Residues of 14C- carbofuran were studied in model late- rice ecosystem (LRE) and early- rice ecosystem (ERE). The treatment consisted of two rates of the pesticide (1x) and 2.5x). At day 56 after application, 7.3% (1x) and 2.9% (2.5x) of the pesticide and its degradative products remained in the water of the LRE, and 1.8% (1x) and 2.4% (2.5x) of them remained in the water of the ERE. At harvest, 37.5% (LRE) and 24.0% (ERE) of the pesticide applied were detected in the upper layer of the soil; and 40.6% (LRE) and 26.9% (ERE) remained in the lower layer of the soil. The residues in the rice plants increased at the first stage, reached maximum levels during day 14 to 28 after application, and decreased thereafter. At harvest, residues in the stems and leaves in the two treatments (1x and 2.5x) were 3.91μ g/g and 7.78μ g/g (LRE) and 5.04 μg/g and 17.29 μ g/g (ERE) respectively. Residues in the ears were about 1/8 to 1/12 of that in the other parts of the plants. The pesticide residues in fish bodies in both experiments were also determined. 相似文献

The fate of CR formulation of ^14C-thiobencarb (thio.)was studied at the high rate of application in a model paddy field.Thio.could be released from the alginate formulation (TAL-17189) into water.The concentration of thio.in water increased with time,then declined.Thio.in water could be converted to more than 12^14C-degradation products which changed with time.An unknown degradation product(Mo) was always prevailing after application.Thio.in water could be adsorbed by soil particles.Most of the adsorbed thio.retained in upper layer.Thio.in soil could be also degraded to more than 6 products.Thio.and its degradation products could conjugate with the compositions of soil to bound residues(BR),Thio.was 45.6% of the total 14C-extractable residues(ER) in upper layer soil at harvest,14C-thio.in water and soil could be uptaken by rice plants.Thio.In plants existed in ER and BR.Most of ^14C-residues in straw,roots,brown rice and husk were in bound form,more than 92% of the total ^14C in them at harvest respectively,Thio.in plants could be metabolzed to more than 9 metabolites which changed with time.^14C-thio.in straw brown rice and husk accounted for 55.88,6.06 and 11.18% of the total ^14C-ER of them at harvest respectively.An unknown ^14C-metabolite in brown rice was prevailing accounted for 63.03% of the total ^14C-ER. 相似文献

The fate of fenitrothion in rice- fish ecosystem was studied using C- fenitrothion (14C- F) labelled at methoxyl and two application rates. The fenitrothion in water disappeared quickly, only 8 and 11 ppb in two treatments at harvest were detected respectively. Most of 14C-F in soil existed in upper layer and that in plants appeared in shoots. The extractable residues in cargo rice were 0.36 and 0.58 ppm in two treatments respectively. 14C- residues (14C- R) were concentrated in bones, next viscera, meat and scales. Total 14C-R in meat were 0.92 and 1.77 ppm at harvest. Comparing two treatments, the residue dynamics of fenitrothion in water, soil, plants and fish were similar. 14C- R in water and soil after harvest affected the rice- fish ecosystem in the next season. Biochemical technique was used to separate three kinds of proteins (albumin, globulin and gliadin) in corn samples froin high selenium areas and normal areas in Erxi autonomous region of Hubei Province, China. The contents of Se and other elements in these proteins were determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA). The results show that Se is enriched in corn proteins at high selenium area, while Cu, Al, Mn, V and Cl are also enriched in varying degrees. 相似文献

The background values of elements in soil have been investigated by INAA. The contents of 8 REE (La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Yb and Lu), U and Th in 364 top soil samples (A horizon) in China were determined by INAA. The samples were collected from some typical areas in China and covered main soil types of these areas. The background values of above elements in soil of the different areas and the whole soil studied in China are reported in present paper. A combination of NAA and micro-PIXE was used to study concentrations and distributions of platinum group elements (PGE) in ores from Xinjie Cu-Pt deposit.The NAA results of the bulk indicate that the ores belong to the enriched Pt-Pd type.The element concentration maps of scanning micro-PIXE for the ores show that the occurence form of Pt is independent arsenide minerals.No PGE were detected in chalcopyrite of Xinjie Cu-Pt deposit.These information are economically beneficial to the mineral smelting process. 相似文献

~(14)C-butachlor and ~(14)C-oxadiazon could be released from four kinds of CR formulations into water respectively, and the release percentage of each herbicide increased with time, which could be expressed by regression equations (very obvious positive relationship). The release percentages of ~(14)C-herbicides from CR formulations were related to herbicide CR formulation and water type. Total recovery including ~(14)C-released and ~(14)C-left in formulations for each ~(14)C-herbicide was high at the 56th day after treatment. Some of the released ~(14)C-butachlor in water could be hydrolysed although under dark condition. The rate of hydrolysis was influenced by water type and formulations. 相似文献

用14C-标记的化合物研究了p,p'-DDE在我国亚热带地区杭州黄松土旱地和淹水的土壤中的行为。P,P'-DDE在旱地土壤中的消失速度要比淹水土壤中快。在淹水土壤中,它的总残留半减期为43天,而在旱地土壤中仅为25天.在两种条件下P,P'-DDE在分布模式上无明显差异.14C-p,p'-DDE残留的大部分集中在土壤剖面的2cm以内。无论在旱地中还是在水田中,14C-p,p'-DDE都是很稳定的,它的残留提取物中大部分(90%以上)仍然是p,p'-DDE。 相似文献
