土耳其粉末冶金工业发展迅猛

土耳其的粉末冶金企业都是私营企业 ,现在土耳其主要有 9个企业从事粉末冶金制品的生产 ,都集中在伊斯坦布尔附近 ,土耳其的粉末冶金工业起步于铜基自润滑轴承的生产 ,以后在此基础上发展了铁基粉末冶金制品 ,并且铁基制品逐步发展成为了主要产品 ,现在土耳其粉末冶金工业每年消费的金属粉末总量中 ,约1 0 %是铜基粉末 ,90 %为铁基粉末。土耳其生产的粉末冶金制品的应用方向主要是汽车工业和采石业 ,其中约 80 %的粉末冶金制品被用于汽车工业。土耳其生产的铁基粉末冶金制品的最大密度为 92 % ,粉末冶金制品的生产主要是采用单次或两次压制/…

2002年美国粉末冶金制品的需求将继续增长

1988年日本粉末冶金生产情况

据日本粉末冶金协会报道,1988年粉末冶金零件产量在67000吨以上,比1987年增加13％。增长的原因主要是家用器具的增加,各种粉末冶金零件产量的增长如表1所示,其中大部分用于汽车,占总量79％。 1988年日本的汽车产量为1270万辆。汽车用粉末冶金零件主要在发动机上,占总数的42％。每辆车采用的粉末冶金零件和轴承的平均重量逐年增长:
