有机硅硬质涂料的制备 总被引:6,自引:4,他引:6
以甲基三乙氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯为主要原料,经水解缩合,制得低n(R)/n(Si)值的硅树脂;添加适当的溶剂、固化剂和改性剂等助剂,制得有机硅硬质涂料。讨论了原料配比、溶剂及各种助剂对有机硅硬质涂料性能的影响。结果表明,硅树脂的n(R)/n(Si)值选择0、85,以甲醇/乙醇/异丙醇/乙二醇甲醚为复合溶剂、氨基树脂为耐碱改性剂、三乙酰丙酮铝为固化剂时,制成的有机硅硬质涂料贮存期超过6个月,固化速度快,涂膜硬度高达6H,对有机玻璃的附着力为1级,透光度93.6%,耐碱性良好。 相似文献

以工件表面的涂层分布作为研究对象,对单点喷涂和平面喷涂过程进行微观分析,得出影响空气喷涂过程的工艺变量有喷涂距离、雾化压力、供胶压力、喷枪移动速率和搭接宽度,其中前3个参数决定了喷涂过程的微观基础单元──单点喷涂的质量,而后2个参数决定了涂层的厚度和连续性.试验表明,当喷涂距离为160~180 mm,雾化压力为400~500 kPa,供胶压力为240~400 kPa时,有机硅高聚物溶液的雾化效果较好,具有良好的单点喷涂效果.调整喷枪移动速率为120 mm/s和搭接率为1/2时,获得了厚度一致性较好的合格涂层.分析了喷涂过程中常见缺陷的产生原因,并提出了相应的控制措施,为原子氧防护涂层的喷涂提供参考. 相似文献

以某型发动机的水泵轴为基体,在同一镀液和镀槽中电沉积制备乳白/光亮双层铬镀层。工艺流程为:前处理─装挂─入槽─镀乳白耐蚀铬─镀光亮耐磨铬─出槽─清洗─除氢─抛光─检验。镀液组成为:CrO3200~250g/L,H2SO42.2~2.6g/L,Cr3+离子2.0~3.5g/L。先在60~65℃、15~25A/dm2下施镀30min得到乳白铬镀层,随后在55~60℃、40~50A/dm2下施镀90min,即得乳白/光亮双层铬镀层。双层铬镀层的孔隙率比单层光亮铬镀层小,二者显微硬度相近,耐磨性优越。实际生产应用表明,双层铬镀层的耐蚀性优于单层光亮铬镀层。 相似文献

The processing of hard and liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) are compared by means of modeling and simulation. The curing process for both, hard and liquid silicone, are modeled using the auto‐catalytic Kamal‐Sourour model and a nonlinear regression method is used to find the kinetic parameters. The fitted kinetic model is then combined with the heat balance equations to simulate real processing conditions. Both resins are compared in terms of process performance and consistency of the final part. The results show that even though hard silicone rubbers are less expensive resins, its processing conditions present several issues of consistency and quality control when compared with LSR. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以HG-43环氧改性有机硅树脂为基料,配以金属氧化物和硅酸盐类填料,制备了环氧改性有机硅耐热涂料。讨论了树脂含量以及空心玻璃微珠和阻燃剂的用量对涂料性能的影响,采用热失重分析、隔热性能和氧–乙炔烧蚀试验等方法对涂料的耐热性能进行了表征。结果表明,当HG-43环氧改性有机硅树脂用量为30%、空心玻璃微珠的用量为18%、复合阻燃剂用量为9%时,所制备的环氧改性有机硅耐热涂料的附着力2级,硬度4H,氧–乙炔线烧蚀率为0.278 mm/s,质量烧蚀率为0.075 8 g/s,具有良好的隔热性能。 相似文献

This article presents an evaluation of the effects of the spouted bed design and operating conditions on system fluiddynamics and process performance during enteric coating of hard gelatine capsules. The design parameters studied were the column diameter (150 mm and 200 mm), the included angle of the conical base, γ (60° or 40°) and the presence or absence of a Venturi inserted before the inlet air orifice. The process variables studied were the ratio between the feed flow rate of the coating suspension to the spouting gas flow rate (Ws/Wg), the mass of capsules loaded to the equipment (M0), and the ratio between the spouting gas flow rate to the gas flow rate at minimum spouting condition (Q/Qms). The response variables were the rate of increase of the capsules mass (K1), and the adhesion efficiency (η). The linear regression equation for the dependent variable K1 in terms of the independent variables adequately described the process with an r2 value of 0.872. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that increasing of Ws/Wg, Q/Qms and γ significantly increased the adhesion efficiency. Adhesion efficiencies higher than 90% were achieved by selecting precise coating conditions, indicating the feasibility of the process for coating of hard gelatine capsules. 相似文献
