为提高发动机的涡轮前温度和热端部件服役寿命,热障涂层(TBCs)被广泛应用于燃气涡轮发动机。热障涂层具有多相、多界面和非均质特性,且其服役工况恶劣复杂。寻找一种可以表征涂层显微组织、缺陷、热物性、应力等反映涂层质量和剩余寿命的无损检测方法,对发动机的热端部件安全性和可靠性至关重要。文中综述了超声检测技术(UT)、声发射技术(AE)、红外热成像技术(IRT)、阻抗谱技术(IS)和光激发荧光压电光谱技术(PLPS)的原理以及其在热障涂层无损检测中的研究应用,并详细介绍了太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)技术及其在热障涂层中的应用。最后总结了上述无损检测方法的检测能力,并对热障涂层无损检测方法进行展望。 相似文献

This work aim at developing a non-destructive tool for the evaluation of bonded plastic joints. The paper examines infrared thermographic transmission and reflection mode imaging and validates the feasibility of the thermal NDT approach for this application. Results demonstrate good estimation performance for adhesion integrity, uniformity and bond strength using a transmission mode application of infrared thermography. In addition, results from a pulsed infrared thermographic application using a modified dynamic infrared tomography scheme show good performance for estimating adhesion layer thickness mapping and detecting delaminations. 相似文献

To increase the reliability of non-destructive examinations of plasma facing components (PFC), we present steps in order to make data combination in this study. The industrial issue is the inspection of manufacturing quality of these components which must support a very high-heat flux in Tokamaks. The experimental study was conducted on trial components for the Wendelstein 7X stellarator using two benches of infrared thermal imaging equipment. The first bench measures the surface temperature with an internal excitation of the components. The second bench uses a lock-in thermal imaging method. The data fusion method makes use of the Dempster–Shaffer theory of evidence. We show that we can improve the decision making for the quality diagnostic. This study could be generalized to other combinations of non-destructive tests for current Tokamaks or those under development like the future ITER reactor. 相似文献

Online weld-monitoring systems are being developed to reduce the cost and delays in detecting defects and rectifying welding parameters. It is known that variations (a) in arc positioning, (b) in heat input and (c) due to the presence of contaminants distinctly manifest as differences in the spatial and temporal surface temperature distributions.In this paper, it is demonstrated that (i) offset positioned thermal imaging of online TIG welding is a feasible non-destructive monitoring technique for detecting porosities in the AA2219 welding, (ii) spatio-temporal temperature distributions close to and in the vicinity of the weld pool can provide statistically distinct features in defect-free and defective weld regions, and (iii) thermal image-based assessment compares very favorably with post-weld radiography assessment for significant defect occurrence. Given the high frame rates and temperature resolution of currently available infrared cameras, it is believed that infrared thermography can be a practical weld-monitoring option capable of providing reliable assessment comparable to more elaborate off-line assessment. 相似文献

热激励技术是主动式脉冲红外热波无损检测的关键技术之一。热激励的均匀性不仅直接影响红外探伤热图的品质,而且关系到提取被测物体表面温度差的精度,进而影响到后期的缺陷定量识别。利用照明设计软件TracePro,对加热光源的空间特性、照度分布特性以及多灯阵列和遮罩设计进行了实体仿真分析。结果表明,多灯阵列有助于提高被照射面上的照度均匀性,同时采用遮罩也可以大幅聚光,在被照射面上形成均匀辐射。多次仿真均取得了较好的效果,为后期热激励的硬件设计奠定了基础,具有一定的应用价值。 相似文献

Terahertz (THz) spectroscopy and imaging is used to analyse different types of thermal building insulation materials. First, the absorption coefficients of polymer foams are calculated, showing an inverse relationship with thermal conductivity. In addition, manufacturing imperfections and internal structures within the foams are clearly visualized with THz amplitude imaging. Secondly, different fibre orientations within aerogel composite blanket are recognized in THz spectra and amplitude images. Lastly, the phase transition of microencapsulated phase-change material is indicated by occurrence of spectral peaks in THz spectrum. The selected method is promising for a non-destructive testing of the thermal insulation material properties and structure. 相似文献
