The application of forensic science techniques to electrical equipment failure investigation has not been widely documented in the engineering world. This paper is intended to share an example of using material characterization techniques to support an initial cause determination of an electrical component "failure" event. The resulting conclusion supported the initial cause determination and ruled out the possibility of design deficiencies. Thus, the qualification testing of the equipment was allowed to continue to successful completion.  相似文献

介绍了在线性能计算与分析在火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)中的应用情况。基于实时/历史数据库平台上的实时计算引擎,提出厂级、机组级、设备级的性能计算指标及各指标在计算中需注意的问题,并进一步阐述了各指标间的依存关系。同时,对在线性能计算中的实时数据的有效性判断、轴封漏汽流量的计算、湿蒸汽流量与焓的计算等关键问题的处理方法进行详细论述,提出轴封漏汽系数的定义及计算原理、温蒸汽的嵌套式迭代计算方法。文中提出的方法在某900MW机组SIS的实时性能计算与分析中得到了验证,计算结果满足在线性能计算的实时性及精度要求。  相似文献

我国火力发电降耗节能具有很大潜力,能耗评价与考核系统是挖掘电厂管理潜能、降低发电能耗的有效工具。在实时耗差分析与绩效考核系统基础上,开发了新的在线能耗评价与绩效系统,从能耗总体评价、能损控制点分析与优化指导、运行绩效考核等环节,全面管理节能运行,促使低能耗发电目标的实现。介绍了系统结构与功能,分析了能源损耗评价方法、节能目标值确定等关键问题,在Windows环境下完成系统开发。系统在某电厂投入试用,已取得初步成效,降耗节能效果明显。  相似文献

真空热环境试验是航天器研制过程中必不可缺的实验项目,实验过程中需配置大量测试电缆,因此测试电缆的故障检测具有重要意义。为有效提高对测试电缆故障的定位精度,对小波变换和分数阶傅里叶变换在电缆故障测试中的应用去进行研究。对时域反射测量法和频域反射测量法两种电缆故障检测方法的发射信号进行加噪处理,分别采用相应的时频分析方法对其进行消噪处理。仿真结表明,小波变换和分数阶傅里叶变换具有良好的去噪效果,对提高测试电缆的故障定位精度具有重要意义。  相似文献

A new approach using genetic algorithms based neural networks and dynamic programming (GANN-DP) to solve power system unit commitment problems is proposed in this paper. A set of feasible generator commitment schedules is first formulated by genetic-enhanced neural networks. These pre-committed schedules are then optimized by the dynamic programming technique. By the proposed approach, learning stagnation is avoided. The neural network stability and accuracy are significantly increased. The computational performance of unit commitment in a power system is therefore highly improved. The proposed method has been tested on a practical Taiwan Power (Taipower) thermal system through the utility data. The results demonstrate the feasibility and practicality of this approach  相似文献

在超临界及超超临界机组的调试过程中,汽动给水泵泵轴抱死事件屡有发生。而一旦泵轴抱死,只能通过更换芯包或停运检修解决,这直接影响了机组的正常运行。为此,分析了发生汽动给水泵泵轴抱死的主要原因:产品质量,安装质量及汽水品质,针对这些可能的原因提出了有针对性的预控措施,并着重阐述了在调试过程中避免泵轴抱死的运行调试技术措施。将其应用于北仑第一发电有限公司三期工程超超临界机组汽动给水泵调试过程中,收到了良好的效果。该措施对在调试期间防止汽动给水泵泵轴抱死具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

This review addresses the most salient features concerning amperometric biosensor devices. In a first section, the electrode processes together with the basic principles of amperometric methods currently used in biosensor electrochemistry are described. In the second section, several strategies that combine the control of the electrode surface structure with stable immobilization are examined. A novel drive system for a switched reluctance motor (SRM) is described. Instead of current sensors, the drive uses power MOSFET transistors with integrated pilot devices for current sensing. To compensate for the loss of current feedback when the switches are `off', a fixed off-time chopping strategy is used to control the phase currents. To eliminate the position sensor normally required for SR motor control, the controller estimates the rotor position using phase inductance measurements. The position estimation scheme is sufficiently precise to allow positioning of the phase firing pulses to within approximately two electrical degrees of the desired rotor angle, and full four-quadrant operation of the system is possible. A laboratory prototype system built and tested at speeds up to 3000 r/min shows good performance in all four operating quadrants, including at zero speed. Thermal techniques for probing space charge and electric field distributions in dielectric materials became available approximately 30 years ago. The techniques have reached maturity and they have been employed not only for the primary purpose of electric field or polarization profiling, but also in a wide range of problems posed by materials research. The present survey provides an overview of the historical development, the experimental implementation of the different techniques, the theoretical foundation, methods for the data analysis and a comparison of thermal and acoustic techniques. The thermal wave technique LIMM is used as an example among the thermal techniques, for a discussion of data analysis techniques and for the spatial resolution that can be achieved with thermal wave techniques. A tour d'horizon is provided through recent applications of thermal techniques, in order to demonstrate their capabilities for dielectric material characterisation.  相似文献
