过对AIOps-OSA内各项要点提出具体的规范要求,可形成对企业具有指导作用的智能运维标准规范。     

适合中小型企业的IT运维系统架构设计

目前,中小型企业在IT运维方面,面临着多种尴尬的情况,例如技术人员少、运维经验不足、运维中重复性劳动过多、效率低下、资金紧张等诸多问题。对此．构建适合中小企业的IT运维系统来帮助企业实现低成本且高效率的运维就显得十分重要。针对中小型企业IT运维工作中的问题．并结合其运维特点来说明如何设计适合中小型企业的IT运维系统架构。

根据国内外先进IT技术规范和运维服务经验,从专业角度剖析了企业提供完善的IT运维服务所需要的必要资源,主要包括服务能力、人员、资源、技术、过程、IT运维支撑平台6个方面的运维框架体系,该IT运维框架体系使IT运维服务得到了有效的保证,可以有效地提高IT运维服务行业的服务质量并提升IT运维服务水平。     

基于ITIL构建企业IT运维服务管理体系

结合运维工作具体实践,首先介绍了企业的背景和存在的问题,对基于ITIL构建IT运维服务管理体系的可行性及必要性做了分析,并对以"梳理并固化服务流程,优化服务模式,通过系统实施和推广优化逐步提升IT服务管理能力,防范IT运维管理的风险"为目标的基于ITIL构建IT服务管理体系的几个步骤一一做了介绍,对事件管理、自助服务管理、变更管理、配置及资产管理、报表等要点问题进行了初步探索,最后总结了项目实施的成果,给出了基于ITIL构建IT运维服务管理体系的建议。

伴着IT在企业中的作用日益明显,IT建设和IT运维同时成为了企业效率的加速器。同时,计算机硬件系统和软件系统的运维已成为了各行各业单位,尤其是信息服务部门普遍头痛的事情。 所谓IT运维管理,是指单位IT部门采用相关的方法、手段、技术、制度、流程和文档等,对IT运行环境（例如硬软件环境、网络环境等）、IT业务系统和IT运维人员进行的综合管理。     

基于手机短信方式实现服务器的远程运维管理

在IT系统运维管理工作中,最紧急和重要的就是保证系统的稳定运行。当系统出现故障时,如何快速地恢复系统的服务是企业运维管理部门的首要任务之一。本文通过分析IT系统运维管理要求和及时运维人员的工作模式,创新性地提出采用手机短信命令的方式,实现远程对服务器进行运维管理的解决方案,解决了运维人员在不具备网络接入条件下无法对IT系统进行运维管理的问题。

基于ITIL的企业IT运维管理服务平台研究

针对在企业互联网技术(Internet Technology,IT)运维管理实际应用中传统平台存在服务响应延迟时间较长、响应性能较差的问题,提出了基于信息技术基础架构库(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,ITIL)的企业IT运维管理服务平台。采用ITIL搭建由集中监控、IT资产配置、IT操作审计、流程管理以及集成展现5个功能层组成的平台总体架构,并在软件方面设计了IT运行数据获取、数据存储以及运维管理3个模块。该服务平台采用数据库技术管理IT运维数据存储,并根据IT资源配置可靠度评价IT运行状态,生成运维管理报告。实验证明,设计的平台运维管理服务响应平均延迟时间为0.17 ns,响应性能良好,在企业IT运维管理方面具有良好的应用前景。

Innovation at work: The relative advantage of using consumer IT in the workplace

Employees' personal devices are increasingly evident in the workplace; the use of non‐enterprise sanctioned hardware and software is now commonplace. This phenomenon, frequently referred to as IT consumerization, is gaining momentum. Employees increasingly are using their own devices and choosing their own software (eg, Google Apps, Skype or Dropbox) in addition to—or instead of—enterprise IT. Employees are turning from consumers of enterprise IT to IT deciders, bypassing the IS department to use what critics call “rogue IT.” While discouraged in some contexts, the influx of consumer IT into the workplace has been suggested to influence innovative behaviours among employees. Although the phenomenon is very prevalent, research lags in the operationalization of an IT consumerization model. In this paper, we take a close look at the antecedents and consequences of consumerization behaviours. We examine to what extent an individual's level of satisfaction with enterprise IT in juxtaposition with the level of perceived relative advantage of consumer IT over enterprise IT influences an individual's usage of consumer IT in the workplace; we also examine how organizational mandates and IT empowerment influences IT consumerization behaviours. Finally, we investigate the influence of IT consumerization on innovative behaviours at work.

Measuring enterprise IT capability: A total IT capability perspective

The information technology (IT) capability of an enterprise is very important for the efficient execution of its management activities and to improve task performance in an IT environment. Appropriate measures are necessary for a firm to gauge, manage and improve enterprise IT capability. This research presents a 17-item scale that can efficiently measure enterprise IT capability, and verifies its validity and reliability. The theoretical and practical applications of the measure are discussed, including how it can be effectively utilized to improve enterprise IT capability.     

Managing the Reliable Design of an Enterprise IT Network Infrastructure

Today's businesses are more and more dependent upon their information technology (IT) infrastructure. Therefore, the managers are aware of the huge costs associated with data loss (and recovery) and invest millions of dollars in special equipments in order to increase the reliability of their IT systems. Thus, the focus in this article is on the practical modalities of designing a reliable IT network infrastructure in an enterprise. In this direction an algorithm has been developed that is a hybrid between classic greedy and simulated annealing that search for the most reliable IT network infrastructure meeting the imposed budget cost constraints and the enterprise managers' decisions constraints. A key point of the proposed solution is the way in which the enterprise managers are involved in the estimation of the relative importance of their interconnections between their business's data centers. Furthermore, the algorithm presented in this article has been evaluated in the case of a retail enterprise for addressing the business's demands for a higher reliability of their IT network infrastructure.     

Enterprise agility and the enabling role of information technology

In turbulent environments, enterprise agility, that is, the ability of firms to sense environmental change and respond readily, is an important determinant of firm success. We define and deconstruct enterprise agility, delineate enterprise agility from similar concepts in the business research literature, explore the underlying capabilities that support enterprise agility, explicate the enabling role of information technology (IT) and digital options, and propose a method for measuring enterprise agility. The concepts in this paper are offered as foundational building blocks for the overall research program on enterprise agility and the enabling role of IT.

Enterprise architecture,IT effectiveness and the mediating role of IT alignment in US hospitals

Despite the possible benefits of implementing healthcare information technologies, successful implementation of effective healthcare information technology is constrained by cultural and regulatory concerns and technical obstacles encountered when establishing or upgrading an organisation's enterprise infrastructure. In this paper, we advance Ross' four‐stage model of enterprise architecture maturity as a valuable IT resource for helping healthcare organisations sustain a competitive advantage. We use partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modelling to analyse survey data from 164 US hospitals at different stages of EA maturity. Our results provide evidence that enterprise architecture maturity directly influences the effectiveness of hospitals' IT resources for achieving strategic goals. Further, enterprise architecture maturity indirectly influences the effectiveness of IT resources when IT alignment is incorporated as a mediating variable. We discuss the implications of our findings for research and practice and suggest opportunities for future research.
