通过分析纸币特征,提出利用基于改进色彩空间转换算法作为纸币特征提取,利用支持向量机作为纸币分类器的方法,将并由此为核心算法设计了一种成本低廉的新式纸币分类器械.主要结构是以MCU为核心控制,通过颜色传感器进行特征信息采集,利用改进HSV算法和SVM作为决策算法,控制机械结构进行纸币清分,利用LCD进行显示,完成阶段识别任务后,将清分数据上传至管理信息系统进行管理.实验结果表明,此系统能够完成对于纸币的实时清分、结果显示、数据存储等功能,对于第五套人民币识别具有较高的鲁棒性,该机电系统价格低廉且具备良好的使用性能. 相似文献

An abrasive wear test machine was built to study the friction and wear resistance of O-ring materials. In this test machine, two O-ring segments are held against a rotating roughened metal disc. The disc and the O-ring specimens are submerged in an abrasive fluid (drilling mud). The roughened disc surface draws the abrasive particles between the O-ring and the disc surface to produce three-body abrasive wear. Wear occurs on both the specimen and the disc. The wear of the O-ring specimen is determined by weight loss measurements. By careful design of the disc and selection of the test conditions, wear surface similarity was obtained between machine-tested O-rings and O-rings used in field-operated equipment. The testing machine is described, preliminary wear results are presented and photographs of field-worn and machine-worn specimens are shown for three materials. 相似文献

A novel exciter for applying a dynamic torsional force to a rotating structure is presented in this paper. It has been developed at IPP in order to perform vibration tests with shaft assemblies of large flywheel generators (synchronous machines). The electromagnetic exciter (shaker) needs no fixture to the rotating shaft because the torque is applied by means of the stator winding of an electrical machine. Therefore, the exciter can most easily be applied in cases where a three-phase electrical machine (a motor or generator) is part of the shaft assembly. The oscillating power for the shaker is generated in a separate current-controlled DC circuit with an inductor acting as a buffer storage of magnetic energy. An AC component with adjustable frequency is superimposed on the inductor current in order to generate pulsating torques acting on the rotating shaft with the desired waveform and frequency. Since this torsional exciter does not require an external power source, can easily be installed (without contact to the rotating structure) and provides dynamic torsional forces which are sufficient for multi-megawatt applications, it is best suited for on-site tests of large rotating machinery. 相似文献

The possibility of obtaining a flywheel of high energy density by increasing both rotating speed and moment of inertia of the disc is investigated. As the starting point of the search process for such a flywheel, a glass cloth-laminated disc with a hole at the center is considered. The rotating speed of the disc is improved by reinforcing the central hole of the disc with the same material as that of the disc. The large moment of inertia is obtained by attaching a rim around the disc. The rim is moulded by winding carbon fiber around it. This rim also has the usual “hoop” effect which prevents a reduction of the rotating speed of the disc because of the additional moment of inertia of the rim. The shape of the disc having a high energy density is numerically sought by varying the dimensions of the hub and the rim of the disc, and an optimal shape is proposed. 相似文献
