油罐计量中的光纤传感检测系统

新型光纤液位计在联合站的应用

近年来,油田在液位测量和高低液位报警仪器的选型上作了大量工作,我们发现CY-IB光纤液位计产品技术先进,安全防爆,测量精度高,是油田集输泵站理想的安全测量报警仪器。 1.光纤液位计工作原理 CY-IB光纤液位计利用了力平衡原理实现液位的检测,系统主要由测量单元、光纤传感器、光电变送器、二次仪表、电源和光缆组成,其工作原理如图1所示。

油罐车光纤液位报警安全密闭装卸油工艺研究

本文介绍了铁路油罐车装卸油技术现状及存在的主要问题，提出了为解决该问题而研制的光纤液位报警安全密闭装卸油工艺技术要求及主要设备及特点，这对油库装卸油作业的防火防爆及环境保护与安全具有重要的意义。     

油田联合站多参数光纤传感系统的开发

油田联合站多参数光纤传感测控系统主要由外输控制站、内输控制站、总控站、原油罐区安全监控系统和事故预案管理等几部分组成。系统中应用了自行开发的GY系列光纤液位计、GLF光纤流量发讯器和YGO光纤负压报警器。利用光纤传感技术独有的高精度、非电非接触式检测的特点,实现了油田联合站多点多参数全天候自动检测和监控,系统液位控制精度达到±5cm,压力控制精度±2kPa,大罐液位检测精度±2mm,温度检测精度±2℃,使联合站内管理控制达到一体化、智能化。     

塔里木盆地塔中地区生物礁特征及分布

塔里木盆地塔中地区中、上奥陶统发育多种类型生物礁，主要造礁生物包括海绵、托盘类、层孔虫、珊瑚、隐藻类、苔藓虫、蓝绿藻、绿藻、管孔藻科红藻等，主要礁体类型为灰泥丘和少量的骨架礁、障积礁。分析钻探揭示的生物礁特征，结论是灰泥丘主要形成于棚内及棚缘内带环境，骨架礁与障积礁主要形成于棚内与棚缘环境。通过沉积相分析和地震反射特征研究，预测塔中地区的陆棚边缘相带和塔中北部斜坡的中部地带，有望找到带状或断续带状分布的生物礁带。塔中1号断裂西墙的顺托果勒西区块已发现6个地震异常反射体，从其发育层位、所处环境和内部反射特征来看，极可能是生物礁丘。图2表2参6
