桥梁钢Q345qD厚板焊接最优预热温度研究与验证

通过对酒钢开发的40mm桥梁钢Q345q D厚钢板碳当量、焊接裂纹敏感指数、热裂纹敏感指数的计算,确立了钢板的不产生裂纹的理论预热温度,通过斜Y型裂纹试验验证和确立了最优预热温度,确定这种桥梁钢Q345q D厚板冷热裂纹敏感性小,焊接工艺性能良好。

水电工程用800 MPa级高强钢焊接性能研究

为了实现高强度级别水电工程用钢的工业应用,研究了 800 MPa级高强水电钢的焊接性能,分析了预热温度、焊接方式对不同厚度规格钢板冷裂纹倾向和焊接接头力学性能的影响.结果表明:当焊接预热温度为70℃时,可以保证钢板不出现冷裂纹且具有良好的焊接工艺适应性.采用两种焊接方式的焊接接头力学性能均满足标准要求.
