70℃阻燃PVC电缆料的试生产是采用常规PVC电缆料配方作基础,将增塑剂、阻燃增塑剂、填充剂、阻燃剂作为四因素,选用L_θ正交表进行四因素三水平配方设计,根据配方进行配料—捏合—混炼—出片—切料操作,返炼出片后在平板硫化机上压制试片测定性能,经二个循环调整得到最佳性能的配方。氧指数为33%,机械强度233.7kg/cm~2,击穿电压23.74千伏/毫米。  相似文献

以三甲氧基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA) 为交联剂,以Co60γ射线为辐照源,研究了偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM) 增塑的PVC电缆料的辐射交联。结果表明该辐射交联反应符合CharlesbyPinner 无规交联模型,TMPTMA10 分,辐照剂量40kGy 是较合适的配方与工艺条件,该材料经辐射交联后拉伸强度增加 ,断裂伸长率下降,155 ℃的热老化失重与120 ℃热变形率减小。  相似文献

研究了超细硬石膏粉填充PVC电缆料的性能,与重钙、高岭土和滑石粉进行了对比,硬石膏具有明显优势。当硬石膏的用量为50份时,PVC电缆料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、体积电阻率和氧指数分别达到21.76MPa、222%、1.17×1013Ω·m和34%,满足国标GB/T8815-2002中J-70之要求。加工性能良好。  相似文献

105℃阻燃绝缘级PVC电缆料的研制吸取了70℃阻燃绝缘级电缆料的经验,合理选择增塑剂和阻燃剂,制得物理机械性能和阻燃性能满足105℃阻燃绝缘级标准的电缆料。试验结果表明,该阻燃电缆料的二次加工性能好,加工温度范围宽,易于操作,制得的电线符合生产厂家的技术要求。  相似文献

以汽车用电缆料为试验目标,研究了增塑剂、引发剂、助交联剂、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的用量对PVC/TPU体系硬度、力学性能、热延伸率的影响,并考察了其耐磨性能和耐老化性能。结果表明:①在助交联剂TAIC存在下,引发剂DCP可引发PVC/TPU体系的交联反应,并且随着DCP、TPU用量的增加,交联度增大。②PVC/TPU交联电缆料的优化配方为:PVC 100份,钙锌稳定剂8份,TO TM 50份,TAIC 3份,DCP 0.2份,TPU 30份,抗氧剂0.8份,其他助剂适量;采用该配方能生产出合格的汽车用电缆料。  相似文献

Effective waste management must address waste reduction, reuse, recovery/recycling and, as the least progressive option, waste treatment. The increase in plastic waste production is a serious environmental issue. Plastics consumption continues to grow and while plastic recycling has seen a significant increase since the early 1990s, consumption still far exceeds recycling. Waste plastic can, however, serve as a potential resource and, with the correct treatment, can be reused or serve as hydrocarbon raw material or as a fuel. PVC, highly versatile with many applications, is non‐biodegradable and has a high Cl content (56% of the total weight). Waste PVC incineration is highly energy demanding and can result in the formation of toxic chloro‐emissions with adverse ecological, environmental and public health impacts. The Cl component must be removed from any waste PVC derived gas or oil before it can be used. An overview of the existing waste plastic treatment technologies is provided with an analysis of the available literature on thermal and catalytic PVC degradation. Thermal degradation results in random scissioning of the polymer chains generating products with varying molecular weights and uncontrolled Cl content. There is a dearth of literature dealing with the catalytic dechlorination of PVC. A case study is presented to illustrate the role heterogeneous catalysis can play in PVC waste treatment. The efficacy of Pd/Al2O3 to promote PVC dechlorination is demonstrated, where a significant decrease (by up to a factor of 560) in the liquid fraction Cl content is recorded in addition to differences (relative to thermal degradation) in the gas phase product, i.e. higher C1? 介绍了DBP、TPP、DOP、TOTM、TCP、DIDP及M-50等增塑剂在不同用量时对PVC电缆科电性能的影响:随着增剂用量的增加,PVC电缆料的电性能一般呈下降趋势。实验发现TOTM和TCP两种增剂的电性能较优,其最佳用量为35-40份。  相似文献

Different compounds for the synthesis of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) with tertiary amino groups were tested, and the course of the modification reactions was followed under different conditions by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and elemental analysis. It is shown that PVC can be modified without side reactions with 2‐mercaptopyridine, 2‐mercaptopyrimidine, 4‐mercapto‐N,N‐dimethylaniline, and 4‐mercaptopyridine. The reactivity of the para‐substituted mercapto compounds is found to be considerably higher than that of the corresponding ortho products, and higher final degrees of modification are achieved. The availability of the amino group towards electrophilic attack in order to form quaternary ammonium salts was tested by reaction with methyl iodide. While this reaction takes place in good yields in the case of PVC modified with 4‐mercaptopyridine and 4‐mercapto‐N,N‐dimethylaniline, aminated PVC with the nitrogen atoms in ortho position do not react due to steric hindrance by the polymer chain. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
