移动代理技术及其在供应链管理中的应用探讨

介绍了移动代理的概念、特点与实现技术,建立了一个基于移动代理的供应链管理系统模型与框架,对订单的处理控制过程和移动代理供应链管理中的应用方式作了研究,最后对在供应链管理中应用移动代理会存在的问题作了分析探讨。     

供应链企业委托代理问题的研究

利用委托-代理模型对供应链企业间由于信息不对称所引起的委托代理问题进行了分析，主要从制造商的角度出发，对供应链企业委托代理问题用数量模型加以定义和推导，分别得到了道德风险问姆和逆向选择问题的解决办法。通过研究，力求为供应链企业间的协调管理问题提供理论依据。     

评估知识生产绩效的BP神经网络模型

把知识生产划分为批量型知识生产和订单型知识生产两类，绘制了它们的流程，并系统地比较了它们与传统制造行业供应链的差异。针对知识生产的流程更加复杂多变，供应链更新更快且对象更难于量化的特点，提出了批量型和订单型两类知识生产的绩效评估指标体系，在此基础上通过BP神经网络模型，得出了它们的绩优度，为知识生产绩效的评估提供了参考和依据。     

基于Agent的供应链运作仿真技术的研究

在给多个智能代理分别赋予生产运作的各种知识，如库存管理、生产计划等之后．通过多个智能代理协同合作，对供应链中企业的生产运作过程进行仿真。在研究该仿真系统的智能代理的内部任务、结构、多代理通讯机制等实现技术基础上，实现了该系统，并给出了一个供应链仿真的结果。     

基于委托-代理机制的供应链合作关系模型

摘要分析了供应链合作伙伴关系的实质，对比了供应链上企业间一般的与合作的伙伴关系的特点。提出将供应链合作关系抽象为委托—代理关系，并分析了委托—代理的基本原理。最后，从经济学的角度建立了供应链合作伙伴关系模型。     

工程项目供应链的委托-代理模型分析

从委托代理理论出发,对基于集成化供应链的委托-代理模型的一般形式进行讨论。在此基础上,结合工程项目集成化供应链中委托方和代理方的特点构建了工程项目供应链单期委托-代理模型和多阶段工程项目供应链声誉模型。     

面向对象的流程供应链结构描述方法研究

针对流程供应链结构描述问题,首先对供应链构成体进行分解,用链节、子链、过程、子过程等作为供应链的基本构成体．为供应链建模提供了一种描述型语言;然后对供应链工作流进行形式化定义,用工作流图、前趋链节、前趋链集等的概念和定义为下一步的流程供应链建模及分析提供了概念自包的方法。最后结合上述方法以煤炭流程供应链中物流为对象,进行了工作流建模并运用定义的方法分析了需求信息对供应链运营的拉动过程,为流程供应链的描述及分析提供了一种形式化的工具。     

供应链环境下的性能评价系统研究

在竞争全球化的趋势下，供应链管理越来越受到企业重视，供应链性能评价系统(supply Chain Performance Mea-surement System,SCPMS)是供应链管理的关键组成部分，然而企业却不愿意或没有能力建立有效的性能评价系统。总结了供应链性能评价的定义、发展过程及难点，在此基础上提供了一套供应链性能评价的方法，为企业快速建立集成供应链性能评价系统提供借鉴。     

供应链的冲突机理分析及多代理系统的研究

针对目前对多代理系统在供应链中应用的研究缺乏理论体系的现状,从理论上研究了企业中存在的供应链信息不对称问题,分析了供应链中的冲突机理和principal-agent问题的特点.从供应链信息协调的角度研究了多代理系统在供应链协调中的应用,提出了一个可有效解决信息不对称问题的基于多代理系统的供应链模型,从而对有效实现企业供应链的快速重构和动态协调具有重要的指导意义.     

基于多agent合作的每捷供应管理系统研究

敏捷供应链正成为提高企业全球竞争力的有效手段。本文建立了基于多agent的敏捷化供应链管理系统，此系统是基于将企业的业务逻辑和事务处理分开的思想，通过供应链定义工具对企业的业务逻辑进行描述，利用多agent的合作，实现供应链的事务处理，从而有效地支持供应链的动态建立和过程重组，增强供应链系统信息分布处理和软件可重用能力。

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

CNAS Passes APLAC's PTP Review

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

正Four new national standards on air pollutant emission control offi cially issued by the Ministry of Environment Protection(MEP)together with AQSIQ and SAC has been brought into force from July 1,2014.The Emission standard for air pollutants of coal-burning,oil-burning and gasfi red boilers,which is the strictest emission standard historically,will tackle the stubborn pollution problem of boilers and waste incineration in most of China’s regions.

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
