基于呼吸感应体积描记技术原理,在一条腹带内部嵌入了永磁铁,腹带系在患者腰部,在呼吸过程中,由于体积的变化引起腹带中永磁铁的位置运动,通过霍尔传感器阵列对永磁铁位置进行检测,从而判断呼气和吸气的过程,采用单片机对传感器信号进行分析处理,计算出呼吸频率。经10名受试者重复实验,并与呼吸检测设备的检测结果进行比较,本系统的平均精确度高于95%,证明了本系统的可靠性。所设计的呼吸频率检测系统可用于睡眠呼吸检测仪、慢呼吸高血压治疗仪等设备。 相似文献

一、霍尔器件霍尔器件是人们发现最早的一种磁传感器,1879年美国人霍尔在研究电动机原理时发现了霍尔效应,1910年就有人用铋制成了霍尔器件并用它来测量磁场。但是,由于金属中的霍尔效应很弱,当时并没有引起人们的重视。1948年后,由于半导体技术的迅速发展,人们找到了霍尔效应较为显著的半导体材料-锗(Ge),接着,又在1958年前后,人们对化合物半导体——锑化铟(InSb)、砷化铟(InAs)等进行了大量的研究,并制成了各种霍尔器件,这时霍尔器件及用其组成的各种磁传感器,测试仪表才得以广泛的应用,受到了应有的重视。近年来,随着半导体工艺的发展,霍尔器件的性能又有了较大地提高,目前已发展到薄膜化、集成化的阶段。因此用霍尔器件构成的各种传感器已在磁场检测、仪器仪表及自动控制等领域中得到了广泛的应用。 相似文献

大中型节制闸闸门的启闭往往广泛运用双吊点液压启闭机,由于活塞杆的运动不能维持同步,在实际启闭过程中会造成卡死、脱落等安全事故。针对这一问题,设计一个以PLC为核心的闸门自动纠偏系统,将两侧液压缸的活塞杆行程数据反馈给PLC,PLC控制程序判断后发出纠偏指令,控制节流阀流量,达到自动纠偏的目的,从而保证节制闸闸门精确平稳的启闭。通过自动纠偏系统,可有效实现闸门的远程同步控制。 相似文献

The suboptimal cushioning of pneumatic cylinders, used in glass forming machines, can cause a large proportion of defective containers to be produced. Microprocessor controls were developed to optimize adaptively cushioning of such cylinders. Two modes of control were adopted. In one mode the cylinder position is measured so that the actual piston response can be compared with an idealized response, while in the other, back pressure is analysed and used as a measure of cushioning. For both modes, control algorithms were developed to provide adaptive control of piston responses. The control strategy adopted could find general application in controlling pneumatic cylinders. 相似文献

针对目前提出的车间机械手智能防碰撞监测系统监测精准度低,防碰撞效果较差的问题,提出基于压力反馈控制的车间机械手智能防碰撞监测系统。硬件系统引入自动调心装置,在机械手内部加入两个避碰开关,将避碰开关与报警器相连接,如果出现碰撞,则发出警报,引用JCQ1工作监测器与机械手串联,确定机械手的工作状态和动作次数。软件部分依据机械臂运动的特点,设置机械手双动式液压缸和臂架单活塞杆双动式液压缸,通过压力反馈计算活塞直径得到液压缸直径,判断最大流量,将判断结果与阈值进行对比,完成防碰撞软件监测。实验结果表明,基于压力反馈控制的车间机械手智能防碰撞监测系统能够更加精准地控制机械手智能防碰撞监测数据,防碰撞控制精度较高,说明所设计系统能够有效实现间机械手智能防碰撞。 相似文献

A fluid solid interaction model (FSI) developed for two different structural cylinder patterns in order to simulate the frictional performance of piston ring–cylinder liner systems for marine engines. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis is used to solve the Navier Stokes equations. A fully flooded inlet and outlet conditions are assumed taking into account the piston ring elasticity. Honing and wave-cut cylinder geometries were compared while the pressure distribution along the ring thickness and the lubricant film is determined for each crank angle. The present results demonstrate that the honed cylinder geometry improves the friction results increasing the oil film thickness. Further, the artificially textured piston rings with the honed cylinder liner were investigated. As a result, we propose the operational function between the textured rings with the modified cylinder liners in marine engines. 相似文献

control scheme of walking for this robot, which is putting mind especially on smooth and steady movement without rolling,
pitching, yawing or heaving motion and keeping the body horizontally. We confirmed the validity of control scheme with simulation

Piston ring dynamics play important roles on the lubricant characteristic of reciprocating engines which lead to the consequences of engine wear and vast amount of lubricating oil consumption. Due to the complexity of motion, a study of motions and effects of the piston ring is mostly conducted in a simulation program. This paper shows a theoretical work and a new simulation algorithm of the 3D piston ring motions. The simulation concept is to determine the positions of the piston ring, which are the solutions of the Newton and Euler equations. Well known models like mixed lubrication model, asperity contact model, and blow-by/blow-back flow model were used in this study. The new simulation algorithm consists of four processes: construction of calculation nodes, use of finite different method, determination of the non-linear equation system, use of parallel computational technique.Two sets of the experimental studies were conducted for simulation verification. First, the gas flows through the static rectangular piston ring pack. Second, the blow-by/blow-back gas flow through the piston ring pack of a single cylinder diesel engine. The good agreement between the experimental and simulation results indicates that the developed simulation program can illustrate the piston ring motions and blow-by/blow-back flow. Since there is no algebraic equation in the ring profile, the presented simulation technique is suitable for the complicated surface of the piston and piston rings. 相似文献
