随着互联网技术和通信需求的迅猛发展,虚拟专用网(VPN)已成为构建专用网的主要方法。与其它虚拟专用网相比,安全套接层虚拟专用网(SSL VPN)由于具有安装简单、能够进行细粒度控制等突出优点,在构建远程访问VPN(Access VPN)时得到了广泛应用。但是,SSL VPN在构建过程中也面临着安全问题和效率问题,这些问题严重制约着SSL VPN的发展。该文在对这些问题进行分析和研究的基础上,提出了全新的SSLVPN安全认证方案和网络加速方案,并推导出配置加速器数目的计算方法。  相似文献

In semiconductor manufacturing, the monitoring system has been developed very excellently and can be used for comprehensively collecting the historical data of process information and quality characteristics of equipment. However, due to the high turnover rate of personnel and the great variance in manufacturing process, the previous control technique by using intuition and experience of engineers for manufacturing process parameter settings to achieve good product quality is no longer appropriate. Therefore, this research establishes a quality predictor for analyzing the relationship between manufacturing process parameter setting and final product quality in the plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) of semiconductor manufacturing by applying the back-propagation neural network (BPNN) algorithm and Taguchi method. The experimental data are categorized into 500 pieces of training data and 150 pieces of verifying data. The proposed analysis method for using in the PECVD process of semiconductor manufacturing is verified by comparing the predicted film thickness of SiO2 and the predicted refractive index of silicon dioxide films with the measured data. According to the comparison result, the proposed model has an excellent prediction capability of final product quality and can be applied in process control for related manufacturing fields.  相似文献

Mass-customization production (MCP) companies must fight with shop-floor uncertainty and complexity caused by wide variety of product components. The research is motivated by a typical MCP company that has experienced inefficient scheduling due to paper-based identification and manual data collection. This paper presents an RFID-enabled real-time manufacturing execution system (RT-MES). RFID devices are deployed systematically on the shop-floor to track and trace manufacturing objects and collect real-time production data. Disturbances are identified and controlled within RT-MES. Planning and scheduling decisions are more practically and precisely made and executed. Online facilities are provided to visualize and manage real-time dynamics of shop-floor WIP (work-in-progress) items. A case study is reported in a collaborating company which manufactures large-scale and heavy-duty machineries. The efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed RT-MES are evaluated with real-life industrial data for shop-floor production management in terms of workers, machines and materials.  相似文献

Integrating physical objects with the corresponding enterprise applications any time any where is the essential issue for a real-time enterprise. This study proposes a multi-agent system framework called agent-based manufacturing control and coordination (AMCC) system, a agent-based framework using ontology and RFID technology to monitor and control dynamic production flows and also to improve the traceability and visibility of mass customization manufacturing processes. The capabilities offered by multi-agent systems to respond to RFID events in real-time and a broad class of agent design and coordination issue regarding just in time (JIT) and just in sequence (JIS) manufacturing processes are also exploited in this study. To validate the proposed framework, case study of a bicycle manufacturing company is used to demonstrate how the proposed framework can benefit its JIT production. Finally, an example prototype system is implemented to demonstrate the concept of the proposed framework.  相似文献

在晶圆/液晶面板等批次加工过程中,产品质量的及时估计与品质管制是提高产能和降低成本的有效途径.针对"少量多样"的混合制程,利用逐步回归算法挑选该制程的关毽变量,引入产品的效益因子,建立混合制程的虚拟测量模型;为克服系统扰动对模型精度的影响,以产品效益因子为状态量建立该制程的状态方程,利用Kalman滤波器递归估计模型参数得到动态的MANCOVA模型;最后通过某湿式蚀刻制程的工程应用验证了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

Companies have been striving to achieve product innovation and cost savings to keep up with a rapidly changing manufacturing environment, as well as to deliver new products just in time and earlier than their competitors. Their strategic goals include effective decision making with regard to product life cycles, predicting market demand, and timing new product launches through the optimization of demand and supply of products. However, most products that enter a decline stage experience a decline in sales, which in turn causes an increase in warehouse costs, and a decline in competitiveness, owing to a delay in the release of new products. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy-based decision-making method to effectively evaluate products to be discontinued at the product transition point after taking into account market uncertainties and characteristics of businesses in companies. Therefore, we conduct the matrix analysis and the Pareto analysis for quantitative evaluation of four stages of the product life cycle based on market demand information for target product groups, apply the results of this analysis to the fuzzy-based qualitative evaluation model, and subsequently infer the discontinuity priority for product models that are expected to be replaced by new products. Furthermore, we develop the PTP portfolio system to identify a list of product models to be discontinued, as well as to review their percentage of sales contribution with respect to the overall product sales of the company.  相似文献
