吸盘式机械手用于100吨机械压力机冲“L”形硅钢片自动送料,与级进模组成单机冲压自动化。机械手将1000×300×0.35毫米硅钢片毛坯送给级进模,同时,作适当调整可冲三种不同规格的“L”形硅钢片。机械手为直角座标式(如图1),手臂可作升降、伸缩运动。升降范围也就是吸料的工作范围,故储料台系固定机构,省掉了一般常用的料面补偿机构。 相似文献

日本川崎钢铁公司宣称,已经使采用高级晶粒取向电工硅钢片的电力变压器的最小铁损减少10%~ZO%的新技术商品化。这种新技术,称为等离子体火焰辐照,是使从完全电离的等离子体火焰辐射来的光线照射在退火和涂层的运动钢带上。当光线运动横穿过电工硅钢片时,在轧制的结构中形成所谓的“人工晶粒边界”。这样,造成“磁畴间距”的收缩,导致涡流损耗减少。涡流损耗是二个铁损的主要来源之一(铁损指的是在大变压器中磁芯吸收电能而以热的形式所损耗的)。改善电工硅钢片性能的新技术@李荣 相似文献

据上海华东钢材市场消息,近来上海钢材市场上的冷热轧硅钢片利用材因需求看好,行情呈现小幅反弹的走势,如宽度为200m/m左右的条料市场价格为3300 ̄3500元/吨上下,宽度为400m/m左右的条料为4000 ̄4300元/吨左右,每吨平均上涨了150 ̄200元左右,且走货速度加快,再如纯冷轧硅钢片下脚“瓜子壳”每吨为2000元左右。业内有关人士分析认为,因生产电机用的原材料电解铜价格始终在高位盘振,使电机生产企业成本压力增大,特别是中小电机生产企业处境相当困难,为了生存,在满足质量的前提下,尽可能使用比整料价格低廉的边角余料;其二是目前电机、家电行业已进入生产旺季,需求出现一定的上升;三是国内生产冷轧硅钢片钢厂,提高了四季度硅钢片出厂价,使市场上整料行情出现了一定的上涨,“整料上涨利用材水涨船高”也在情理之中。有关人士还认为:硅钢片利用材后市将持续看好一段时间(至少今年四季度内),所以,硅钢片利用材行情还会小幅上涨。考虑到下游企业的承受能力,出现大涨的概率不会太大。硅钢片利用材行情还会小幅上涨 相似文献

The recrystallization textures and drawability in an interstitial-free (IF) steel were investigated as a function of cold
rolling reduction. The hot bands for further cold rolling were obtained by lubricated hot rolling in the ferrite region. The
orientation distribution function (ODF) was applied to analyze recrystallization textures. Texture analysis showed that hot
bands rolled in the ferrite region had strong {111}//ND texture component. The {111}//ND recrystallization texture of the
cold rolled steel with 73% reduction displayed the highest intensity, but weakened as more cold work was introduced. The highestr-value was obtained at a cold reduction of 73% when the hot band was previously rolled in the ferrite region. 相似文献

Corrosion behaviour of different hot rolled steels 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The oxidation-corrosion behaviour of hot rolled alloys was examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The corrosion behaviour of the non-oxidised alloys was first determined in order to have a reference behaviour. Then, each alloy was oxidised for 1 and 3 days at 650 °C in air and its corrosion behaviour was also determined. For all the alloys, Fe2O3 was formed at the scale-gas interface. However, the Fe2O3 crystallographic structures varied as a function of the alloy composition. Differences in the corrosion behaviour are due to the thickness, the microstructure and the porosity of the scale. The new graphite chromium iron alloy (Hi-Cr + C) have an oxidation-corrosion behaviour close to the indefinite chill double paired (ICDP) one and is therefore thought to be a good candidate to replace the ICPD alloy. In the case of the high speed steel (HSS) alloy, the oxidation-corrosion kinetics are too slow to prevent sticking problems. The Co addition decreases the corrosion-oxidation rates for the non-oxidised and oxidised samples but this effect is limited in time. 相似文献
