Investigated are the matching characteristics of a magnetized ferrite absorber, which applies a weakly static magnetic field Hdc perpendicular to the sintered ferrite surface. Applying a static magnetic field to the ferrite enables the matching thickness of the absorber to be reduced from 8 mm in the absence of Hdc to 3 mm under 750 gauss. The matching frequency can also be changed broadly from 0.1 to 0.9 GHz by controlling ferrite thickness and Hdc, simultaneously. These are well explained in terns of an nonsaturated permeability rather than tensor permeability. A thin magnetized ferrite absorber is realized using a ferrite with a large value of imaginary part of permeability when real part takes the value near 1.0. Matching frequency characteristics, whether broad or narrow, correlates closely with the slant of the curve for real part of permeability taking the value near 1.0 in the present frequency  相似文献

设计了一种基于不同半径的二氧化钒(VO2)圆环加载于介质层上的宽带可调超材料吸波器,利用VO2随温度变化的相变特性,实现了外部温度对吸收曲线的动态调节.通过仿真计算表明,该吸波器在外部温度为350K时在8.09~11.23THz带宽范围内吸收率可达90%以上,表现出高吸收特性;而外部温度为300K时在相同频段内吸收率始终低于20%,从而实现了对电磁波吸收的可调功能.进一步对吸波器的等效阻抗和电场分布进行分析讨论,阐明VO2对吸收性能的调节机制.此外,文章讨论了结构参数、偏振角以及入射角对吸收的影响.其结果表明,合理选择结构参数可实现吸收性能与偏振角、入射角的无关性.本文的结论对于设计其它类型的超宽带可调吸波器具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

An electromagnetic wave absorber utilizing ferrite or rubber ferrite composed of ferrite powder and rubber is described. In our investigation, the existence of a matching frequency f/sub m/ and a matching thickness t/sub m/ has been found. 为了在THz波段获得TE波下的可调谐吸收频谱, 采用全波仿真的方法, 设计了一款基于二氧化钒材料的可调谐THz吸波器, 对该吸波器的吸收频谱、电场图、表面电流图以及能量损耗图进行分析, 并讨论了结构参量h4, k以及入射角度θ对吸收频域和吸收带宽的影响。结果表明, 通过外部温控的方式改变二氧化钒谐振单元的物理特性可以获得可调谐的吸收频谱并改善吸波器的吸收性能, 该吸波器在温度T≥68℃时, 可以实现在2.70THz~3.36THz频段的宽带吸收(吸收率在90%以上), 相对带宽达到21.8%;在T<68℃时, 可以实现多个单频点的吸收; 改变结构参量h4, k可以改变吸收频点的位置以及吸收带宽, 改变入射角度θ可以影响吸波器的吸收效果。该研究对可调谐太赫兹器件的进一步探究是有帮助的。  相似文献

Rational harmonic mode locking takes place in an actively mode-locked fiber laser when the modulation frequency fm=(n+1/p)fc, where n and p are both integers and fc is the inverse of the cavity round-trip time, the 22nd order of rational harmonic mode locking has been observed when fm ≈1 GHz. An optical pulse train with a repetition rate of 40 GHz has been obtained using a modulation frequency fm=10 GHz. The theory of rational harmonic mode locking has also been developed. The stability of the mode-locked pulses is improved considerably when a semiconductor optical amplifier is incorporated into the fiber laser cavity. The supermode noise in the RF spectrum of a mode-locked laser is removed for a certain range of current in the semiconductor optical amplifier  相似文献

The realization of matched impedance wide-band amplifiers fabricated by InGaP-GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) process is reported. The technique of multiple feedback loops was used to achieve terminal impedance matching and wide bandwidth simultaneously. The experimental results showed that a small signal gain of 16 dB and a 3-dB bandwidth of 11.6 GHz with in-band input/output return loss less than -10 dB were obtained. These values agreed well with those predicted from the analytic expressions that we derived for voltage gain, transimpedance gain, bandwidth, and input and output impedances. A general method for the determination of frequency responses of input/output return losses (or S11, S22) from the poles of voltage gain was proposed. The intrinsic overdamped characteristic of this amplifier was proved and emitter capacitive peaking was used to remedy this problem. The tradeoff between the input impedance matching and bandwidth was also found  相似文献

设计了一种加载集总电阻且极化稳定的宽频带超材料吸波器,并进行了理论分析和实验验证。仿真结果表明,该吸波器在7.8 GHz 到17.2GHz 频段内具有吸收率超过90%、相对带宽达到75.2% 的良好吸波特性。通过S 参数计算得到的等效输入阻抗表明,集总电阻的加入可以使该结构在较宽的频带内有较好的的阻抗匹配特性。在FR4 基板有损耗、无损耗时吸波器的吸收率表明,电磁波能量主要损耗在集总电阻中,从而达到宽频带吸波。在加载不同集总电阻阻值时,集总电阻存在一个最佳值,能实现吸波器的带宽最宽,强吸波效果最佳。  相似文献

We calculate the nondegenerate bound electronic nonlinear refractive index n212) (i.e., an index change at frequency ω1 due to the presence of a beam at frequency ω2) in semiconductors. We calculate this nonlinearity and its dispersion using a Kramers-Kronig transformation on the calculated nondegenerate nonlinear absorption spectrum due to two-photon absorption, electronic Raman and optical Stark effects. CH4和C2H2是变压器发生故障时两种重要的特征气体。为了实现对变压器中溶解的微量CH4和C2H2气体含量检测的需求, 采用激光光声光谱气体检测技术, 通过分析CH4和C2H2气体的近红外吸收谱线, 选取合适的激光光源并确定激光调制参数; 设计并搭建了一套以双激光光源和非共振光声池为核心的光声光谱微量CH4和C2H2气体检测系统, 获得了系统对CH4和C2H2气体检测灵敏度和低含量检测误差。结果表明, CH4和C2H2气体分别在体积分数为0~1000×10-6和0~500×10-6的范围内具有良好的线性响应, 每10-6体积分数的检测响应度分别为5.8969μV和16.1831μV; 在低含量CH4/C2H2混合气体对系统的重复性和精度测试中, CH4气体体积分数为3.00×10-6时的检测最大绝对误差为0.30×10-6, C2H2气体体积分数为0.50×10-6时的检测最大绝对误差为0.20×10-6。此研究结果满足测量误差的技术指标要求, 实现了对微量CH4和C2H2气体的高灵敏度检测。  相似文献

We examine the geometrical scaling issues in SiGe HBT technology. Width Scaling, length scaling, and stripe-number scaling are quantified from a radio frequency (RF) design perspective at 2 GHz. We conclude that a SiGe HBT with emitter area AE=0.5×20×6 μm2 is optimum for low noise applications at Jc=0.1 mA/μm2 and f=2 GHz using the design methodology, which guarantees optimal noise and input impedance matching with the simplest matching network. Finally, the optimal device sizes at f=4 and 6 GHz for low noise applications are also obtained using the same method  相似文献

由天然尖晶石铁氧体(铁砂)为基制备的复合电波吸收材料,在7~12GHz,吸收率A为12~27dB,匹配厚度d为1.4mm。将几种铁砂基复合吸收材料制成双层结构电波吸收体,A最大达40dB,匹配厚度d为1mm,频带增宽。这是一种廉价的吸收材料,其造价仅为一般铁氧体吸收材料的1/10,有较大实用价值。  相似文献

A set of measurements of patch antennas on substrates of varying thickness and permittivity, using three types of feeds, is presented. Resonant frequency and resonant resistance are compared with calculated values from the representative theories. The measurements show that erratic results may be obtained for substrates thicker than about 0.02 λ0, where λ0 is the free-space wavelength at the resonant frequency. These problems may be related to coax-to-microstripline transitions, but their cause is not yet definitely known. The theoretical models that are compared give reasonably good results for resonant frequency, but none give impedance results that are consistently reliable. It thus appears that further work is needed to develop analytical models that can adequately predict the impedance performance of microstrip antennas on thick and/or high dielectric constant substrates  相似文献

为提高低频吸声性能,在机械阻抗板(MIP)上穿少量微孔形成穿孔机械阻抗板(MIPMP)吸声结构。对MIPMP结构吸声性能进行初步研究,建立计算模型,用驻波管测量吸声系数。结果表明,MIPMP结构的吸声为机械阻抗和微穿孔的共同作用。吸声曲线出现两个吸声峰:一个在200~300 Hz,由机械阻抗引起,吸声系数可达0.95;一个出现在300~600Hz,由微穿孔引起。计算模型与实验结果所示趋势一致:随穿孔率的增大,机械阻抗单元吸声峰值先增大后减小,向高频移动,微穿孔单元吸声峰值逐渐减小,带宽增大,向高频移动;随背腔的增厚,机械阻抗单元吸声峰值变大,频率基本不变,微穿孔单元吸声峰值略减小,向低频移动。MIPMP与微穿孔板(MPP)构成的复合吸声结构在200~1 600Hz有好的吸声性能。  相似文献

A single rectangular TE10 feed four-slot coaxial coupler is designed and built for excitation of a TE011 cylindrical cavity mode for use in high-power millimeter-wavelength gyroklystron amplifiers. A high degree of mode purity is obtained and matching of the cavity to the input line is studied. A model based on the mode-matching technique and dipole radiators has been formulated to predict operation of this coupler. The resulting numerical code is capable of finding resonant frequency and cavity bandwidth in a small fraction of the time taken by more general finite-difference/finite-element design tools. The model can be extended to self-consistently include an electron beam, and the model is compared to a coupler design based on Hewlett-Packard's High-Frequency Structure Simulator code. A method for measuring the noise parameters of MESFETs and HEMTs is presented. It is based on the fact that three independent noise parameters are sufficient to fully describe the device noise performance. It is shown that two noise parameters, Rn and |YOPT|, can be directly obtained from the frequency variation of the noise figure F50 corresponding to a 50 Ω generator impedance. By using a theoretical relation between the intrinsic noise sources as additional data, the F50 measurement only can provide the four noise parameters. The selective spectroscopic detection of CO2 and H2O in the gas mixture of a 400-W sealed-off CO2 slab laser is reported. The detection is based on the acquisition of absorption Voigt profiles of two vibrational overtone transitions of CO 2 and H2O, obtained using two InGaAsP distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor lasers. This spectroscopic method enables a direct absolute measurement of the temporal evolution for the concentrations inside the laser active volume. Monitoring takes place during laser operation without gas extraction. The experiments carried out on CO2 and H2O abundances confirm the paramount importance of wall desorbance phenomena in all-metal radio frequency (RF) excited lasers  相似文献
