采用优级纯HCI加二次水为介质,连续测定99.99%La_2O_3中10个非稀土杂质,采用正交设计实验L_9(3 ̄4) ̄[1],同时考虑稀土杂质的测定,对ICP-AES进行工作参数的最佳选择,并考察了基体镧的影响,指出了连续测定的最佳基体浓度和酸度,在最佳条件下,测出杂质的回收率在88.0%~107.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.44%~14.03%之间,检出限在0.06~3.45μg/g范围内,本方法快速、简便、准确,能满足99.99%La_2O_3产品中非稀土杂质的测定。  相似文献

本文提出了稀土氧化物经化学处理后,用草酸将稀土沉淀后,用电感耦合等离子体──原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定留在液相中的铝的分析方法,当试样浓度为2mg/mL时,铝的测定下限为0.1μg/mL当铝的含量为0.025%时,测量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.5%,加料回收率为98~101%,方法简便、准确。  相似文献

研究了ICP-AES法测定高纯氧化镨中5个稀土杂质元素(La2O3,CeO2,Nd2O3,Sm2O3,Y2O3)的方法,考察了基本浓度、酸度对元素信背比的影响。各元素的检出限为0.011 ̄0.082μg/mL,相对标准偏差0.3% ̄4.5%,高浓度元素回收率为100.5% ̄108.2%,低浓度元素回收率为94.0% ̄105.6%。本方法快速、准确、简单,可满足99.9%的氧化镨测定要求。  相似文献

研究了锡(Ⅱ)对铕-四环素体系中铕的荧光增敏作用,对其增敏机理进行了探讨,并进一步研究了该体系荧光法测定铕的最佳测定条件。该体系测定铕的检测限为0.02μg/L,无锡存在时,铕的检测限为0.09μg/L。锡(Ⅱ)使铕的荧光检测限降低了4.5倍,用一级导数荧光法,使铕的荧光检测限进一步降低到0.01μg/L。成功地测定了混合稀土氧化物中铕的含量.  相似文献

提出了在表面活性剂存在下,2,6-吡啶-二羧酸(DPA0体系荧光分光光度法测定痕量铕,研究了最佳反应条件,铕的检出限可达0.045ng/mL,可允许存在在一定量的其他共存稀土离子,并考察了Al^3+,Fe^3+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+离子对测定的影响,该法用于测定包头混合稀土氧化物中痕量铕,获得了较满意的结果。  相似文献

研究了盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸介质中,稀土元素钕、钇、镧、铕、钐对空气─乙炔焰原子发射光谱法测定镱的影响。提出了1%HClO4介质中,以1000μgLa/ml作为增感试剂测定Yb的方法。方法选择性好,非镱稀土及非稀土元素允许存在量高。本方法测定Yb的线性范围为0~20μg/ml,检测限为0.14μg/ml。应用测定富钇混合氧化稀土浓集物中的Yb和Y2O3粗产品中的Yb,获得满意的结果。  相似文献

本文研究了用P507为固定相,硅球作载体,盐酸为流动相的萃取色层法从高纯氧化铕中分离14个稀土杂质,把富集的稀土杂质用PMBP萃取,10%HCl反萃取,用发射光谱法进行测定。其分离周期为6小时,平均回收率在83.75、113.00%,相对标准偏差在3.70~15.70%。方法较简便、快速。  相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。  相似文献
