传统车载充电机没有考虑电池过放的情况,对过放电池充电时存在电流过大的问题。文中提出了一种具有功率因数校正功能,工作在降压和升压模式的PFC拓扑结构。仿真和实验结果表明,将此拓扑结构应用在车载充电机是合理可行的。  相似文献

为了减少车载充电机功率因数校正电路对公共电网的谐波污染,并保证其向后级电路传送稳定的直流电压,设计了一种以UC3854芯片为核心,采用双闭环控制策略的功率因数校正电路。电流内环控制PWM信号,实现Boost电路输入电压与输入电流的相位相同,电压外环控制实现输出电压的稳定。通过建立功率电路的数学模型,根据传递函数的特点设置了电流内环、电压外环补偿网络的参数。最后通过仿真验证了所有设计参数的正确性,实现了低谐波、低污染和高功率因数的目标。  相似文献

本文对电动汽车充电机的功率电路拓扑结构进行了设计,详细分析了三相PWM整流电路的工作原理。同时针对充电机的特点对功率因数、充电效率等方面的性能做了优化,并结合实际电路对控制方法进行了改进。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK工具对电路拓扑和控制方法进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:设计的方法正确,软开关技术有效;与传统整流器相比,直流侧电压稳定脉动小,交流侧电流接近正弦,而且电压电流相位一致,能够极大的提高功率因数,同时充电的效率能够达到设计的要求。  相似文献

介绍一种用于电动汽车电池充电机的设计实现方法.为满足高功率因数和高效的要求,采用三相PWM整流器和移相全桥变换器两级变换模式.前者基于空间电压矢量PWM直接功率控制(DPC),实现单位功率因数;后者基于零电压零电流(ZvZCS)控制,实现高效的电能变换.以该方法设计的8 kW的充电机在大部分充电过程中,效率高于84%,输入功率因数高于99.3%.  相似文献

Electric vehicles (EVs) are needed in densely populated urban areas to reduce air pollution. Battery chargers are needed to supply DC voltage to charge the high-energy battery parks used in EVs. This paper deals with an on-board battery charger arrangement that is fully based on the use of the power components of the EV motor drive. Desired features for EV battery chargers such as minimum volume, low cost, high efficiency, and high reliability are fully matched by means of the proposed solution. The proposed on-board charger arrangement has been installed on an electric scooter prototype being developed for the Far East markets. This paper presents a compact battery-powered switched-reluctance motor (SRM) drive for an electric vehicle with voltage-boosting and on-board power-factor-corrected-charging capabilities. Although the boost-type front-end DC/DC converter is externally equipped, the on-board charger is formed by the embedded components of SRM windings and converter. In the driving mode, the DC/DC boost converter is controlled to establish boostable well-regulated DC-link voltage for the SRM drive from the battery. During demagnetization of each stroke, the winding stored energy is automatically recovered back to the battery. Moreover, the regenerative braking is achieved by properly setting the SRM in the regenerating mode. The controls of two power stages are properly designed and digitally realized using a common digital signal processor. Good winding current and speed dynamic responses of the SRM drive are obtained. In addition, the static operation characteristics are also improved. In the charging mode, the power devices that were embedded in the SRM converter and the three motor-phase windings are used to form a buck-boost switch-mode rectifier to charge the battery from utility with good power quality. All constituted circuit components of the charger are placed on board, and only the insertion of power cords is needed.   相似文献

Distributed power supply systems are an attractive solution to meeting the requirements (redundancy, modularity, battery backup, etc.) for the next generation of power supply systems. In addition, the normalization regarding power factor and total harmonic distortion (THD) makes it necessary to include power factor correction in the input stage in such architectures. This paper presents a novel approach of an integrated battery charger/discharger which offers power factor correction and battery galvanic isolation in a simple structure. Placing the battery in the primary side overcomes the need of galvanic isolation integration in each of the DC/DC on-board power converters when this topology is used as part of a distributed power supply system  相似文献

This work presents a novel highly efficient and low-stress battery charger with a resonant switch converter—based on resonance and zero-voltage-transition soft-switching theory—that reduces defects associated with high voltage and high current stresses caused by the resonance of traditional resonant circuits. The novel battery charger meets the requirement that all circuit components must operate with zero-voltage switching. Experimental test results indicate that the proposed battery charger reduces the temperature of an active power switch, and switching losses are less than those obtained using a traditional pulsewidth-modulation converter as a battery charger.   相似文献
