煤泥水处理是选煤生产的重点和难点环节,本文从煤泥水和药剂的基本性质入手,结合沉降试验、剪切试验、吸附试验和X射线光电子能谱分析等研究了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)吸附与剪切条件对煤泥水絮凝效果的影响。结果表明:剪切条件和APAM用量对煤泥水的絮凝效果有很大影响,APAM在煤泥上的饱和吸附量约为0.74mg/g;随着APAM用量的增加,APAM吸附效率降低,在用量为0.6~0.8kg/t时,APAM吸附效率为63%~51%,对应的透射比在90%以上,澄清度和除浊效果最好,说明APAM药剂的吸附效率与其絮凝效果密切相关。APAM在煤泥上的吸附使得含C峰和含N峰发生了一些变化,C—C和C=O及C—N官能团有所增多。高药剂量可以提供一定的抗剪切特性,提高絮团的再絮凝能力。通过控制药剂量和剪切条件可以调控絮团结构和絮凝沉降效果,提高煤泥水固液分离效率。  相似文献

随着煤泥性质的恶化以及煤矸石中黏土类矿物的增多,煤泥水沉降效果愈发恶化。本文以山西西铭选煤厂浓缩机入料为试验样品,采用PAC和APAM两种药剂进行沉降试验,并得到以下结论:PAC和APAM用量足够时,沉降速率基本保持不变,上清液透射比变化较大;二次加药的沉降效果优于单次加药的沉降效果,当PAC用量为200g/t,APAM首次用量100g/t,二次补加量40g/t时,沉降效果最佳;二次加药方式可有效改善沉降效果,保证上清液水质,最大限度避免药剂浪费。  相似文献

以五虎山选煤厂酸性煤泥水为研究对象,考察了该煤泥水中煤泥性质及矿物组成,研究了该煤泥水的自然沉降特性,并采用絮凝沉降试验方法研究了沉降药剂种类、药剂用量、药剂比例和煤泥水pH值等因素对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响。结果表明:在自然沉降条件下,五虎山选煤厂煤泥水沉降速度较小,难以达到有效沉降;在絮凝沉降条件下,常规聚丙烯酰胺对煤泥的沉降效果受pH值影响较大,在酸性条件下沉降效果较差;采用新型聚丙烯酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物絮凝剂和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵凝聚剂复合药剂作为煤泥水的沉降药剂,可优化五虎山选煤厂酸性煤泥水沉降环境,改善沉降效果,且该复合药剂最佳用量为184.67 g/t,聚丙烯酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的最佳比例为2∶1。  相似文献

为了增加煤泥水内絮团的沉降动力,以质量分数为4%的高岭土污水模拟煤泥水,以球磨后的粉煤灰磁珠作为磁种,并分别以PAM、CaCl2作为絮凝剂和凝聚剂,对其进行磁絮凝沉降处理;通过试验研究磁场强度、磁种用量和磁种粒径三个因素对磁絮凝沉降效果的影响规律,并确定磁絮凝沉降的最佳试验条件。试验结果表明:磁场强度、磁种用量、磁种粒径三个因素均对磁絮凝沉降效果具有显著影响;在PAM用量为0. 035 g/L、CaCl2用量为0. 003 mol/L、磁场强度为196 m T、磁种粒径为10. 66μm、磁种用量为2 g的条件下,高岭土污水的磁絮凝沉降效果最佳,磁絮团沉降速率为2. 675 cm/s,尾泥高度为2. 95 cm,上清液透光率达到93%。  相似文献

针对内蒙古凯达选煤厂煤泥中高岭土含量高、微细颗粒所占比例大、难于沉降的特点,以内蒙古凯达选煤厂煤泥水为研究对象,研究了九种不同凝聚剂对该厂煤泥水的沉降效果。试验结果表明:对于该煤泥水,Al Cl3作为凝聚剂沉降效果最好;并通过正交试验,得出Al Cl3的最佳药剂用量为6 g/L,添加后以80 r/min的速度搅拌30 s,沉降效果最佳。  相似文献

为解决平朔二号井选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果差、药剂消耗量大的问题,采用新型高效絮凝剂及其复配药剂进行煤泥水沉降试验,并对该厂煤泥水药剂制度进行了优化。试验结果表明,凝聚剂PTDN2140和絮凝剂PTDX1220配合使用,先加PTDN2140、后加PTDX1220,且其用量分别为187、2.5 g/t时,煤泥水沉降和澄清效果最好。凝聚剂和絮凝剂药剂用量和加药顺序的确定,为该选煤厂煤泥水的有效沉降奠定了基础。  相似文献

针对神东布尔台选煤厂煤泥水细泥含量高、泥化严重,导致煤泥水处理难度大的现状,探讨了单一絮凝药剂和复配药剂对煤泥水的沉降效果,试验结果表明:对于块煤、末煤系统产生的煤泥水而言,使用单一絮凝剂TDX1215效果最好,但进一步降低循环水的浊度时,药剂消耗量较大;TDX1215絮凝剂和TDN2109凝聚剂复配效果最好,较佳药剂耗量分别为8 g/t、48 g/t;工业试验表明:使用TDX1215絮凝剂和TDN2109凝聚剂复配药剂处理块煤、末煤系统煤泥水时,可将浓缩机溢流水浊度保持在100 NTU以下,同时与原有药剂制度相比,新型复配药剂可节省絮凝剂23%~55%,节省凝聚剂23%~26%。  相似文献

通过综合流场环境因素,研究了凝聚剂和絮凝剂的药剂用量、流场类型、流场能量输入和药剂作用时间对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响,确定出煤泥水絮凝沉降的最优条件。试验结果表明:影响煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的因素由大到小依次为流场类型流场能量输入药剂用量药剂作用时间;流场类型和流场能量输入是决定煤泥水沉降效果最关键的因素;径流式流场比轴流式流场、混流式流场更有利于煤泥水絮凝沉降,当径流式叶轮转速为400 r/min时,煤泥水絮凝沉降效果相对最好。  相似文献

为减少选煤厂处理煤泥水的药剂用量,以煤泥水初始沉降速度和上清液透光率为考察指标,采用单因素试验优选法初步确定煤泥水沉降所需絮凝剂(相对分子质量分别为8×106和1.2×107的聚丙烯酰胺PAM)和无机凝聚剂(CaCl2和MgCl2)的合理用量范围,在此基础上对絮凝剂和无机凝聚剂用量配比进行了优化试验.结果表明:对于质量浓度为75 g/L的煤泥水,当相对分子质量为1.2x107的PAM用量为6.8 g/m3,CaCl2用量为350 g/m3时,上清液透光率可达97.70%,初始沉降速度达22.32 cm/min.  相似文献

针对孙村选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果不佳的状况,以粗中煤泥旋流器溢流煤泥水为研究对象,采用单因素试验方法探究了不同药剂种类、用量、药剂配比和粗颗粒对煤泥水沉降速度的影响,结果表明:氯化镁凝聚剂与现场用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂联合使用,且药剂配比为4∶9、加药时间间隔为3 min时,煤泥水沉降效果最好,可实现煤泥水最优化处理。试验还表明,粗颗粒对煤泥水沉降效果基本没有影响,生产中不必考虑掺粗。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
